Ben rolled his eyes jokingly. "Freya with a bow is a really, really scary thought." He grinned, Joshua's words making him remember more and more of last year at camp. "We should watch the sunset tonight, like last time." He suggested, hoping it was a good idea. The idea was directed at Lulu as well, in case she wanted to come, but of course, Joshua was the person who he'd watched it with last year.
Nick chuckled at that. "Sounds like fun to yell regardless, maybe we can spread the word like that," he replied, then cocked his head to the side, squinting for a moment. "I definitely think something is in that tree over there. Now, how should we get him down," Nick mused as he stepped towards the tree. They were still far enough to not be heard if they talked normally. However, Nick had managed to spot a smudge of something black, which he guessed was his brother's hair. If not, then, well, there was something else up there.
"Think we should just loudly yell his name until he's so annoyed he's going to come down?"
“Then someone will start a shouting challenge or a loud version of ‘Marco Polo’.” Prue laughed a bit at the thought of campers yelling ‘marco’ and ‘polo’ at one another then again Mr.D might not like the loud noise erupting from camp they already had campfire songs for that well at least the Apollo campers could sing in unison which she followed Nick to the tree they believed their little brother to be hiding out in which when she squinted her eyes could see something in the tree. “We either climb up or yell...that’s all I got.”
"Hmm...my favorite memory? I have too many to count, but i guess, it would be the memory of meeting all you and making friends here on the forums. :3" ”One day I’m going to sit down and make a list of all the books that I finished reading....” “It's going to be a long list...”
Oliver could totally hear people below him, he couldnt tell what they were saying or who they were but there was someone below him. He stayed completely still in the tree, angrily glaring at the branches to the tree. He had a feeling that whoever was down there, it wasnt just a passerby; that they were thede to drag him down. Not like hed let that be an easy task, anyone that was there to bug him deserved him being difficult. That was how Oliver saw it at least.
Ashers eyes lit up at that, his eyebrows raised in a delighted surprise. "Really?!?!" If he had a dog tail it would be wagging up a storm. "Thats awesome! There's plenty of good schools there for that, oh youll love it, and it means I can see you like every day and we can go to the beach and-" he couldnt even finish his run on of activities before it just came out as a bunch of nonsense from getting so excited.
"Sure," Joshua agreed, smiling at Ben. "Sounds fun, now that more people are back." Watching the sunset with friends sounded like a ton of fun, and the summer also made it be warm enough to sit outside without a jacket. Not to mention, more people were back now, too. Like Ben, for example.
"What sounds fun?" Ian asked as he came back over, grinning at them. "What did I miss?"
Nick grinned as he stopped under the tree. "Heey, Oliver!" he called up, even though he hadn't fully seen him yet or anything. His voice was confident, though. "We can see you. Come down to greet us~" He was pretty sure he was up there, even if he couldn't really see him. He would've made a joke about feeling his edgy presence, but left that one out. He'd probably be annoyed by his yelling enough as it was.
Alex smiled softly at Asher's reaction, hugging him again with a small chuckle. "This is why I love you," he said, then tilled his head to the side. "And, I mean, I was kind of hoping I could live with you? Unless that's a problem, of course." An apartment as a college student sounded very hard to get the money for, but he wasn't going to talk Asher into letting him move in or anything. While they had been dating for a while now, it still hadn't been that long, after all.
Oliver swore under his breath but refused to respond to the taunt. He wasnt going to buy that they knew he was up here just yet. If he could barely make them out and they had more light on them, there was no way they could actually see him. They could only see some dark shape which could very well be jsut a cluster of leaves. Of course annoying him out would eventually work.
"Why would that be a problem?!" That made him look even happier, "I'd get to see you every day," asher let out an audible gasp as the idea came to mind, "I can make you sweets all the time and we xan walk Rosie together and I can help you stay up and study and yes yes yes." Asher looked like he was going to explode. "I'm so fired up now, this capture the flag is gonna be great im gonna destroy everyone!" It would be a great outlet for his energy.
