Ghostheart:
“Great. Well go now.” He walked alongside with his apprentice, making sure she didn’t wonder off or anything. Muddypaw was a bit jumpy, so Ghostheart made sure he didn’t cause any loud noises. He walked for a bit, until he finally reached the training hollow. “We’re here, lets begin training.” (Lily~Myth)

☀ Sandbreeze ☀ {She-cat - 46 moons - Medicine Cat - Herb Patch} | with: Birchpaw
With Birchpaw following, Sandbreeze headed east from the camp's exit. This was the direction toward the Herb Patch, and the Herb Patch was where most of the herbs grew. Biased opinion or not, the Herb Patch was Sandbreeze's favorite spot in their territory. All the flowers and herbs that grew there made the entire meadow a rainbow of color. It was a beautiful sight, almost making it a shame that they had to take anything from it. At the same time, Sandbreeze understood its necessity to do so. Without it, illnesses and injuries would be a lot harder to endure, or they could even be much more fatal. Pushing that thought aside, Sandbreeze just took a moment to admire the meadow's beauty. "This is the place, Birchpaw. The Herb Patch. It's where most of our herbs grow," she informed her apprentice.
Prior to their departure, Sandbreeze had overheard Spottedtail, the clan's deputy, instruct the hunting patrol to hunt in the exact same place. However, it seemed that she and Birchpaw arrived there first. "As we're gathering herbs today, remember that the hunting patrol was assigned to hunt here as well. We'll need to be careful not to disturb them," she then warned him. She knew Birchpaw was eager to learn about healing and how it's done, but learning to be considerate and respectful was just as important, for having good character goes a long way.
Once the border patrol was assigned a location to scout out, Dustfeather headed out of camp toward the Twoleg Village. Maplegaze was in the lead, despite only having three legs. Dustfeather couldn't imagine being in that predicament, but he assumed that Maplegaze was used to it by now. He didn't want to burden the other warrior with the question. So, he ignored his curiosity and just kept up the pace instead. By now, Dustfeather was able to safely assume that Dawnpaw was following closely along, if not with an almost even pace. Dawnpaw was an experienced apprentice by now, so it was expected that he'd know the territory fairly well even if he fell behind. Not having anything to say, Dustfeather walked in silence until the patrol reached the Twoleg Village. "I'll mark this side of it, and you and Dawnpaw can mark the other side," he meowed to Maplegaze.
🦅 Hawkpaw 🦅 {Tom - 6 moons - Apprentice - Herb Patch} | with: Hunting Patrol (Spottedtail and Pinknose)
Hawkpaw followed behind the two older cats as closely as he could. He was smaller than them, so he couldn't walk quite as fast. Even still, he managed to keep up fairly well. As he followed Spottedtail and Pinknose to the Herb Patch, Hawkpaw realized that he might not do too well at this hunting patrol. He was still a new apprentice, so he didn't quite have the skills to catch prey reliably. Perhaps Spottedtail would squeeze in some training while they were on the patrol? Otherwise, he would just have to wing it. At the bare minimum, he knew the hunter's crouch fairly well. Apart from that, he had much to learn.

Maplegaze:
Maplegaze nodded to Dustfeather. “Alright, come along, Dawnpaw!” She limped over to the other side, not saying anything. She wanted to show Dawnpaw and Dustfeather that she could do it! Even if Maplegaze didn’t know their opinions, she could only guess that they thought she was weak. So, she needed to prove then wrong. She needed to prove every cat they were wrong!(✞~Spottedleaf ~✞macksky)

The apprentice padded into the hollow which even being a seasoned apprentice learning a new technique or simply just keeping up training always felt good. “What’s first Ghostheart?” She mewed as she turned her head to look at him, her paws sinking slightly into the soft sandy ground that was perfect for cats to train. Getting tackled here hurt but it was a soft landing.... the memory of the first battle trainings flooded back into her mind then slowly disappeared with her waiting for her mentor to respond.
Pinknose followed the deputy as the warrior would occasionally glance over his shoulder to make sure that the apprentice was still keeping up, “How you holding up Hawkpaw? Oh fair warning, Herb Patch can have an overwhelming smell.” He added with a small laugh which even the experienced cats had to take a moment if the herbal scents grew too much for them, it also depended on the time of season and the weather if the plants smell would overpower or diminish but he would leave that to the medicine Cats.

Ghostheart:
Ghostheart heard his apprentice. “Let’s practice moving with your attacker. It’s always good to move, so you could be in harmony for a second, and then, you strike. Let me show you the move first.” Ghostheart placed himself on the ground. He then carefully and precisely pretended to doge an attack. Then he pretended to move with the attacker, then slamming them onto the ground. “Okay Muddypaw, now you try with me.” (Lily~Myth)

Hawkpaw didn't want to admit that he was already getting tired from the walk to the Herb Patch. He wasn't quite used to going so far from camp yet. Just a week ago, he was still confined to camp. Now, he was traveling back and forth between various places. It tired him out. However, Hawkpaw didn't want to appear weak in front of everyone, so he bit his tongue and continued to follow. "I'm doing alright," he said to Pinknose, without any remarks on what the warrior had said about the strong scents that the Herb Patch carried.

