Nettlefur purred at the idea of the hunting patrol adding more prey to his organized little piles. "I would hope so! Nothing better than being prepared and organized, right?" He said, joy sparkling in his eyes.

"I gotta say, it's a sense of freedom. I mean, yes, I'm still taking orders, but now I don't have to constantly worry about cleaning out dens or learning hunting moves. It's very subtle though. Still, I'm so proud to be able to help out the clan in any way!" He puffed out his chest proudly, his fur sticking out more than usual.

Fallinglight{LightClan Camp}

Fallinglight let out a purr of laughter at the young warrior, remembering her not that long ago apprentice years. " All fun and games till they run out of apprentices and start picking us younger warriors for their jobs." She joked. Hearing her stomach rumble she grabbed a mouse from his pile, dragging it away by the tail. " I'm just gonna take this..."

Nettlefur shuddered. "Urgh- don't remind me! Hopefully, the apprentices can stay apprentices for a little longer-" He said with a teasing purr. He gave Fallinglight a playful swipe as she took the mouse from his neat piles. "Hey! I want a replacement!" He mewed, with a purr. At least Pepperstar wasn't going to add him to any patrols any time soon.

Fallinglight purred with quiet laughter, " If you want a replacement you can go catch one yourself~" She said in a sing-song voice. " It is odd the patrol is taking so long though. I wonder what's holding them up." Fallinglight questioned while staring towards where entrance to the camp.

Nettlefur looked to the entrance of the camp at those words, frowning slightly. "You're right... I wonder what's keeping them..." He mewed in a low voice, his eyes shining with worry. "... should I go see if they're doing okay?" He asked her, turning his head away from the entrance and staring at the she-cat with a concerned expression.

Pepperstar (LightClan, Camp)

“All cats old enough to catch their own prey, join here beneath [insert leader’s meeting spot] for a clan meeting!” Pepperstar called out to his clanmates, despite his gait being slower than most and age slowly catching up to the elderly cat. He could still command attention and raise his voice for all of the camp to hear, his tail which was only half of tail gently swayed behind him before sitting down to rest his joints.


Thornpaw (LightClan, Camp)

The apprentice nearly jumped out of her fur when she heard their leader call forth a meeting. Her heart pumping as the she-cat scrambled to her paws quickly and joining the meeting. Thornpaw glanced around at her clanmates then looking up at Pepperstar who had a grin on his face, granted half of the time it was either he was getting ready to tell a terrible pun joke or had something on his mind. Could be good or bad right? she thought to herself as she wondered if it also might be of the clan’s recent addition, a former DarkClan cat who was found earlier in the day injured.

Nettlefur padded away from the edge of the camp where he was talking to Mousecloud, his tail held high. This had to be a warrior ceremony; he knew Thornpaw had recently completed her assessment from the gossip around camp and was more than ready for it! He sat down next to Fallinglight, his whiskers twitching excitedly.

Fallenrock walked calmly up to the cats gathering and proudly started to purr. She looked and Pepperstar and nodded as she went to sit beside Thornpaw. “I wonder what this could be about?” She tilted her head trying to fake innocence.
Aspen
Aspen was back and hiding in her tree on Lightclan territory and slept. Her mother had told her about Thornpaws ceremony.

(I'm gonna say Shadowrunner will be staying in the medicine cat den for now since her wounds were bad and maybe Brackenflower wants to keep an eye on her in case they open up again)

Shadowrunner had been eating a mouse just outside the medicine cat den when Pepperstar called for the clan meeting.
Although Lightclan had accepted her into the clan and were taking care of her, she still felt awkward about participating in these sorts of things, as she was once a Darkclan member; Still however she got up and padded toward the gathering group of cats and sat down, although a bit further from the rest of the clan, and looked up at Pepperstar waiting for him to speak.

Nettlefur noticed the former DarkClan cat and mewed over to her in a friendly voice. "Hey there! You're Shadowrunner, right? Isn't it exciting? It's probably Thornpaw's warrior ceremony." He mewed, padding over to the she-cat.

Thornpaw (LightClan, with Fallenrock [💫Fallenstar💫])

Thornpaw felt anxious and excited, her tail twitching by her side which she tried to keep her cool as she was almost a warrior. Did she nearly jump when her mentor popped up out of nowhere beside her? Yep, the apprentice flinching slightly but relaxed upon seeing that it was Fallenrock. “It could be about the clan’s recent addition Shadowrunner…. Or, maybe a ceremony…?” She mewed in reply with the she-cat trailing off towards the end and glancing back her mentor with a toothy smile.


Pepperstar (LightClan)

Pepperstar waited as the rest of the clanmates started to gather, giving a knowing wink to his deputy as he watched the she-cat sit beside her apprentice. I am grateful that this will be a good meeting he thought to himself with a smile. He was eager to get the ceremony underway, he always enjoyed the ceremonies and seeing their faces.

Cloudfeather gathered with the rest of the clan. He knew that Thornpaw had his assessment earlier today. Could this be her warrior ceremony? What else would come from this meeting? The tom waited patiently for Pepperstar to begin speaking.