“So.... should we climb the tree?.” Prue was a fairly good climber and the tree was sturdy enough to support the weight of at least three campers or even more so they should be fine unless whoever in the tree that wasn’t their brother didn’t like it then they would be in trouble, “Or do we simply just do a stakeout? The latter would take longer and Oliver might shadow travel from the tree but climbing is just as dangerous if we aren’t careful.” She was now weighing the pros and cons of said ideas unless Nick had any other ones they could be left with those two options.
"Hmm...my favorite memory? I have too many to count, but i guess, it would be the memory of meeting all you and making friends here on the forums. :3" ”One day I’m going to sit down and make a list of all the books that I finished reading....” “It's going to be a long list...”
“We’re going to watch the sunset tonight.” Lulu explained to Ian, running a hand smoothly through her hair, before looking at Ben again, as he looked like he wanted to say more.
Ben nodded, saying, “Yeah, it’s really peaceful and nice. We went last year and it’s one of my best memories from camp.” He admitted, thinking back to the summer of last year. “I even have pictures on my ipod, I think.”
"Climbing sounds like a plan," Nick agreed with a smirk, leaning against the tree. "Do you wanna do it? I think he'd hesitate to push you down way more than he'd hesitate with me," he joked, although it was definitely true, too.
Not like Nick would want it to be any other way, really. Teasing Oliver was way too much fun to not do it.
"Don't scream about the idea too loudly, though. I haven't exactly told Sanaa yet, and I don't think she'd like to know through you," Alex said softly, but still had his smile. He knew Sanaa wouldn't be as thrilled, but she also wouldn't be holding him back.
The capture the flag comment made him smile more brightly, though. "I wonder what the teams will end up looking like this time around."
"What's an eye-pot?" Ian asked in confusion, and Joshua couldn't keep a small chuckle down.
"It's called iPod. It's this electronical device thing for like music and pictures and stuff," he tried explaining, then crossed his arms while tilling his head. "Don't worry, I have no clue about some of this stuff, either. We really don't get out enough at the camp." He laughed after saying that, showing that he wasn't bothered by it too much.
Ben nodded to Joshua’s explanation. “Yeah, that’s pretty much if. My Ipod isn’t connected to the internet though, i just use it to listen to music and take pictures.” He patted his pockets briefly. “I don’t have it on me right now, but I’ll go to my cabin and get it before sunset so I can show you guys.”
Lulu hummed in acknowledgement, looking up at the sky. “It seems like we have a bit of time before then, what should we do in the meantime?”
“Challenge accepted, don’t worry if I fall I know that my dear brother will catch me~” Prue chuckled at the thought granted falling and breaking a bone was not something she had in mind for the first day of camp really to begin which the teen soon going to the base of the tree and starting to climb its branches mythological- slowly but safely after all she was a child of hades however if Oliver was safely up there then so she should be, she normally didn’t like heights however when it came to natural structures as say trees for example or a mountain she was alright. I wonder what he’s been doing since last time I saw him.., that thought did cross her mind as she climbed the tree’s branches and making her way up. “Hey Oliver! It’s your favorite sister!”
"Hmm...my favorite memory? I have too many to count, but i guess, it would be the memory of meeting all you and making friends here on the forums. :3" ”One day I’m going to sit down and make a list of all the books that I finished reading....” “It's going to be a long list...”
"Nope." Oliver reacted immediately, working through the tightly woven branches to get up higher. He didn't care to put himself in danger, he wasnt really concerned of getting hurt so he climbed to a little less stable spot. "Try and get me here losers!" He shouted annoyed, glaring down at Prue and further down in the shapes from the bottom that he rightfully assumed was Nick.
"I hope we stay on the same siiide, I'll feel conflicted going against you while being happy about you. Of course I wouldn't take it easy on you cause that'd be unfair~" asher laughed out. The change between now and when he crashed from jetlag was going to be a very comedic one. Like flipping an light switch.
