(Salix, Citrine sorry I haven’t been on! WiFi being a pain but fixed)
Perry looked up to see she was not alone in the alley with a girl coming out from a dumpster? Well she wasn’t going to judge as she had even gone into a couple to find scraps or other things need to survive this weird place, “Hello there, eh? Oh not really unless people step on yer feet or something... I’m just used to it.” She replied which she noticed that the girl was around her age and didn’t seem ‘out of place’ yet had a ‘distinct’ feeling that she wasn’t from this world either that did make her relieved she wasn’t the only one here, she then noticed another person entering the alley that had a similar feeling too granted she didn’t know alleys were popular places. “Hi there.”
"Hmm...my favorite memory? I have too many to count, but i guess, it would be the memory of meeting all you and making friends here on the forums. :3" ”One day I’m going to sit down and make a list of all the books that I finished reading....” “It's going to be a long list...”
Michaela turned her head when the other girl suddenly spoke to somebody else. With a grin, she waved at them. "Hi there!" Three people hanging out in some alley, nothing wrong with that, right? Nothing at all wrong with that. Turning back to the girl, she said, "That's interesting. I'm Michaela, but feel free to call me Micha." She paused, then added, "Both of you~"
Deciding to take the somewhat offensive with what she wanted to do, she asked, "Say, do you two like the elemental spirits? I've just heard a good story about them." The elemental spirits were more seen as a fairytale inside the walls, as far as she'd found out, so she could easily see the reactions of them. Maybe they were people she had been looking for.
Username »» waterpelt Character's Name »» Lucius Hilton Gender »» Male Age »» 18 Height »» 5'9" Appearance »» Lucius has slightly tanned skin, which seems to glow with its spotless appearance. His hair falls with a slight wave at the tips, reaching his eyes. It's pitch black in color, while his eyes seem more gray than blue. Around his left wrist, the beginning of a tattoo can be seen, although the rest of it is usually hidden under his clothes. As well as that, one of his ears is pierced.
Due to feeling cold most of the time, his clothing is mostly long-sleeved. Personality »» Lucius can be described as a friendly and gentle soul, trying his best to keep the peace around himself and other people. He doesn't like people not getting along, and will actually feel uncomfortable when the mood in a room shifts to something bad. He picks up on mood shifts easily, and tries to steer a conversation into a direction that will make somebody's mood better.
Still, despite his gentle nature, Lucius is also brave and will stand up to others for friends, although he usually doesn't bother to do the same just for himself. He doesn't care about mean words directed at himself all too much.
He often gets teased for being a hopeless romantic at heart, and while he gives pretty good advice when it comes to relationships, he has trouble ever finding love himself.
All in all, when first met, he often gets seen as naive, although he usually 'gets' much more than people would believe and simply doesn't comment on it. . Quinn raised a brow as he gave Jay a once over look. Didn't he see this guy back where he stole? Nah, that's just paranoid thinking. Even if he did, it didn't mean anything. Perhaps they just walked in the same direction. "Not too worried about it, it's kind of funny." He was referencing how Jay nearly knocked straight into him. He spoke kindly on habit, the words coming out easily as they weren't a lie. He wasn't worried about anyone bumping into him, and he did think that people getting surprised by him would be a funny sight. Since Quinn put away the thought that Jay followed him, he wasn't really expecting anything else to be said. His hands came out of his pockets to stretch above his head, getting any tension out of his body to seem more relaxed. Plus, keeping hunched over while walking all the time definitely made him feel cramped up.
Alone and loveless here Just the girl in the mirror Just her and me, Wicked Witch of the East! We deserve each other...
Eirian's eyes were narrowed as their gaze flicked from one to the other as they spoke. They didn't say anything and just grunted as their presence was acknowledged. Now it was definitely too late to back away. After a moment of contemplation, they decided to just say their name. Not like any harm would come from it, surely. "I'm Eirian."
As Michaela - Micha - spoke, their eyes seemed to narrow even further. They were silent, trying to weigh their options, a fairly rare occurrence for them. But this place was different - say one wrong thing and who knows what could happen. After a moment, they decided to just go for it. "Yeah, sure. I've also just heard an interesting story about 'em." Their gaze stayed on her, trying to gauge her reaction.
Jay's eyebrows shot up at that for a moment. Then, he shrugged. "If you think so..." he simply said. Still, he didn't just want to leave it at that, either. There was just something about this guy that screamed that something was up. At the same time, did he actually want to know?
