As the Crimson Bahumat blazed across the sky and the Sovereign rose to defend the peak, Akari watched with fearful awe. She was so absorbed in the scene taking place before her that she almost didn’t notice when Judas touched her arm. Bringing herself back to reality, she turned to look at the other two. Noticing Judas looked reluctant to leave, Akari glanced back at the Sovereign. “There isn’t any way we can help him, right? The best thing to do is most likely getting to safety. We can discuss our options from there.”

(furball accepted! no worries, but it might be hard to jump in for now! should be easy in a little bit)
Judas's face paled, but he accepted. "Yes... let's go." He couldn't explain to Morrigan or Akari yet--no, he didn't want to. Many questions ran through his heads--why did the Crimson Bahamut rise again?! He dragged Akari and Morrigan with him, helping them evacuate amidst the others who decided to run as well.
As they ran, the bahamut spoke, its voice a low growl. "You all are standing on top a land built on sins... all of you will pay."
Judas shouted. "Don't pay attention to what it says!" but his voice barely reaches the ears of others as the quaking overpowers his voice in volume. Light flashed across the sky as Lucifer and the Crimson Bahamut duked it out.
But one thing Judas feared for sure is that he and Lucifer's past sins would come to light once again.

Morrigan was thankful for Judas who was dragging them away from the peak that manged to shake her enough to ran along with them and the crowd that pushed past to get for from the peak, their sovereign battling an unknown creature and seemingly was equal in power with the mighty however any thought of what the dragon-creature might be was put in the back of her mind at the moment. “What?” She noticed the angel saying something but she couldn’t hear what’s he said thanks to a quaking sound and something that the creature growled.

Even though Judas had told them not to pay attention to the bahamut’s words, Akari couldn’t help it. A land built on sins...? What does that mean...? She’d certainly never heard anything before to support such a claim. But now there was a giant monster attacking their island, so it wasn’t that hard to believe that perhaps the island did have a bloody past. Akari glanced over at Judas, who seemed to know a lot more than everyone else about what was going on. She assumed there was much he wasn’t sharing, but decided now wasn’t a good time to press for answers. She focused on keeping her balance and staying on her feet as they ran down the slope.

(Sorry for the late reply! I had burned my left hand recently, so I had to stop using my phone for a bit. I'm back now.)
After what seemed to be half an hour of running, Judas had successfully led Morrigan and Akari down the mountain, whereas the rocking was no longer as chaotic. "There is much I have to explain to you two," he huffed out in-between breathes. He looked anxious, very anxious. "But... that dragon we see up there--the Crimson Bahamut... it should have been put to sleep forever. So... why?"
He wanted to begin his story, but he just didn't know how.

Akari nodded slowly as she struggled to catch her breath. She hadn’t run that far at that speed for a very long time, if ever. She was puzzled by Judas’ words- something about the bahamut having been asleep before. Judging by the anxiety splayed across his features, Akari guessed that he had had something to do with putting the dragon to sleep in the first place. “If you don’t know why the bahamut has awoken, there’s no point in speculating right now. Can you tell us what you do know about it? Maybe that will help you remember things about it that would explain why it is not still asleep...”
“Yo...You know what that thing is....?” Morrigan huffed between breaths as she looked at the angel who seemed to know more about what was going on then anyone of them did, “Is it crimson like the name implies? Is that why the moon’s red?” Her questions were rather different or close to the kind of suggestion that Akari did ask Judas however she was trying to get a handle of things that had happened.

"Eden... used to be a rugged wasteland. 80 years ago. I'd have been around 35." He began. Judas thought of his words carefully as to not sully Lucifer's name. "Dragons lived there, feasting on rocks and stones...as well as each other. The Crimson Bahamut was its de facto king, revered for being the strongest dragon of all in the skyrealm."
"I was traveling with Lucifer, alongside other companions he had. When we flew across the horizon to see this wasteland, we were shocked at the brutality of this place. Thus, we fought the Crimson Bahamut, and put it to sleep. Because it cannot die by ordinary means, we had to put a seal to make it lay unconscious for eternity. Lucifer then used power from the dragon's soul combined with his power of purification to rebuild the land which became Eden. However, when the Crimson Bahamut fell asleep, all the dragons ceased to live."
"The Crimson Bahamut is not just a very powerful dragon, it is the Father of all dragons--it must live and stay awake to make sure its race survive. So, in a way... we've accidentally caused the extinction of dragons."
Judas took a deep breathe, and paused. He was trembling throughout his story as if he was confessing a crime. "Lucifer was powerful, but he was young and foolish, after all."
"So, for over 80 years... me and Lucifer lived with the sin of genocide."

Akari thought quietly to herself for a few moments as she listened to Judas explain. It was a lot to take in, and she had mixed feelings about it all. Then, finally, she spoke. “There was no way to know that putting the dragon to sleep would cause the rest to die.” She paused. Unless they did know and went through with it anyway... She shook her head slightly, not wanting to dwell on that at the moment. There were more urgent matters. “You asked why the bahamut has awoken- is it possible someone was able to remove the seal that kept is asleep?”
Morrigan remained silent as she listened to Judas speak with her not believing much at first however there wasn’t any other explanation, “That’s how you know Lucefier.... Yeah the seal breaking..,, could that be it? Or who would have the power to break such a seal?” She asked with her mind going in circles of the story that was a lot to take in including the fact their sovereign and the same bahamut were battling atop Lunar Peak.

Charlie, of course, had fled with the others running from what just happened and panted heavily, taking a break from running it what was assumed to be a safer spot than on top where the two were currently fighting it out. They panted, not used to exerting as much energy; much less use a lot energy at all, as the case was. Charlie realized, just a few feet away, there was a group ahead. They seemed to be talking about something quite serious and caught the tail-end of what they were talking about.
Something about a seal breaking? But... it did sound familiar, maybe they heard bits and pieces of a rumor relating to it in their youth? Hard to really connect the dots as they weren't really involved with the conversation. Still Charlie cautiously listened, focusing in on the conversation, and vaguely appeared to be just catching their breath still, but really they were just being sneaky and wanting to get at least an idea of what happened up there.
