This can be a fun conversation. What is some mischief that you got into when you were younger? What'd you do to get in trouble at school, with your parents, or even in a public place? I'm sure everyone has their stories, so I thought it would be fun to share them. It doesn't have to be something that you got in trouble for either. Just some funny memories will do.
All I ask with this is that we keep it forum appropriate. Go ahead and share your stories! I will go first with one of mine.
When I was six or seven, I liked to catch insects and other outside creatures. My parents gave me this bug catcher thing so I would have something to put them in. One morning, my twin sister and I were outside, and we found a bunch of slugs on our sidewalk/driveway. We decided to put them in the bug catcher. First, we put some leaves and grass inside it. Then, we got the slugs and closed them up in there. It had rained the night before, so for finishing touches, we put some mud on the outside of it. Really gross right?
Well, our antics didn't end there. One of us got the bright idea to put the bug catcher in the mailbox and put the flag up so that the mail person would come and think we had something to send out. After we put it in the mailbox, we waited inside until it was time for them to drive in our neighborhood. The person's reaction to finding the bug catcher in there was pretty funny. He opened the mailbox, and he took the bug catcher out. Apparently it was smelly because he did this while holding his nose. He quickly shoved the thing back in, closed the mailbox and drove off. If we were supposed to get mail that day, I don't think we got it because the mailman drove off so quickly.
A little later, our dad went out to check and see if we got anything. He wasn't too happy when he found the filthy bug catcher in there. I can't remember what he said to us about it, but he was definitely angry. He must've thrown the bug thing away because I never found it again after that day.

Hmm that is really interesting. Er I was not much of a troublemaker when I was younger, to be honest, and I am not today. XD I guess I usually like to behave well and try not to cause too much trouble. At least for one story, I accidentally made my brother mad that he slammed his old DS on the ground, breaking it. We were both playing Pokémon Gen 4 games when he wanted me to trade a Pokémon, or an egg, to him. I refused to trade him the egg, knowing he'd get it later. He got so mad that he slammed his DS on the ground and it broke in half, although the wires held it together. I guess if I do cause trouble, I always feel bad about it.

I'm sure it wasn't funny then, but it's funny now. Funny how we look back on things so differently now than we did when we were right in the moment.
I have another one where we thought we had a brilliant idea.
This story happened a few years later after the bug catcher one. Birch and I were hanging out with our friend who lived across the street. We wanted to draw with chalk, but we didn't want to do it in the front yard because we preferred the shady backyard. We didn't have any cement to draw back there, so the next best thing is to draw on your neighbor's fence, right? It was right around Halloween, so we drew spiders, pumpkins, witch hats, ghosts, etc, all over the neighbor's wooden fence. In our defense, it was facing our property so we thought nothing of it.
Well, dad walks outside and sees what we are doing. He gives us this big lecture about how that we don't draw on our neighbor's fences with sidewalk chalk. Then, he goes to get the hose, three sponges, and a bucket filled with soapy water. We had to sponge all our drawings off the fence.

This isn't my story but I have a cousin from one of my three uncles out of one branch of my extended family. We were swimming with other family members and there were no bathrooms around. This was a public pool, but it was really isolated. Since this was in a very flat, grassy area, you could see for a mile in each direction. The cousin I mentioned earlier was about four at the time. He was complaining to me that he had to pee and that he couldn't hold it. I believe my mother was the one who told him quietly to pee in the pool. So, he gets out of the pool stands by the edge, pulls down his trunks and starts peeing. The pool wasn't that crowded, but there were about 10 people out of the pool. I remember half of my family (probably including me) had mortified looks on their faces and the rest of us were laughing extremely hard.

Was everyone at the pool family, or were there strangers there too? I wonder what they must have thought if they watched that.

There were strangers there and it was really awkward. Needless to say, we won't be going to a swimming pool without bathrooms again.

Once when I was like 3-4 i was using a tentpole as a trumpet and I was standing on a chair. And we'lfell fell towards and poked a hold on the roof of my mouth. There's still a scar there.

Oh wow! I'm not a very big fan of snakes. I wouldn't go near it unless it was behind glass at a zoo.
Reminds me of another story.
I was about four years old, and I was driving my toy Barbie Jeep down the driveway. As I was driving it, I saw this long, black snake just sitting there. It was long enough to go from one end of the driveway to the other (width wise). I screamed, backed up the Jeep, and ran inside to get my father. My father ran over the snake with the car.

I was a pretty good kid, but I remember this one time when my brother was like one and a half, and the two of us woke up early and went downstairs. I just went straight to watch cartoons, but my brother was hungry and went to get himself food. Now of course he was like two so he broke a plate and hurt himself and the whole time I was just watching cartoons.
I also remember this one time my dad told me I needed to learn to sleep without going to get my mom. The second floor hallway of our house was like a balcony that looked down into the office where my dad was so I crawled across the hallway as stealthily as a three year old can be and made it to my moms room.

I have a pretty funny story ^^
When me and my three siblings were young, maybe 3-4? At the time all of us were in my grandmother’s living room (which was open to the dining and kitchen) and she decided to get a load of laundry done while we were busy, only seconds when she came back to find one of my brother’s in the sink with the water filling up said sink and spilling on the floor; my other brother and sister were using the kitchen floor to slide on; and I happened to be using kitchen towels to try and clean the water up.

I had a pet danger noodle when I was little. Her name was Penny. She escaped a lot, and one April Fool's (I personally don't celebrate it, but my mom does which is aggravating) when I was about seven, I put Penny on her, waited about an hour for her to wake up, and proceeded to laugh as she started quietly squeaking at the foot-long python slithering on her pillow next to her
I was a sadistic child

One of my oldest friends had multiple pet snakes and it was awful because I was like four and terrified of them