Deciding that he was messing up his life enough as it was, he took a step past him, then added, "Did you hear about the elemental spirits being in danger? That's weird for a fairytale, isn't it?" They knew that normal people didn't know the fact about them being in danger, but to anybody else, it would sound like a weird fairytale. Jay wanted to see his reaction, wanted to know if his suspicion was right.
Quinn arched a brow at those words, "Aren't you a bit old to be interested in some fairytale?" The smile on his face did not match the look in his eyes, they seemed to be looking right into Jay's very being. "You should be careful who you say that to." His voice sounded mischievous, but it was definitely a warning. Of course it was more reasonable to expect the warning came from telling strangers about thst; but truth be told, he was referring to himself. It was quite obvious where this kid was getting at, and Quinn had no interest in entertaining that stupidity.
"Aren't you a little old for stealing wallets?" Jay replied, turning to meet Quinn's gaze. He preferred to not look at people while he spoke, but guessed that it was easier like this. Maybe he shouldn't have said that he had seen him steal like that, but at the same time, Jay wasn't really a fan of his attitude so far. There was an underlying tone to it that rubbed him the wrong way.
"You should be careful who you have watching you," he added, deciding to also turn that sentence back at him. Was this how one was supposed to be witty? He honestly had no clue at all. Either way, he'd found a good way to get away from the guy if he decided to attack. Though, Jay wasn't defenseless himself. He did have the knife he'd bought back in his old life.
"Pfft." The sound left Quinn's lips before he could hold it back, so he didn't bother holding back a laugh as some already slipped out. "Witty." Quin pulled out his knife, gently twirling it in his hand but making no move towards Jay. It was a small threat to show he was armed. "But I doubt you think that's really a problem if we're in the same boat." His voice was still achingly friendly despite all this, "Now, are you going to be direct with what you're thinking or are we gonna talk circles around each other for way too long?" Of course, he still had no interest in this whole ordeal. But if this guy was adamant on talking he'd at least listen, feigning entertainment to the thought before turning him away. He honestly couldn't imagine listening to this 'prophesy' type thing.
“Name’s Peridot but call me Perry.” Perry replied after the other two introduced themselves which she did give a slow nod about the spirits, “Yes I have heard of e’m... pretty interesting little critters.” She then added as they were of course fasniacting however in this world she wasn’t entirely sure who to trust, believe in or even give them a benefit of a doubt after all they were probably thinking the same about her. They remind me of the other world a bunch.... could they be from the other world? The thought did cross her mind granted she wasn’t sure how to ask it.

Jay seemed to consider his options for a moment, though the knife was honestly the last thing that was scaring him right now. "I guess... this isn't the right place, though." He really didn't feel like talking about this in the middle of a street, where anybody could hear. At least, he didn't want to talk about it directly like this. He wasn't planning to be one of the first to get killed by not being able to keep his mouth shut. Which would be quite ironic, considering he was the last person who couldn't stop his mouth.
Michaela grinned at that. Judging by their reactions, they definitely knew something. Placing her arms behind her head, she hummed. "Okaay, so were you also told you're here to help them out? Because that's what happened to me," she said truthfully. Sure, maybe it was a little risky to be this straightforward, but Michaela was believing into herself to have the right people here.
And the sooner they started working together, the better, right?

A curse escaped the man's mouth. "Language." A wave of laughter escaped the crowd, making Oscar grin. He sat at the table with his legs crossed, staring at the pieces in confidence. You know, one would expect someone to be, I don't know, freaking out about the fact they are in perhaps another universe? Not Oscar, he took the interest in a fellow betting money on a game of chess- though I never considered making a living challenging people a game of chess before. Click. Oscar refocused and peers at the board again, bishop to B7? The man looked too optimistic for his liking, though perhaps he just isn't a sore looser- we need more of those people in the world. I bet he gets all the ladies. "Checkmate." "What?" The crowd seemed to be at awe, as though I just managed to pull a saving piece out of my butt- metaphorically of course. "Good game mate." "G-good game." He chucks over a 50 bucks- not much, but this isn't exactly a championship now is it? "Another game and perhaps I'll beat you." Ethan, I think was his nam, grins. "Looking forward to it." I was of course, amused, but nonetheless loved his enthusiasm. I managed to get past the few days building small friendships within the people in town- i could say it payed off, beats me having to rob them anyways, they are good people, just...
“Me too.... so let’s be honest for just a minute, we’re all from a different world then this one? ‘cus some people have been talkin’ like they know it but actually just trying to steal what ya have.” Perry repiled a little slow at first then adding in her own question as she had been keeping it on the down low for a good while now which someone have come up to her saying something about the Spirits then trying to take her stuff that all ended up with them having rock-shaped bruises from her trusty slingshot to broken noses with her fist.
