Morningleaf turned around and walked towards the clearing as soon as she heard Bloodstar call a clan meeting. Oh look, Bloodstar is calling another clan meeting just as I was about to leave. I wonder if he is going to allow prisoners become deputies next she thought with a venomous tone. Ever since yesterday, she has grown to hate Smudgepaw and Bloodstar to the point of her staying awake most of the night with thoughts and ideas of murdering the two. Or at least find a way to make them suffer without being caught. But for now, she has no choice but to wait until things calm down before striking down like a adder. Morningleaf decided to sit down close to Foxblood, her fur slightly bristled as she glanced at Bloodstar.
As soon as she heard Bloodstar, Lionfang quickly got up from her nest, her legs shaking as she made an attempt to maintain her balance before she fell down. "I'm ok. I don't think I walked at all since that badger attack yesterday" she meowed, annoyed that she couldn't get up without falling back down like a moon old kit. I'll be back to normal soon, it'll just take some time "But don't worry about me, I'll be fine while you attend the meeting" she meowed to Crookedoak.

Rosescratch perked her ears up, hearing Bloodstar's call and forcing her paws to not walk off on their own. She heard the very faint sound of someone hitting the ground. She meowed with a loud voice. "Hey, Lionfang! You okay, or did a bird fly in and hit the ground?!" She had a joking tone and waited for Lionfang's most likely short-tempered reply.

Crookedoak"Nope! It's just Lionfang attempting to stand up and move around unlike you!" he called back in amusement, a small chuckle escaping him. "It's alright, you don't have to go anywhere. Just wait here and rest a while. I'll inform you of any important information afterward." he mewed gently to Lionfang. BloodstarHe watched the cats gather under him. His eyes narrowed towards Morningleaf. Since her little spat with Smudgepaw he had begun to feel very weary around her. Even thinking about her made his shudder a little. A leader had to have fear in him to be fearless. His father always told him that. 'Tch. In this universe, yeah.' he thought with bitterness. "I stand before you to deliver an important message! I have been observing the training of apprentices, and I believe that some ceremonies should be in order. Mothpaw, please step forward." he called down to the apprentice. 'He looks so much like his parents...' he thought. (( Lily~Myth

Rosescratch was listening to the meeting from the den, ignoring Crookedoak's comment about her. At the mention of her brother's name, however, she perked up and attempted to scramble out, actually getting pretty close to the entrance before falling over. "I said I would be there for Mothpaw during his naming ceremony, now I feel awful." She meowed, flattening her ears at the entrance. Yeah, like whining and complaining at the entrance of the den would help.

Ember
He knew that Bloodstar would be furious is a cat from The Maggot's Nest left the den, especially if it was a prisoner. He had the urge to just go out and help Rosescratch, watching her struggle made him feel terrible. He was relieved when he saw her younger brother rushing over to her.
Crimsonscar
"Sis! Are you okay? Do you want to walk out here?" he asked, offering his shoulder. It was the least he could do as a brother, after all he already hated himself for being so ignorant and stubborn.

Rosescratch smiled appreciatively at her brother and weakly got up, leaning on his shoulder. "Yes, thank you. I really don't wanna miss this." She felt embarrassed that she couldn't do it herself, but she would get over it. So long as she got to her brother's ceremony in one piece.

( OlivertheOblivion) Mothpaw at first didn’t comparhend what the leader had said before realizing he was being called up for his naming ceremony as the medicine cat apprentice quickly padded forward from the crowd to face the leader which this feeling inside him was excitement just like when he and his siblings were being named apprentices; he remembered his parents, his two siblings and even his uncle’s smiling or proud faces that day which when glancing back for a second at his relatives both two siblings and uncle before waiting for the leader to speak once more. (I was not expecting this Mothpaw’s left the nest X3)

Bloodstar
He stared down coldly at Mothpaw, but his eyes also reflected compassion and promise for the young tom. "Mothpaw, you have proved a great amount of knowledge in the arts of medicine and healing. You have shown great compassion for those injured and those in need. I believe it is time for you to earn your warrior name." he mewed. "From this day forth, you shall be known as Mothheart. May you serve your clan with your utmost strength." he congratulated the new medicine warrior.

