You can't play it on an iPad. It's not compatible for mobile devices. Only Windows computers.

though there is no IPAD release, I’m hoping for a Chromebook release or an IPad one in the near future i fear you will be waiting for a long time - untold tales is not being worked on anymore/will not be ported to other platforms. if you are interested, falcon's other games are available on a wider variety of platforms
because this is an RPGmaker game from 12 years ago
you can download it and see if it works, but it was probably made with windows devices in mind. i'm not sure what would make it incompatible with a mac if anything
