Maya was confused by Kraka's sudden sadness and felt like she was doing to cry herself. "Yeah." She replied, then watched her disappear upstairs, following, and watched her family come in, to build her bed. She felt raw emotion surround the two girls, confused as to why. "Okay." She replied, helping her father construct her new bed and desk.

(Maya is really confused ATM) Hrafn, Anna, really, just murmured to Arya, "Loss is painful. But it can be used to power yourself." Arya nodded and hugged Anna. Hrafn came back, and she said, "You'd better leave." Kraka nodded and headed to her room. Tinkering with some metals, she then finished with a feather like structure. The filaments were almost perfect, the feather gleamed in the light, and was th weight of an actual feather. She didn't mind the people assembling the bed or something across the room. It was just het and her inventions. Pulling out many past creations, she modified them, and waited for any of them to work.

In about a half hour, the bed was finished, and Maya said her goodbyes to her brother, mother, father and sister, who was watching from her dorm in Florida over FaceTime. She noticed Kraka tinkering with various inventions and went over. "What are you working on?" She asked the much younger girl. She felt as if she was missing someone. Do I miss my family ALREADY? She asked herself in thought, glancing at the ceiling with a confused look on her face.

Kraka then turned to her roommate. "Just some old things. Prosthetic eye models, cell preservation, things that I wondered about. We never got acquainted, did we? Well, I'm Kraka. Sister to a lump." As she saw the confusuon on the roommate's face, she tapped the arm of the older girl.

Coraline returned to the house, ignoring the faced that peeked from cracks and trees, grinning at her. Opening the door, the young lady deposited herself carelessly on the floor, staring up at the ceiling, hand pressed on her stomach. "I'm hungry.."
(What time of day is it??)

Maya smiled, trying to hide her confusion as he girl touched her arm. "Maya." She replied. "Nice to meet you." She added. "Does the lump have a name?" She asked with a laugh. ((Its like threeish.

Kraka had a humorous spirit and said, "Which luhmp? They're all lumps." A laugh was lodged in the words. Checking her tools, she then fixed the hook on her hammer.

"Yeah, good point. Hagon seems nice, what's he about.. and where IS he anyway?" She asked, looking around. "He said he'd be here to show me around, but I don't see him at all."

Kraka just said, "I don't know. No one has seen him today." Then she just took out metal sheets, screws, and a small drill. Working on it, she made a model of a dragon, which she then pressed a button. No wires, but it started flapping it's wings and breathing fire, because Kraka could do that. She was a child of Hephaestas afterall.

"That's cool!" Maya exclaimed. "How did you DO that?" She asked, wanting to touch it, by also not anger the younger child. "I know I'm probably several years older than you, but I think we might just get along." She added. "I'm a child at heart. I swear."

Kraka smiled. "I cut some strips, thin, that moved the wings when the button was pressed. The fire is some fuel, in this case wood, don't worry, I put a filter in the ceiling that changes it into liquid smoke, that is lit by a spark also caused by the button press. Go ahead and try it." As Kraka then started bringing out an old blueprint, she saw the things that shewould need. It was just a fan, that was powered by the sun. Then grabbing so many parts it cluttered the bench. She made it, but she never got around to making the small machine. "Metal sheet, cut into flower petal shape and twist slightly, repeat until you have five." Following the note she had made, she put the things on a spinning disc. Then putting the cage over it and attaching it to the solar pannel, she wired it into the panel, then setting it on the windowsill. Wiping a bead of sweat off her face, she checked the time. Five minutes.

"Interesting." Maya said, looking at the inventions that were placed around the room. "I know a lot about car engines, but not much about these little.. well they're not very little.. trinkets." She looked at the other girl, curious about how she was able to do something this cool, this early on. "You're like a proper Kraka Einstein." She added.

Hagon shook his head. "And I'm guessing you don't either?" He asked, gathering up some wood and placing it in a neat pile. "'fraid I don't breathe fire.." He joked. "You know how to light it without one?" "uuuuuuuuh...." Honestly? He relied on pure fur. "Well then lets skip the firemaking part."

Hagon laughed, then his expression turned to embarrassed. "I just remembered that Jade and Nathan left the house a day ago." He said. "And some girl named Maya is staying with us now." He sighed, smacking the palm of his hand on his head. "I was supposed to help her settle!" He added, sitting down on a rock. "I should've figures today would be a full moon." He admitted. "I really need to plan these things out."

Kraka just said, "When I was 4, I started studying machines. This is me now. I'm fourteen now." She then started working on the others, fine tuning them and watching their movement.