Morningleaf's eyes were widen in shock as she realized that Mothpaw was getting his full name. But I didn't even talk to Bloodstar if Mothpaw was even ready- forget it.....at least there will be a full medicine cat when I shrivel up and die she bitterly thought to herself but she did her best to remain- or at least appear calm in front of everyone. She glanced at Bloodstar with hate before looking back at Mothpaw. Fine. Give Mothpaw his name. He deserves it anyway. But I don't deserve to be disrespected as the eldest medicine cat and to watch this clan become a home for kittypets and the weak. But I won't let that happen....
Embarrassed and annoyed, the fur across Lionfang's back was bristled as she was about to lash out at Rosescratch when Crookedoak answered back. Seriously? I don't need you to speak for me you know! she kept that thought to herself as Crookedoak turned his attention to her. "Alright then" she meowed before watching him leave the den. Looks like I'm stuck here with Rosescr- never mind then she then caught a glance of Rosescratch by the entrance with Crimsonscar.

Bloodstar
His eyes averted to Morningleaf. "Ah, before I conclude this meeting: Morningleaf, may I speak with you in a few moments?" He asked, or rather called down to her, his eyes vacant as ever.
Crookedoak
He supported Lionfang with the top of his shoulder. "Easy there. Sounds to me like Bloodstar is seeing the potential in your fellow clanmates." He smiled with a light purr. "Becoming a warrior must be honorable."

Mothpaw- no, Mothheart couldn’t help but smile brightly as he promised to do everything possible to be so and thanking the leader which he had wondered if the sour mentor of his finally thought he was ready to ‘step up’ however seeing her reaction he figured Bloodstar had done so without her consent which he did find a little strange but the new full medic cat choose to ignore it for now and be happy, Mothheart almost like.... Redheart...huh.... and Mothstrike... hmm... I promise to forever make you proud of me and to keep our family safe... he thought to himself after realizing the irony of it all.

Morningleaf quickly snapped her attention back to Bloodstar at the mention of her name. Speak about what? How great you are while turning HorrorClan into a joke? she bitterly thought to herself at the idea of that happening. But as much as she wants to claw the leader's face off, she has to keep up with her façade and pretend to be the sweet and caring medicine cat only some of the newcomers and the gullible cats believe her to be. "Yes Bloodstar" she meowed to him in a fake friendly tone.

Bloodstar
He narrowed his eyes as he turned and padded back deep into the darkness of the hollow. Morningleaf was quite the she-cat, and he knew much of her...more vicious side. After all, she had two half-obnoxious apprentices to train. Of course any cat would go nuts after stressing over mentoring apprentices. Not only that, but her own brother had been chosen as the next leader of Horrorclan, and that decision had always been finalized by tradition. 'She doesn't like Smudgepaw, I can tell...' he thought with suspicion 'there's no way she's being friendly for no reason...'

Morningleaf glanced at Mothheart one last time before she walked towards the leader's den. She had a strange feeling that Bloodstar knows what she is capable of since her outburst yesterday but she brushed the feeling off and started to climb the tree with ease. I still wonder why that young fool wants me to see him. 'Oh Morningleaf, you should be nicer to your little brother', 'Morningleaf, quit whining and accept that I'm a great leader even through I am secretly destroying my clan' she bitterly thought to herself. But her temper tantrum taking her anger out on a random cat would have to wait. She has to remain calm or Bloodstar would start to become wary of her. That won't happen. Fallenstar would never let that happen if he was still here. I can't wait till the day when the clan turns against him once they opened their eyes she padded into the hollow with her head held high.

Bloodstar
"Ah, Morningleaf. You seemed to have made it alright. I would like to talk with you about your new warrior-apprentice, Mothheart." He told her, his eyes as cold and evil as ever. His entire pelt was bristled and made him look pretty intimidating. His claws were flexed out, but he had them out all the time. Most of the clan knew he kept his claws out at all times. It was a safety measure that the cats before him had taken into account. "I was going to ask you about Mothheart's new warriorship. Tell me your thoughts." He told her, not caring if she lied or not. After all, he wouldn't take anything she said too lightly anyway.
