I've been watching Kekkai Sensen lately. Zapp is like Eliza + Dante combined. The Homura lovechild turned into a Moemura lovechild. Help. I do not need to be attacked by Madoka references while playing Guilty Gear.

Yeah SAO's not really that great but it's still fun to watch. The animation was nice and the backgrounds were usually really pretty. The chances of any main characters dying and staying dead is basically non-existent. I want to say SAO was airing around the same time as SNK, so it was a nice change of pace to watch a show where you knew the good guys were going to win in the end and your favorite character was going to live to see it.
Even if you don't like SAO though you might want to give the second half of the second season a chance. It's all about Asuna and several new characters and Kirito's in it for maybe ten minutes if that. It's actually really good compared to the rest of the series.

I've heard that SAO got worse in the second season? Idk, I watched the first season with a whole bunch of friends. The actual watching together part and commentary was really fun. The actual show? Not really. None of us liked it at all.
Also, about SnK (there's a tldr at the end); at this point in the manga it's apparent who's going to get killed off in each arc and who isn't. Characters that have been around since the very beginning OR characters that have received a lot of development aren't going to die (e.g. Mikasa, Armin, Hanji (though there was that scare in like chapter 64 or something where they got hit in the shoulder and fell and I have to admit I was pretty scared), Levi, etc). I think it's because Isayama thinks it would be a shame to kill these characters he worked on for a long time. At least, not yet. Characters like Thomas and Mina who were introduced in the Trainee arc or Petra and Auruo who were introduced in the Female Titan arc all got killed pretty quickly because they didn't have that much character development and weren't intended to be complex in the first place so idk i admit that i am guilty of still being sad over petra dying though she wasn't THAT relevant to the story as a whole Also, Marco definitely counts as a character who wasn't intended to be important in the first place. I admit it seemed like he would be vital but no actually
I think that if the character has survived 1-2 entire arcs then they're good until the very end of the story which nobody knows what's going to happen and it's coming in like 5 years soooooo
Also to maximize emotional pain and the effect of loss Isayama should start killing off the characters that have survived a long time I mean we already have some that betray the group but none of them have died. On the other hand it would be an absolute shame to kill them off.
tl;dr Characters that have survived for a long time won't die anytime soon because Isayama probably thinks it would be a shame to kill them off. If your fave is from that roster then you're good to go for the next ~5 years.
Marco also wasn't intended to be a main character in the first place
okay wow i wrote more than i needed. ngl i also wanted to throw in a section specifically about sasha but that would be too time consuming and this would be the size of an essay

Um I like Pokémon? XD I only watch kid animé
Pokemon: Watched it since I was 3, I saw Skitty on a DVD at the library and had to watch because the words "Pink kitty" went through my head XD its pretty fun to watch and has a plot, it can be funny, awesome or just plain weird.
Digimon: Watched it since i was um I was 12 or 11i think and its alot darker then Pokémon and alot of people won't watch it because they think that it is a rip off but its not. Has a better plot then Pokémon and is pretty cute, but can be pretty dark
Hamtaro: Yep XD its about hamsters (phone didn't count that as a word...) its my feel good show.
Powerpuff Girls Z Its pretty much PPG only in animé form

I plan on watching FMA after I finish watching JJBA.
Give me a lil' guide, Fullmetal Cat. Should I just watch only Brotherhood?

I'm going to start FMA as soon as possible. I'm moving tomorrow and I said I'd watch FMA during summer and I'll have to wait until the wifi gets set up.
