Ariella
The elf shrugged nonchalantly as she plastered a friendly smile on her face. "It's quite alright, ma'am," she replied with a small dip of her head in respect. Ariella asked politely, "Is there anything I can help you with?"
"Alright, I guess?" Archer replied with a curious tilt of his head. Even when he suggested local inns to visitors, he had never been offered free food in turn. "I'll keep that in mind, then."

“Oh well... you wouldn’t happen to have any herbs to trade or sell?” Myrtle asked with her of course being cautious of the stranger but she did accidentally bump into the elf and she didn’t want to seem rude, the knights from the king were seemingly scattered throughout the village with the hobbit lass seeing their helmets every so often through the crowd. The gossip of the market place anyone could overhear a sentence or two with the excited talk of traveling merchants, rumors of rebels, the king’s knights amongst other things such as how the day was going for them and what they expected the day to be. Oh I do hope I can get some parsley or basil...
****
Jordan grinned in response with the Mer giving a wave goodbye to the elf and headed off towards the inn that’s wasnt that far off from the docks but it was upwind from the butchery that was a plus, most of the folk here were of course hobbits hence the village name and you could tell who were locals and who weren’t to some degree. Well if you happened to be an well-armored knight patrolling the area that would certainly stand out. “Eh? I wonder what the foam is going on....eh.... nothing too bad I hope.” He grumbled to himself with him going into the inn.
"Hmm...my favorite memory? I have too many to count, but i guess, it would be the memory of meeting all you and making friends here on the forums. :3" ”One day I’m going to sit down and make a list of all the books that I finished reading....” “It's going to be a long list...”

Ariella
Ariella nodded her head vigorously as her smile widened. "What a nice coincidence! I was actually hoping to sell some herbs." She opened the satchel Phil had given her and looked inside. "Let's see... I have some mint, parsley, sorrel, and thyme. Were you looking for any of those?"
Oliver gazed around the city, walking casually with the knights behind him. His eyes were cold as he observed all the local villagers, suspecting that the Resistance would be casually matching with their surroundings. "Trust no one here," he whispered under his breath as an order to his group.

Myrtle looked up with her eyes glinting a little, “And even nicer one! Yes I have been looking for all four herbs.” She chuckled a bit as today seemed to be her lucky day despite the gloomy weather she could see a sunshine at the end of it, “How much for all four?” The hobbit lass asked awhile taking out her coin purse which was of the kingdom’s coin and it coming from honest hands meant it was good.
***
Phillip grumbled as she left the Hopping Holly with there being no rooms available and the management seemed to be a little too friendly, the captain looked around her surroundings which was full of people however she quickly spotted small group of knights from their armor and by their “leader’s” slightly differing attire meant a higher rank of a commander. Oh hemlock! What are lucky of all days... she thought to herself in quiet fear however she kept her face unreadable from showing what her mind was saying with her maneuvering through the crowd of people, her own garb was that of a hunter which was her trade in fact and would hopefully keep her from sight however the looming weather threatened to push them all indoors.
***
Jordan was sitting at one of the table saw inside of the Riverside Inn and taking a long gulp of a drink, “Aah... that hits the spot, a somewhat warm drink for a cold day....” he said to himself with a grin and giving s thumbs up to one of the servers who looked confused for a moment then waving in response. Maybe I sell some things here... gonna be raining soon anyhow he thought to himself with the bag of goodies by his feet and people would be coming in to escape from the rain. Perfect business...

Ariella
Ariella tilted her head to the side thoughtfully as she wondered what would be a reasonable charge. "A coin for each for some of each would do," she replied. The elf took the herbs out of the satchel as she looked down at the woman.
Archer
As the ship-builder made his way back to his home, Archer froze as he recognized the familiar outfits of knights and a Commander. He squinted, recognizing Oliver Cliffton. What is he doing here? he wondered. With fear and dread, he thought, Are they looking for me?
Archer quickly hurried away, hoping to blend into the locals and prayed for mercy on his soul.
Oliver
The Commander glanced at the horizon and noticed the brewing storm. We may have to find an inn to stay in and wait for the storm to pass, he noted to himself. He made eye contact with one of the knights accompanying him. "You, look around for a nice open inn," he ordered.

