Luckily, although I am a college senior, I probably won't graduate until next May.

Yeah. Teachers don't really make much as it is, and now this is happening. I feel bad for high school/college seniors too, who are missing out on senior-related events due to this. I mean, it is possible that these events can be rescheduled after it all blows over, but that's not a promised thing. Nothing is guaranteed. There was an event i was going to go too (cant think of the name) that was canceled.... honestly im not sure if i would even wnat to go to tha, my parents were planning on going to an autism panel in GA but it was canceled and it would've helped us with my brother. I feel bad for my history professor,on the first day of class she told us she has trouble with technology- and having to move online will be hard. i took my exam yesterday...it was weird just being online instead of in class

Not surprising. All kinds of events have been canceled. I was going to go to Winter Jam this past Sunday (the 15th), but that got canceled too.
Yeah. That's a good point too. What are teachers who aren't as tech savvy going to do in this time? Again, it's really screwing everything over.

We were going to have a concert for guitar class this April. :/ And midterms didn't happen at all.

RIP. I was supposed to have some group projects in two of my classes, but I don't think those can happen now.

In Wisconsin, all public and private K-12 are closed "indefinitely" (aka for the rest of school year), all colleges are switched to online classes for the rest of the semester, restaurants are closed besides carry out and daycares are limiting the amount of workers and children that can be there. It's also recommended that any gatherings over 10 people cannot happen anymore, so churches and a lot of other places are closed as well.
I've been home from college for a few days, and I'm already super bored and ready to go back. I think there's around 50 confirmed cases in Wisconsin. The County next to mine has had their first case today and I'm sure that my county will get a case pretty quick. I'm still allowed to go wherever I want because my parents don't mind, but I'm not going to visit my grandparents just in case. My grandma is in pretty perfect health considering that she is 75, but my grandpa has some health issues. My grandma wants some hand sanitizer so I'm going to try to find some tomorrow and drop it off in front of her door, but I probably won't find any

There are 98 cases in Tennessee. Most are in the Nashville area, where it's more populated.

I have a feeling that the tornado that went through might be part of what's contributed to the spread. If people are having to shelter somewhere else because their house got destroyed, then those shelters are probably crowded with people.

That makes sense. I feel sorry for those affected, who probably have higher chances of getting it.