"Did you already have a tour around the camp?" Joshua asked Lulu with a smile. "There's quite a lot to see, after all." He was offering that they could show her around a bit, maybe look for her siblings as well. Although, maybe they could hold off on introducing Cecilia to her. He wasn't really sure if they'd get along at all.
"You can do it, Prue!" Nick called up to her with a laugh, very pleased with himself that they had found Oliver like this. Oliver sounded annoyed, but they both had been expecting that. He doubted Prue would get pushed down, meanwhile if it had been him climbing up, he could've seen Oliver simply pushing him. It wasn't that high, but that wouldn't have been nice regardless.
"You should give up, Oliver. It's easier that way," he added.
"Depends on what Sanaa and Percy decide, in that case," Alex said, smiling up at Asher. "You sure the game won't be more interesting if Athena and Apollo are on different sides, though?" Honestly, playing with Asher sounded like a ton of fun, but he knew that if they were on different teams, it'd push them even more to do well.

Sanaa had greeted most people at this point, so now she was making her way over to where she'd last seen Percy, not having had the chance to greet him yet. Raising her hand, she gave him a wave while walking over. "Hey there. I'm guessing you already saw Alex again, but let me greet you, too," she said. "How was your school year?"
Lulu shook her head. “That would be really helpful, this is the first place I’ve been.” She filled them in, motioning to her bag she’d set on the ground. “Maybe my cabin could be the first stop?”
Ben nodded. “Yeah, that sounds good. Aphrodite, right?” At Lulu’s nod, he looked at the others. “Does anybody want to get more food before we go?” The tour could take a bit of time, he didn’t want anybody to be hungry.
(Citrine, נιηχχє∂ lol I love Oliver....spoiler] New camper: What’s that in the tree? *points to the tree that Oliver is in with his sister climbing said tree and other brother waiting below* Henry: *looks at tree* oh that’s Hades’ cabin. It’s perfectly normal~! [/spoiler] that scene keeps popping up)
Prue had taken a small pause on one of the tree’s central and thicker branches just as the younger brother of hers decided to go up higher where the branches weren’t all that strong which she had to keep in mind that going up to high might get them in ‘sky territory’ but hopefully Lucia was in camp and with the nice view of camp she could see campers getting settled back in to their routines just like they were, “Come on down Oliver!” She couldn’t help but laugh with the predicament they were in a tree of all places well expect for Nick who was the ‘responsible’ one that monitored them. “If you come down a couple branches you could jump him.”

"Hmm...my favorite memory? I have too many to count, but i guess, it would be the memory of meeting all you and making friends here on the forums. :3" ”One day I’m going to sit down and make a list of all the books that I finished reading....” “It's going to be a long list...”
"I'm good," Joshua said, then glanced at Ian, who seemed to be considering to get more food, but then shook his head, also agreeing to leave. "You've got three siblings, unless more Aphrodite campers came here this year," he explained, then looked a bit sheepish. "Uh, some of them are quite the personality, but I'm sure you'll get along." He was mainly talking about Cecilia here, and he hoped that that meeting wouldn't go too badly.
After Lucia had finished unpacking, she decided to move back over to the Aphrodite cabin, wondering if Nate was already done himself. As she neared however, she noticed somebody else walking towards the cabin. With a smile, Lucia called out, "Hi, Cecilia! How was your school year?"
The other girl huffed, looking like she couldn't believe that Lucia dared to ask that. "It was more than fine, as has to be expected," she replied, putting her fingers up to her chest arrogantly. "My teachers tell me that it's only a matter of time until I've surpassed them, while my fame also continues to grow. But of course you wouldn't know anything about that."
Lucia paused for a moment, then shrugged. "Yeah, wouldn't know about that," she said with a smile. "I wanted to check if Nate's still in the cabin, would you mind if I came in, too?"
"As long as you help me with these absurdly heavy bags, I won't mind," Cecilia replied without hesitation. They weren't even that heavy, she just didn't feel like carrying them. That was below her.
"Yeah, that's fine," Lucia said with a giggle, taking the bags from her. They were almost at the cabin, anyway.
