Batpelt let her whiskers brush against the left edge of the tunnel, high on alert. She strained to hear something other than the others' paw steps, but for a few long heartbeats, she couldn't. Then, he ears faintly picked up the sound of wings. Cocking her head a bit to pin-point the location better, she whispered, "I believe that there may be a bat close by. Let's hurry and catch it before it disappears into another tunnel."
She couldn't help but stare at where she thought Ivystar was for a second too long, but then turned her head away quickly.
Asterfur is a short and stocky grey-blue tom with a stubby tail and a pair of bright golden eyes.
Personality:
SELECTIVELY SOCIAL AND PESSIMISTIC
"Do me a favor and leave me alone."
To say the least, Aster is not one to look on the bright side. Nor does he like to be social. Flying solo is the path he'd prefer to take, but he'll be a decent team member if he has to be.
PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE AND BLUNT
"You're welcome for saving your life!"
Aster isn't afraid to speak his mind. He's honest and straight forward, but more so than necessary.
OVERCONFIDENT AND HEADSTRONG
"Go ahead and fail. Make my day!"
Is a phrase you'll often hear escape Aster's mouth. He often finds himself being overly headstrong, and he always finds a way to manipulate reasoning in his favor. He will jump at the chance to laugh in the face of his enemies. He might sound like a jerk, but strangely he's..
OVERPROTECTIVE AND NURTURING
"Don't hurt my friends, you piece of filth!"
The best analogy to describe Aster? An Oreo. Once you penetrate his hard outer shell, he's sweet on the inside. Though he seems to be worth for nothing more than trash talk, he's actually very sympathetic. If Aster's not fond of you, I suggest you keep your paws to yourself.. Heh, that is, if you want to keep them. See what I did there?
LOYAL
"I won't tell anybody."
You want a secret to be kept? Aster is your guy. It's like he has some imaginary lock and key.
LEVEL-HEADED
"Earlier you said you'd keep my promise. So why do you insist on breaking it?
Logic is Aster's secret weapon. Don't agree with him? He'll remember to pay close attention, and use your own actions and words against you.
Skills:
Loyalty, stealth, leadership skills, and combat.
Flaws:
Overly aggressive, ambitious, unaware of others emotions, not the best hunter, and often grumpy.
Age:
15 moons
Rank:
Warrior
Relationships:
May develop
Other:
I'm pretty inactive, but on a good month, I'll be on every one to two weeks. Do tell if I made a mistake!

(Fashin, your character looks great, in my opinion, but can you please edit out the curse word? No swearing is allowed on this forum. Thanks!)
Silverstripe awoke and stepped out of the warriors den. It was a decent morning as far as she could tell, as other cats began to arise from their mossy nests. She scanned around the camp and saw her apprentice. This made her feel quite impressed, since Dapplepaw was already awake and moving about.
Silverstripe was not all that hungry, so she made a decision to go ahead and see what Dapplepaw had in mind as far as activities went. The silver tabby sometimes chose what they did, but she was very lenient, and she liked to give her apprentices the freedom of choice whenever possible. She usually went along with each request, unless the request is too far over the top. She also highly disliked repeating the same thing two days in a row, so that was another reason to why she usually let her apprentices pick. It made it more fun, she thought.
Therefore, Silverstripe padded gracefully toward Dapplepaw, and with a smile said, "Good morning, Dapplepaw." She said it with a hint of warmth in her voice. The tabby seemed to be in a pretty good mood, as she normally did. (cooper)

(Asterfur is accepted, and don't worry if you can't get on too often. I've been having a bit of trouble staying active myself.)
All things considered, Morningstorm was a very pessimistic cat. That was what, in her opinion, made it somewhat ironic that she was named after something from an old queen's tale, something to amuse and give hope to kittens. Many names in CaveClan were passed down through the generations, names that no longer carried any real meaning - if they ever really did in the first place - but something about the prefix 'Morning' was especially amusing to her.
She was just mulling over that when she peeked her head out of the small 'room' that made up the Elder's Den. She saw Pipitkit nibbling on a fish, Silverstripe chatting with Dapplepaw, and a few other of her clanmates milling about. Content, she began to smooth down her long, somewhat tangled fur. Long fur was both a blessing and a curse, she found. On one hand, it covered up most of her scars, but on the other? Grooming it was an absolute pain in the neck.
Ivystar perked her ears as well. She had missed the sound of the bat, but she trusted her clanmates when they said they had heard the flapping of wings. She took a few cautious, soundless steps forward, tasting the air. There was something here, the scent of bat was strong. She couldn't tell how many were there, but it wouldn't have surprised her if they'd ran into more than one. She glanced upwards, her eyes searching for the faintest hint of movement in the dark that would let her pinpoint where their prey was.
The dark tabby's ears flattened as she saw the faintest hint of movement on the ceiling, a few feet away from them. The ceiling was low, so they could probably reach them if they pounced... but it was hard to pinpoint exactly where they were, and that meant it wasn't unlikely they'd miss, and their prey would fly off. "Silentshadow, your job is to pounce at the bats." She said after a moment, speaking under her breath. Maybe talking wasn't the smartest idea, since she might scare off their prey, but she wasn't exactly sure how else she could communicate. It was way too dark for tail signals. "Batpelt, you go a bit farther down the tunnel. If Silentshadow misses, or there's more than she can catch, try to catch them before they fly off. I'll be waiting over here in case they fly this way." She said after a moment with a short nod to herself. Far from a foolproof plan, but it would hopefully do the job...
Silentshadow flicked her tail toward's Ivystar and waited for everyone to get into position. She had her eyes locked on one of the bats, well she though it was a bat, it looked like a bat. The cave was too dark to see what was a stalagmite and what was a bat.

Batpelt nodded in agreement, touching Ivystar's shoulder with her tail tip for a second to signal that she had heard. She went past the two cats, creeping further down the tunnel. A bat fluttered above and she stilled her movements, eyes following the shadow. She had been named after these things, so she wasn't going to be beaten by those sharing her name. As soon as the bat rejoined the others, she stalked farther. Crouching down, she waited for the others to make their moves.
Crystalpaw quickly, yet carefully padded over to her mentor. "What are we doing today?" She asked and looked up at where she thought his head was. The heat, scent, and the sounds he made helped her pinpoint his location, but fining where his head was was harder than it looked, or well, seemed.
Ivystar took a few steps back, preparing to pounce if she heard a bat flying in her direction. She narrowed her eyes slightly, standing low to the ground as she waited for Silentshadow to pounce.
Silentshadow leaped up and clawed the shadow, feeling flesh under her claws. The bat squeaked in alarm as it was captured, send the others into a panicked flight. The black she-cat quickly killed it and reached for another one.

"I don't have anything special planned." Harestep said. "But we are running low on cobwebs." He pointed out. "We should be able to find some fairly easily."
Dappledpaw glanced up at her mentor. "Hey, Silverstripe." She said. "What's up?"
