Picking up the pace until he had practically begun running toward the school, causing Haru's bag to slip from his shoulder, locking around his elbow. He raced swiftly on the side of the street, even as cars passed, pausing only when he finally reached the end of the road, an intersection. He glimpsed over at the girls, curious to know if the girls had caught up. He then directed his attention to the Pedestrian Crossing Button. Or as !ost call it, the Beg button. He pressed on the small button, and waiting quietly for a green walking symbol.

Daiki grabbed at a pipe that crossed over the alleyway far above, his backpack slung securely over a shoulder. Pulling himself up with little difficulty, being that he was rather light, he found a foothold on a window ledge, and, repeating the process with clothes lines and air conditioners, made his way up to the roof of the relatively stout building. He swung a long leg onto the roof's ledge, bringing the rest of his body upwards over the railing. He took a moment to breathe before dusting off his hands and strolling down the flat and tidy roof. Being that most of the buildings were connected, he was able to cross a nice long distance without having to turn corners or anything. He could see the school from here. It wasn't far.
Kimi tugged at the end of her shoe, which had come loose in the course of crashing. She rubbed a sore spot on her head, but continued in a brisk limping run. She glanced at her watch, which glinted encouragingly at her. They had about five minutes to get to their classes. They were probably going to be late, considering how far the school would be by foot. Ignoring the walklight, she dashed across the street, seeing an opening as a truck began a slow approach. Her briefcase was held tightly in her left hand, hair swinging loosely at her elbows. She was panicking at this point, and broke into a full-out run. She might just make it. Maybe.
"What are you doing?! Idiot!" He hollered as Kimi dashed across the street. Watching with anticipation, as the trucks and cars slowed, as the green walking symbol came up. Breathing a previously locked sigh of relief. He quickly matched toward the reckless girl, quickening his pace to make time.

She glanced back at the older student. "Eh? Oh, the street..." She took a short breath, turning to face forwards. "Sorry senpai!" She yelled back, checking her watch yet again. They were making good time, but it was still not certain that they would make it. She clutched and unclutched a fist. At this point, her heart rate was rising by leaps and jumps, and her breath was already ragged. She didn't have very good stamina, to say the least. She squinted at the street sign. Which street was it? He glasses were hidden deep in her briefcase. Nonetheless, she dashed past, hoping she was on the right path.
Misaki knew luck was on Kimi's side as the sixteen year-old nearly had a heartache when she saw her run in front of trucks and cars that slowed with green walking sign coming up, she ran over to the two but with her cousin just a bit ahead of her and knowing they were making good time to school as she hadn't remebered if Kimi was reckless or clueless or too simply caught up in getting to school on time.
"Hmm...my favorite memory? I have too many to count, but i guess, it would be the memory of meeting all you and making friends here on the forums. :3" ”One day I’m going to sit down and make a list of all the books that I finished reading....” “It's going to be a long list...”
Haru sighed at the girls response. "Talk about clueless." He muttered out loud, pointing to the street West, labelled 'FernHaven'. "Come on. School is just over there." He explained, tossing his hand out. "Or do you need me to hold your hand like a kid to ensure you don't end up in a grave?" He chatisted as he glared at her.

Daiki sat at the edge of the roof, staring down at the street bordering the school. He slowly lowered himself down onto a window ledge, making his way down in a similar fashion to how he got up onto the rooftops. As he stepped onto someone's balcony, he dropped down smoothly onto the pavement below. He dusted off his shoulder and looked on contentedly, strolling across the street, not bothering to look either way. He stopped a couple of irritated cars, but continued walking at a calm pace, shooting them an icy glare.
"Ah, school's over there?" She wrung her hands as she back tracked a little back towards the two. She shook her head sheepishly as she squinted up at the street sign again. "I usually get there by bike, and I dont have a good memory and... er- sorry." She apologized, tugging at a strand of hair. With a quiet but expected sigh, she resumed a brisk pace, looking somewhat more determined. It was true, she remembered every twist and turn on the roads by heart, but landmarks eluded her. She glanced at the upperclassmen for a moment, who kept good pace. Misaki seemed content, but the boy irritated.
[TINNNYYYY . Sure. Any spot in specific you want reserved?]
Nodding his head, Haru took off into a hasty sprint, stopping a car or two as he got by. His sneakers pounded against the asphalt road. He managed to make it to the entrance just as his stamina seemed out, pausing to catch his breath, looking at the small wristwatch he had.

Daiki reached the curb with ease, tucking a white earbud snugly into his left ear, behind a lock of dark hair. With sharp eyes, he met the gaze of the girl who'd been riding the bike, though he had no intention of approaching her. She and her accomplices appear to have been running to make it on time. He smirked coldly at their ignorance, and stared back down at his phone, where he scrolled down his playlist and tapped into a song. He placed his phone back into his pocket. The teachers didn't mind, knowing of his history. He just told them he was listening to that song for some rehearsal or other.
Kimi was plum-tuckered by the time she reached the school. She plopped down, breath ragged, and watched tiredly as a tall boy with dark hair strolled leisurely across the street, stopping traffic. Her briefcase was situated neatly between her knees, and she tugged her hair into a ponytail in a futile attempt to contain it. They had a couple of seconds to rest before the bell would ring, allowing everyone in. She made the most of it by practically passing out, heading thumping lightly against the brick of the support structure she leaned against. Her heart thumped loudly in her ears, but she did take a second to glance over at the other two, who, though tired, seemed fine. She drifted back into her peaceful rest.
After the Bell rang Haru pices himself up, looking at the two girls. One appeared to almost seem sleepy. "Oi. Bell rang. I'm heading to class. I'll see ya." He declared after switching his gaze towards the doors. Moving his hand from the structure, he walked toward the now open school doors.
Misaki stopped once she reached the entrance of the school and her breathing wasn't ragged as she was use to running or preferably jogging which made her have good stamina, she glanced over at her cousin and the boy they came with were breathing deeply as she only nodded to him, "See you later." she said before putting a hand on Kimi's shoulder, "Come on Kimi."

Daiki strolled past the general riff raff, and greeted the security guard with an empty smile. Though it may not seem like it, he actually quite liked the security guard, for she reminded him quite a lot of his aunt. He stood for a brief moment at the door and, when the bell rang right on time, continued his quiet stroll to his classroom. He seemed somewhat peaceful, despite the thumping music from his earbuds. Kimi nodded, eyes still half shut as she stood, regaining some of her general elegance. Her leg felt much better, though still somewhat aching. She would have to see about mending her stockings, but otherwise she would be fine with a quick check in at the infirmary. She felt her cousin's firm but gentle hand rest on her shoulder, and she felt herself being guided into the school. It was almost as if she was having an out of body experience, for she was so exhausted she still barely felt her legs. She should really take up track, or any sport, for that matter.
(Well, classes have begun. You can jump in with your character already at school?)
Haru waved his hand dismissevly, walking into the building. He headed up the stairs and soon to his classroom. "Seconds year, class one." He muttered as he pulled open the door and walked in. His teacher waved to him, and he grunted in response, sitting down. "Ahh." He remarked upon sitting in the cold seat.
