Why am i not getting cats?

I've caught lots of prey, i've placed it on moss, there are thickets nearby, is it because i have 2 dens on the same tile?

I've solved the mystery, if you have 2 dens on the same tile, cats will not spawn. So i'm sending this to glitch reports.