Birchpaw nodded quickly. "I'll be quiet!" She said loudly. "Oop- I mean-I'll be quiet..." She repeated, softer. Birchpaw gazed around the Herb Patch, taking in the stretch full of herbs. It was amazing how so many different herbs could grow so lushly in a shared space like this. It would be nice if every animal in the forest could live in harmony like this, Birchpaw idly thought, sniffing a random plant at her paws, the sharp scent stinging her nose.
"Got it," Dawnpaw replied to his mentor, nodding before turning and following Maplegaze towards their border. Even though he had experience marking borders, he hadn't memorized the spots that needed refreshing like many experienced warriors have. Dawnpaw looked at Maplegaze as the 3-legged she-cat did her patrol duties. She tried her best to be a good warrior, and he could respect that about her. Dawnpaw sniffed the air as he remarked the border. Despite visiting occasionally to hunt and mark borders, he still wasn't used to the sharp scents of the Twoleg Village - the monsters, twolegs, dogs, and foreign cats. He noticed that there were a couple scents that seemed fresher - perhaps some kittypets or loners passed through recently. Well, as long as they don't trespass on our territory, Dawnpaw thought, we won't have a problem.

Maplegaze:
Maplegaze stopped for a second, and sniffed a bit. Any cat scents were hard to pick up, but she tried her best to distinguish them from the others. She did smell Kittypet, but they were mostly staying inside the village, which was good. There were some who strayed to the border, but at least were she was thye hadn’t crossed. Maplegaze continued marking the border.(macksky✞~Spottedleaf ~✞)

☀ Sunbreeze ☀ {She-cat - 46 moons - Medicine Cat - Herb Patch} | with: Birchpaw
"Very good. Now follow me," Sandbreeze instructed her new apprentice. She walked over to some bright orange looking flowers. These were one marigolds, one of the most important herbs - next to catmint. Marigold was used for all kinds of wounds. They were really helpful when it came to helping them heal, and to help prevent them from getting infected. Not touching any of the vibrant flowers yet, she gazed at Birchpaw. "Any idea what these flowers are?" she asked, wanting to know if Birchpaw recognized it, regardless of how long he'd actually been in training with her. Since marigold was such a common herb, it should be pretty easy to recognize.
Dustfeather watched the three-legged warrior and his apprentice go off together in the right side of what divided their territory from the Twoleg Village. Once the two cats were busy marking their half of the border, Dustfeather went on to do his. Twolegs weren't very common in these parts, but that didn't mean they didn't have to watch for them or anything else that could come from the village. Dogs, kittypets, and the like could be equally as dangerous as the twolegs. From what Dustfeather could tell, there were only faint traces of any of them and that was likely more because they lived there instead of them having crossed to their side of it. "See anything unusual?" Dustfeather asked Maplegaze and Dawnpaw.

Birchpaw looked at the small plant, twisting her head back and forth to see it from different angles. Giving it a good sniff, she realized it definitely smelled familiar. "Hmmm," she thought out loud. "I think you sent me out to fetch it once before I became your apprentice..." She tilted her head to the right, then the left. "Oh, it's definitely familiar. Ummm..." She shut her eyes tightly, scrunching her face up as she tried to remember. "...Maaaaarigold?" She asked, unsure, peeking at her new mentor's face, hoping she got it correct. Please be right - memorizing things is my one talent! She frantically thought to herself. Please don't be disappointed in me on the first day, Sandbreeze!
Dawnpaw shook his head at the questioning. "Nothing seemed out of the ordinary," he responded to his mentor. He looked at Maplegaze - maybe she had noticed something he hadn't? Everything had seemed fine, but he could have overlooked something important.

Midge ventured off more until he caught scent of something familiar. Cats! A lot of them! He froze and quickly scampered up a small-looking tree, his eyes wide as he dreaded if these cats might be responsible for Gingersnap’s disappearance.

Maplegaze:
Maplegaze nodded. “All seemed fine. I did smell a couple of Kittypet scents, but they were stale and only reached the border. I didn’t smell anything unusual, so I think the border is okay. Did you see anything, Dustfeather?” Maplegaze hopes not! She always hated getting into fights... (✞~Spottedleaf ~✞macksky)

((I’m so sorry for not being on the past few days! College hell started yesterday))
-Spottedtail-
“Welp, here we are” Spottedtail chirped, flicking his namesaked tail over to the field of herbs. The tortoiseshell Tom then turned his head over to his small patrol, trying to not sneeze from the various scents of herbs. “Pinknose,” his gaze shifted over to his denmate. “You can try to hunt by the lavender patch to the west” he nodded towards the direction before turning his attention over to Hawkpaw. “And as for you....” Spottedtail shifted his paws, trying to think out a plan that would merge hunting with Hawkpaw’s training. Mint is a strong herb, and it grows close by....maybe I can see if Hawkpaw can track down prey among the herbs... ”Hawkpaw, I want you to track down a piece of prey around and in the patches of mint up ahead, It’ll help you practice your tracking abilities” He meowed, pointing to a couple of mint patches with his nose. “I’ll try to watch you, but you might not see me if I see a good piece of prey”
-Honeydew-
Quickly as a snake, Honeydew snatched both the rabbit and mouse away from Ripplebreeze, not evening saying a simple thank you as she nudged the rabbit over to Goldenkit. ”Eat up dear, you need your strength so that you can become leader on-“ the narcissistic queen narrowed her eyes in disgust as she noticed Mothflight stumbling into the nursery, appearing to be in pain. “Oh Mothflight!” She hissed, placing her tail in front of Goldenkit while she was too busy eating to notice. “Do you need to see the medicine cats for your....pain issues? You need to be more careful, or you’ll scare my kit”

Mothlight glanced up at the fellow queen and placed the prey down in front of her, smiling softly despite the obvious malicious intent from Honeydew. “Oh, not to worry, Honeydew. It’s no trouble at all, your kit needs to eat and if we neglect them then how will be be able to provide for the rest of our clan?” She mewed kindly, sitting down and nipping her side a bit to distract the current pain. “I assure you I am fine.”
