Ross shrugged his shoulders nonchalantly as he turned to face Kaliah. "Pretty well," he replied, "but I haven't had much interesting recently to talk about." With a small chuckle, he added, "I guess I'm kind of waiting for something to happen."
Kaliah smiles a bit that did reveal her pointed fangs, “Well at least we dint have snobby nobles with their strange food requests.” She chuckled a little with her thinking back to the time a duchess requested a grilled duck stuffed with roses or some weird rich things that didn’t make sense to her power mind, “Bht yeah it’s been a quiet couple of days...”
The innkeeper looked confused for a moment before giving a heart laugh, “Oh my poor mind! I meant she’s been living here for about eight years now.” He quickly fixed his response to the former question as he thought for a moment about the second one, “Not since she came here, she would occasionally go to the city of Marinus or to the castle although those trips are few.”

Ross nodded in agreement as he turned back to work. As he placed a dish to the side, a thought popped in his head. "When it's quiet, do you wait for something to happen or do you make something happen?" he asked curiously, and almost mischievously.

"huh? Oh." Right, of course? He wasn't even sure if these villages accept Werewolves, and being werewolves tend to make him tense. He eeventually down the soup, a little less stressed perhaps, he wondered if they were werewolves would they attack him when he goes? Though perhaps they look a bit too nice to be werewolves... or to attack him.
Kaliah looked up from her spot folding some napkins and placing them on the shelf in a neat pile, “Hmm....I guess I wait for it to happen....” she had thought for a moment before answering her friend as normally things happened without her knowing about it or causing it granted she didn’t do much out of the box thinking, she left that to Roses who always had genius ideas that she might get dragged into but hey, he is her friend. “Do you know something I don’t?”
“You doing fine there sir? You seem to be a bit stressed.” The innkeeper asked in a slight curious manner as it could be a number of reasons as to why the centaur seemed to be a little bit wary which the crowd of people in the tavern was a fairly normal sized group that you could still walk around people without stepping on some toes granted most of his customers weren’t centaurs. The tavern itself was tall in height to even have an ogre or half-giant sit comfortably in however it was a little snug- more so towards the tables closer to the stage where the famously bard was singing even some patrons started to clap or dance along to the beat.

"Hmm? Oh yes, just... tired..." He manages to play it off, giving the innkeeper a light grin, though it was still more him still not accustomed to the smell, which is making him almost nauseatic, and the sudden thought of werewolves didn't help either. He didn't realize but the few customers got up and started dancing to her music.
Well , atleast others are having much more of a good time. Lily~Myth
After sometime Ralph stopped playing the stringed instrument and giving a bow to her wonderful audience, “Thank you all.” She said with a smile which for a moment did show a glint of sparkling teeth that were human however the canine portions were slightly more pointed, “You’ve All been a fantastic audience~ until next time, adieu~!” She added then hopping off the stage with relative ease despite her age and going over to hug her little boy who was clapping along with the audience and apparently excited to watch the show.
“You were great mama! Some day I’m going’ to be a knight! Then ya can sing songs of me!” Randy cheerfully said to his mother when she hugged him that earned him a laugh and “someday my little pup” response which she sang a lot of songs, too many for this poor pup to count up too however some were of daring adventures of valiant knights to soft lullabies when he was bedridden or not being able to sleep.

Oliver gives a light laugh, obviously enjoying the child's enthusiasm, seeing that he had finished his soup, and the crowd was already chatting from the performance he thought it was the perfect time to get going. "That was some marvelous music.! I can see why many knight-to-be would come to you first." He gave a light wink to the boy. There must be some sort of reason why the boy keeps getting sick, he'll need to find out what though, but he isn't sure if he can stay long enough to do so.
"Well? Should we find you those lemons?" Lily~Myth
“Thank you,” Ralph smiled a bit as she looked over at the centaur who came back, “Yes, let’s get going.” Which she glanced down to see Randy holding out his arms to her which she gladly picked up the boy in her arms as she didn’t have super strength but it was slightly more than the average human, she started to walk out from the tavern and with a free hand she threw a small bag of coin over to the innkeeper who caught it without looking back up from his conversation with a customer.

Ross shook his head slightly, but small, sly smile tugged on his face. "We could try to stir some mischief to make things interesting," he remarked. He added in a teasing manner, "If you're up for it, that is."

Oliver made sure his bag is still with him before following her out the door, happy to be out of the stinky tavern, and even more so on a full stomach- not saying that one bowl of soup can fill up a centaur, but a snack will do. Being a centaur its quite easy to scent out fruits or vegetation- especially when they hunt them for so long and especially if they are lemons- the sour taste rung true. Though he watched his mother carried to poor boy, he felt inclined to help but at the same time, he wasn't sure if he trusts anyone sitting in the back- nevermind how riding a horse even works! "Mind if I ask where you've learnt to play?" He asked the mother as they gone off in the direction where he had noticed the sour flavour scent. Lily~Myth
Kaliah thought for a moment as she hummed a little in the process, “Okay!” She said with a smile which she wasn’t really sure what she was agreeing to however she didn’t want to be left out of anything, she wondered for a moment as well what her friend had in mind that did make her even more curious, “So what’s the big plan?” The lamia then asked her elf friend who seemed to be ready to go through with his idea.
“I learned from a bard that passed through my hometown when I was a pup,” Ralph explained proudly with the werewolf following alongside the centaur and holding her own little pup in her arms who remained surprisingly content and calm for a young kid, “Or actually I found her caught in one of those nasty old pit traps, Luck was their that day.” She shook her head a little with the memory being both a pleasant and not so great one, finding a bleeding person in a hole.... it’s not a good picture granted later in return for saving the bard’s life- she was taught the trade.
Randy could smell a tangy scent within the fields they had walked into that was outside of the town however they were close enough to see the wooden walls that kept it safe if ever there were an attack, “Is that lemon?” He asked while scrunching his nose at the string scent that made him wonder if the medicine would even taste as great like Ross described, granted you could never go wrong with honey.

To her question, Ross shrugged his shoulders as his grin fell slightly. "I actually just wanted to do something," the elf answered honestly. "We can make it up as we go along. Or do you have a genius plan?"
“I have no idea~” Kaliah giggled a bit in response with it being the truth as she normally just followed really instead of leading, “So I guess making it up as we go it is~ it’s not very busy today so we don’t have to worry about work for a bit....” don’t get this lamia wrong, she actually enjoyed working and doing her daily chores however this seemed like an interesting opportunity to go out for the day.

"So, should we go outside and see where we can cause some trouble?" Ross asked as he tilted his head to the side slightly. "Or should we look for somewhere inside the castle?" The elf himself was leaning towards going out of the castle, as he didn't want to get caught by guards in the middle of causing mischief and later get punished. But that was the risk in trying to make things happen - and maybe it'll be worth it.
