Possible Warriors Game [Requesting Help?]

So, for those of you who were around to witness my past attempts, I'm back at it again.
(And for those of you who weren't, I have a fairly deleted history of attempting this in the past).
I know a track record of multiple attempts, and nothing to play for it, isn't exactly the best- But all of those failed attempts have pointed me in the direction I need to take (and have taught me what I am, and am not, capable of).
To start things off, this game will be made with RPG Maker VX Ace-
I bought it on sale a while back, and it seems to be one of the most beginner-friendly game-making programs out there.
[As a side note: I know practically nothing about scripting, so I'll be relying a lot on what comes built into the game and what is easily found on forums and such - One of the things I probably need the most is someone who does understand scripting (within this program especially) or can point me in the right direction to find this sort of help]
* I especially would like if someone could teach me how to script in compound names whilst still allowing for a custom prefix, since that seems pretty warrior cats exclusive and isn't something I've been able to find on the internet *
In addition to me not knowing much about scripting, my experience with even just editing sprites is pretty minimal- meaning that the artistic aspects of this game also aren't likely to be anything stellar or unique, and that character customization is likely going to be fairly limited due to me not having much confidence in being able to color sprites that can move cohesively.
I do already have sprites for: Black, White, Black and White, Blue, Grey, Grey tabby, Cream, Light orange, Orange, Orange tabby, Light brown, Brown, and Brown tabby. All of which come with the option of Blue, Amber, or Green eyes. As things currently stand I don't plan on adding many more colors to the game as an option for character customization, and am realistically only considering making a calico, tortoiseshell, and some pointed colors (likely just seal, blue, and flame) as additional color options.
Unless you can offer to make custom sprites that can, at least, stand up to the quality of the ones I have already colored- and that do not have the issues that I am worried about with making more options myself (such as splotches of color that just seem to move and jump across the pelt) - I'd really rather contributions to this game not be things like 'Oh! Make a brown and white cat option!!!' (But if you post a sprite for a brown and white cat, and ask if I can add it in, I'd be more than happy to! I'd also provide the credit to the person who put in the effort to make it.)
Likewise, I realistically don't have the artistic talent/experience to do complex scene additions (like 'make the dens have crystals~') so the environmental aspects will likely all have to be taken from what comes with the game, or what people have posted as things that can be used inside of game.
The final, almost harsh point, that I want to make is that the game I want to create isn't going to be an open-world game. Rather than create a completely immersive place where the options are seemingly limitless (which RPG maker doesn't seem to be a good fit for, and that my 0 coding experience would definitely not be able to pull off) the game I want to make is story-based and requires the player character to fill a particular role (Meaning I won't make a game where the character has an option to become a kittypet, loner, or medicine cat- I do want to code in multiple endings and a relationship system, and that's going to be hard enough all on its own without me having to write in story divergences to that degree).
So- With all of that 'This is what I can do, and please don't request 'x'' out of the way...
The number one thing I want is going to be help with making the game from a technical standpoint-
The end game that I want to make is also probably something that's a little too ambitious for me as my skills currently are(n't), so I might post smaller "test" games to get feedback on aspects of what I want my final game to contain, and to put the coding to the test to see if it has any game-breaking flaws (or issues in general).
However, I do also work full-time, and try to balance other hobbies and interests, so progress on this game is likely to be extremely slow with really sporadic updates and new information- Meaning it could potentially be years before it's at a point where I'd even need beta-testers for the smaller games (especially if I can't find help).
I know that no one wants to read a huge wall of text, but it's basically my attempt to filter out a lot of the requests that caused me to become overwhelmed by my ambitions in the past- Not only was I already trying to make a game that I couldn't figure out how to pull off, but people were asking for more and more things that were beyond my capabilities.
Support is highly desired (and might help me actually keep my interest in finishing this time around Q~Q) and help is pretty much needed if I'm ever going to pull off what I want to make in the end.
For anyone who read this far, you deserve a medal and thank you so much for spending the time it takes to read this!
