Yeah, I remember PE. It was fun sometimes. I just am terrible at sports and have a weak pain tolerance. XD

I liked Friday Freedays, which meant we just went outside and we could either play on the playground or go run extra laps around the field.

I remember we had a schedule for every day up on the wall that we would go over. Fifth graders had slightly harder games and kinders had really safe ones.

My elementary school went from Pre-K to 6th grade. Pre-K wasn't actually a thing there until I was older, though. I can't remember the differences in the games that we had all that well.I remember only 3rd graders and older kids got to play a dodge ball game called Kings Court. That's literally all I remember, since it was so long ago for me now.

I remember the anteater game where there's ants and ant eaters. I can't remember what we were doing but the ants had a task and we're trying not to get eaten. When you died, you could only be revived by someone dragging you to a blue mat.

I don't think we ever played that. XD I remember playing jump the creek. It was sorta like limbo, except it involved jumping not ducking. Two jump ropes were spread out like this ||, and then everyone got in a line and attempted to jump across them. If you landed on the other side, you got to move on the next round. If not, you were out. Before the start of the next round, the jump ropes would be spread apart further and further until there was one person left.

Yeah, I remember using jump ropes and things to get from one end of the gym to the other. It was basically floor is lava.

The young me thought it was a fun game.
Then, I also remember a game called "Hey Mr. Fox, What Time Is It". Basically one person stands at the end of the field and that person is "Mr. Fox", while the other people stand at the other end. The other people yell out "HEY MR. FOX, WHAT TIME IS IT?". In response, Mr. Fox yells back a number 1-12, and whichever number they yell back determines how many steps everyone else takes toward Mr. Fox. If Mr. Fox yells midnight, then Mr. Fox gets to chase the other players until he tags someone, or until everyone makes it back to start. The thing is, Mr. Fox is faced away from everyone until that moment, so he doesn't know how close they are to him. If you are tagged by Mr. Fox, then you are the new Mr. Fox.