(Hollywing the, should we have everyone ‘trapped’ within the same inn during the storm? Or have another character bump into another? Or both?)
“Sounds fir enough,” Myrtle replied with a sweet smile as she pulled out the number of coin in payment for the number of herbs she was buying from, even from here her somewhat keen sense of smell could tell these herbs were freshly plucked from the ground just this day. The hobbit woman nearly jumped out of her skin as it started to thunder in the sky which she normally wasn’t this jittery during such natural occurrences but that had came out of nowhere. “Dear me, I was hoping the storm would pass over...” she mumbled with a small frown as her little home was a far distance from the village square which meant taking shelter at one of the inns, and she was not going to stay at Hopping Holly that had a not so secret rat problem just a couple of days ago... that and she didn’t like the innkeeper for spiking her pie on that cook off day.

(Lily~Myth I'm fine with both, but I'm going to pull Archer out of the scene because I think it's a little too early for him and Ariella to meet again)
Ariella
The elf gasped with surprise at the storm's rumbling thunder. I hope that Phil's found us a place to stay, she thought as she pulled her cloak tighter. The warrior murmured, "We should start looking for shelter before the storm gets closer..."
Oliver
As the storm drew closer, the Commander waited patiently for the knight he sent out to return. It would be an embarrassment to the Order if they were forced to sleep out in the rain, but the villagers must be sensible enough to not turn down the second-in-command and his patrol. Even for a village this far out, Oliver assumed that they were wary of the Order's control and how they had the power to torture or execute. When will that knight return?
Archer
Archer reached his home just as the storm thundered. "Thank goodness," he sighed with relief as he opened the door and shut it behind him. He was about to make dinner when a string of fear for the storm twisted a knot in his stomach, causing him to lose his appetite. Hopefully it won't be that bad...

Myrtle being the rather nosy lady overheard the mumbling coming from the elf, “Don’t want to get caught in the storm, there’s Riverside’s Inn if your looking for a place to take shelter.” she wasn’t sure I’d the ‘we’ meant that the elf was traveling with someone else or them but in either case that place would suit best before it rained as the wind slowly picked up more, she even pointed towards the the place which it was good walking distance away from the square.
**
Phillip looked over her shoulder to see Arielle talking with a hobbit lady and seemed to be in the selling business at the moment however the captain didn’t want to catch attention by any nosy knights who were stalking about, she however was rather tall and wore deep green cloak that didn’t make her stand out much unless you were looking for her which she saw the same lady point in the same inn’s direction. Lets get here before the sky opens up... she made her way through the doorway and hoping that the warrior had spotted her coming in here.
*** The knight reported back, “The Hopping Holly is somewhat crowded but Riverside’s Inn seems to be open....” He said with a rather thick accent to the commander as they could go to the mayor of the village for a place to stay or simply stay at one of the inns which he didn’t care either way, he just wanted to get somewhere dry before it rained as wearing armor during a storm could weigh them down.

Ariella
She nodded in acknowledgement to the hobbit's suggestion and glanced at the place the woman pointed to. To her surprise, she also noticed Phil heading inside the doorway. "Where are you going to stay for the storm?" she asked, turning her head curiously.
Oliver
Oliver remained expressionless as he considered the knight's suggestion. "Then we'll stay there," he muttered gruffly. He glanced around the square and noticed the sign reading "RIVERSIDE'S INN" and started walking toward the building. He gestured with his hand for his knights to follow ad he ordered, "Come on. Let's see if they still have room."

(Hollywing the, I might make a squire... I’m not sure yet)
“Me? Oh I’ll stay at the inn until the storms blows over, then I’ll be heading home.” Myrtle replied honestly with the inn being quite large to have many people through its doors and besides she wasn’t going to be renting a room for the night, the storm should pass by within an hour or two, she flinched a little when she felt a cold drop of water fall right atop her forehead with it starting to rain. “Let’s hurry on in or we’ll be wetter than an otter when we there.” She added swiftly as the woman made her way towards the inn, she did not want to enter the building soaking wet, if she was going to her own home it would be fine but to an establishment such a small this? Unheard of.
****
Phil had secured two rooms for both the warrior and herself which they were small by both standards but would do for the night or until how ever long the storm would last. The captain sitting in the back of the large living space to keep to herself but with her gaze forwards can see clearly most of the space, she had to keep a guard up all the while not drawing attention to herself which was fifty to fifty in regards of that or both happening. Some people are staying to get out of the storm, some for rooms...... we’ll probably have knights for neighbor’s with the round of luck this day.... she thought to herself as she took a sip of a cool drink that they called lemonade and it was quite good, a little tangy taste but refreshing.
***
Jordan lazily looked over at the people entering the inn which he didn’t see his new friend Archer among them but hey, he offered a free meal the next time the meet so it wasn’t a total lost. Speaking of that he had some good business from paying customers with him selling them what they were hated at decent prices, this place seemed to be like a little paradise in the countryside... he did prefer the sea view instead of a river one but beggars can’t be choosers.

