Elizabeth then walked to the house she worked in, and found her mistress working with some nice fabrics. She handed her the red silk, then walking to the kitchen to help with the maids who were cooking something.

Paris
“Uhh thanks Jason!” Paris nearly jumped out of skin when the innkeeper walked in, surely the bell had been fixed? apparently not. “Just be careful around water- wool takes forever to dry and stuff.” He added in which he wondered how quickly Jason went from his building to the tailor shop- which it wasn’t that far away, unless business at the inn was rather slow and the man was bored out of his mind in the place.

🥧Martha🥧Martha hummed quietly to herself, as she walked over to the dough. She gently picked up the cloth from the top, and saw that the dough had doubled in size. She dropped the cloth on the counter next to her, and got to work, punching the dough down. After a moment, she took the dough out of it's bowl and kneaded it.

Augustus: He watched pleasantly as Paris helped all the customers in the shop. For some reason, they had been busy today, maybe due to the new ship coming in. As well, he was seeing many new faces today. Granted, Auggie hadn't been living here terribly long, but the town was still pretty small. "Say Paris, how many people do you reckon to live in this town?" He asked his friend. Abignale: Following Lark's lead Abignale let her hair down for the first time in forever. She hated how much it made her look like a "little girl", but it would help with her disguise. One would think she liked looking girly with always wearing skirts, but having her hair down just made her look younger. Definitely not what you want to look like when trying to be a ruthless pirate. "What are we waiting for? I'm dying for some sweets!" Abbey was practically jumping out of her boots by now. ( Lily~Myth )

🥧Martha🥧Martha separated the dough into eight, and placed each piece in a loaf pan. She slid them aside. She tilted her head slightly, wondering what she should bake next. She'd had to go to the market and had opened the shop slightly late, not allowing herself to catch up with the regular baking. A pound cake would do, she decided. She took the bowl she kneaded the bread in and washed it out. She added butter and sugar and mushed it together with the back of a spoon, once it was decently mixed, she switched to a whisk and whisked in the eggs.

Paris ( вloѕѕoм♥, I don’t know what I’m doing) “I’m doing fine, just a busy morning.” Paris chuckled a little, “by any chance did you hear the town crier? I thought I heard him yelling about something.” News spread quickly through this town, mostly through gossip or rumors which he himself was among them for some odd reason. The tailor thought for a moment about how many people truly did leave on the island or well port town. “Uhh.... about fifty residents? That’s not even including merchants, naval officers, new citizens and families that come here.” He did his best to answer honestly which with many people coming and staying or going it was sometimes hard to keep track of. LarkLark led the way into the bustling port city which the walk itself wasn’t quite long, however they had good weather conditions today. Music, people’s voices and among other sounds were heard and grew louder depending on where you walked too. The captain walked with some purpose since pastries were calling her name but kept herself at a steady pace. Naval officers were all about along with their latest recruits either keeping their eye on things or conversing with the locals. Normally there wouldn’t this be this many around the town itself, hat got her curious as to what was up with all the extra security. Some high up noble paying a visit? Or is it something else? she thought to herself with a small frown that the beloved goodies would have to wait a moment more. “Hey Abbey? I’m going to see what all the fuss is about, I can meet ya at either the bakery or the inn for a drink.” Julian (is open) Julian had reached the mayor’s house fairly quickly and cursed himself for being slightly out of shape, the information he asked for was simply what the town crier had said throughout the port until the captain had told him to keep his mouth shut for now. He feared that this disaperence was linked to the others that happened throughout the sea, other port towns and even from the ships themselves. He was walking past the community gardens, partially to help his mind gain some ease with the fresh scent of herbs growing and to get him sometime to think.

Jacob nodded. "I did hear someone shouting but I couldn't tell what they were saying."

Augustus: "I thought I heard the town crier saying something some girl? I'm never really sure because I don't have the greatest hearing in the world." Augustus sighed and twiddled his thumbs as he thought. "..50 people? I feel like I'm seeing new people every day." Augustus sighed. He still felt a bit like an outsider in this town, as if everything around here was new to him. Abignale: "Alright then, I'll see you when we meet back up!" Abbey smiled and waved goodbye before starting in whatever direction the smell of food was coming from. Wherever she was going, it was not in the direction of the town crier. The last thing that she needed was to draw attention to herself. Nonetheless, she skipped her way to what she assumed was a bakery. The only thing on her mind right now was having a scone, or a muffin, or anything sweet. ( Lily~Myth)

Paros ( вloѕѕoм♥, I don’t know what I’m doing) Paris shrugged a little, “It’s fine... I bet five gold ones that there’s gossip already of what that’s about. Nothing stays secret long, some gossipers can be sharks.” He recalled the time there was a rumor that a sought after design sketch was in his shop and he had soo many customers one day he had to close in the afternoon.... and barricade the doors, or that time people thought he was dating someone of ‘high standard’ and kept bugging him of it. “That’s what ya get from being a port.”

Jacob laughed. “I guess so, how’s business going?”
