(✯~Rippleshadow~✯, The Angry Unicorn, 💫Fallenstar💫, maxils, @anyone else to join. The Roleplay is Offical Starting!)
Spring is here, however snow is still clinging to the ground like claws. It’s a rather chilly morning with the sun slowly rising in the distance as the people go through their daily lives, Rumors slowly spread of a mysterious plague that attacks rapidly then disappearing suddenly only to appear in a totally different place. So far it has not reached the center of the kingdom, nor the nearby village or the city... yet.
*** (Elaine)
Elaine had dressed in her simple yet ‘royal’ attire with the new queen pacing back and forth next to a large, round, oak-wooden table situated within an even larger circular room that had a dome ceiling, atop the table was a large map of the entire kingdom with its neighboring empires bordering on their respected sides of the map and small statuettes were placed in areas where the rumored stories of a mysterious sickness that affected one’s entire body that would turned the infected into a bloodthirsty monster. “The latest attack was a week ago to the northern border.... By the divinity! what on earth is this?” She made her right hand into a fist and stubbornly punched the wall beside her.
***** (Kalliah)
Kalliah was making her way down one of the castle’s many hallways with a basket under one arm as she moved past other servants, guards or other people in general who were going along their day like normal for the large household. She moved her serpentine body against the wall to let some soldiers pass by before continuing her way to the kitchen as the basket under her arm carried fresh fruits for the day for breakfast. ”Did ya hear? I heard one of e’m soldiers say that down in a dwarves hold.....” “Really? No way!” the gossip went over the young lamia’s head yet she couldn’t quite understand what all the ruckus was about.
***** (Tytus)
Tytus wipes the sweat from his brow as he stood back from the fire’s hearth to catch a breath and to look over his latest masterpiece, the metal axe held between a pair of blacksmith pinchers that was the color of dark gray that contrasted deeply to the fire-hued weapon before him. Quickly hammering away the red metal to shape it then back into the fire to soften the metal and better to shape the weapon without someone’s body being impaled. “Geez... better head on over to the tavern after this.”
****** (Ralph & Randell)
Ralph was headed to the village’s local tavern for a warm meal for her young one and play some music for willing ears, she was carrying her barely awake child in one arm and her musical instrument in the other. “Wake up sweetheart.... the innkeeper’s cooking up some nice grub today~ oh don’t worry, your daddy will be with us soon... he’s just worked real late last night.” She cooed to her child who yawned in response then asking about his father.
****** (Flynn)
Flynn being a pirate who’s only interest at the moment was ‘legally’ filling his pockets with shiny trinkets of riches was currently making his way off his beloved skip and into the nearest market square, he had made a deal with the city to protect it and so forth and any stuff he salvaged could be sold here for a rather good profit thus making him also a merchant in a way. The square was becoming rather lively despite being just the morning however with the season changing it had the freshest foods aviable for the picking and you would always meet interesting people here.