(Lily~Myth No pressure! If you have the time and really want to, you can)
Ariella
She nodded in agreement as she hurried to the inn and opened the door. She held it open for the hobbit woman, saying kindly, "You first." She glanced to the side and noticed the familiar outfits of a Commander and a group of knights. How did I not notice them earlier? she wondered as she narrowed her eyes at them. And what are they doing here? She turned her head quickly, hoping that the Order didn't notice the spite in her gaze.
Oliver
The corner of the Commander's mouth turned downward slightly as he felt raindrops falling onto him. Glancing at the building, he saw two women both in simple attire by the doorway. We either have to wait until they go in first or intimidate them into letting us through, he thought. But which one is more practical for the moment?/i]

(Hollywing the, I just imagined a young squire idolizing and following Oliver around like a puppy XD)
“Oh? Thank you kindly.” Myrtle walked through the doorway into the inn with there being plenty of room in the main hall for people to have their own tables and not be elbow-to-elbow with strangers, Such a kind elf, her parents must be proud of her manners~! she thought to herself with her moving away from the entranceway so that other people could walk on through, the sound of light music from a bard kept the mood light despite the growing weather outside the doors, she saw familiar and unfamiliar faces of people which this was of course an inn, what else could she expect? It did bring a sense of comfort and perhaps a thrill of hearing new gossip that would certainly run like a wildfire once lit.

(Lily~Myth And Vincent would be jealous of Oliver's fan... that would actually be interesting)
Ariella
The elf closed the door behind her and glanced around the inn for her Captain. Where could Phil be? she wondered curiously. Perhaps she's already in a room that she got for herself? If so, where would my room be? She sighed as she stopped by the bar on the side to get a drink.
Oliver
After the two women entered, he walked toward the building and opened the door for his knights to go through. He remembered hearing awhile ago that to lead was to serve, and he was a leader here. Once he saw that they were all inside, he followed suit and approached the line of people who seemed to be waiting to ask for their rooms.

(Hollywing the even better, what if the squire was Vincent's younger sibling/cousin? )
Phil watched from her table as more people came into the inn which she mentally face-palmed when the Order members came waltzing in however she had spotted Ariella come into the establishment with the hobbit she had talked with prior to the rain, speaking of rain you could hear the wind whistling outside and the pit-pat sounds from the roof basically saying ‘storm’s here’ plus the occasionally sound of thunder. Currently she was sitting somewhere in the back and the warrior at the bar which sounded nice but she had to keep her sense about.
****
Myrtle made her way over to a small table that was unoccupied, “I guess everyone else is at the other inn, still plenty of rooms left.” She mused to herself from her observing the numbered board the keeper had behind him that was crossed out each time someone purchased a room, so ten rooms were still up from grabs and judging by the people that then came in she did do a double take. Knights? That’s what that lad was talking about earlier! I wonder what kind of business they have here, armed to the teeth I reckon.... I hope they aren’t looking for someone here.... by that I mean dangerous.... she thought to herself with her hoping that it was just a simply patrol to keep the kingdom secure, they were just passing through or well she couldn’t think of why such high power people would be here.
***
Jordan nearly spat into his mug when the knights came in in shock, for the most part he didn’t think of why their status would be staying at an inn of all places and not the mayor of the village’s house, judging from their attire they seemed to be of higher ranks and one of them seemed to be in command of the rest. “Could be a general...” he mumbled to himself then wondering if he could make a profit- risky business when you move up the chain but they might be interested in what he’s got, he could get for them or information, he was a traveling merchant with many ties to the underwater world that they might want known.

(Lily~Myth That would be great! Take your time, though)
Ariella
After getting a cup, the elf spotted the captain at the back of the place. A smile tugged on her place as she walked toward Phil with a bounce in her step. "Hey," she greeted as she sat down at the table. "Did you already book us rooms?"
Oliver
The commander tensed slightly as he felt the gazes of others fall upon him and his group. Are they judging us? he wondered. Or are they fearing what we've come here for? He hoped for the latter as the line shifted upward after someone had booked their room. They better have some good rooms for us, though, Oliver thought with a sigh underneath his breath.
