It was good actually. I went volunteering at the cat cafe. Then, I came back home and fell asleep for a bit. After I woke up, I got dinner ready (chicken and mashed potatoes). Since finishing dinner, I've just been chilling here and watching YouTube videos. I'm on a staycation right now, so I didn't have work Sunday or Monday, and I don't have it tomorrow either. It's been much needed really.
How was yours?

Sounds like a good day. Glad you got some time off finally
I'm good atm, though I forgot my 5:00 class was online, so I left the house to go there at 4:30, got there at 4:45 and realized I was supposed to be at home and drove back, getting home at 5:00. For context, this particular professor locks the door after a certain time because being tardy gives you an absent, and I didn't know if he was gonna change that rule since we're online and probably have even more of an opportunity to be on time. Thankfully, he let me in, but then we ended up working with things that weren't compatible with my computer, and the wifi was super bogged down and the meeting kept lagging, so it was pretty stressful earlier, but I had steak for dinner, and now I'm just watching YouTube, hence why I'm good now

It's been relaxing. I only have 2 days of actual work this week, Wednesday and Thursday. My PTO starts on Friday. Leaving for the beach at 7am on Saturday.
Oh dang. That sucks that you drove all the way there, and computer problems are just annoying. Hope they get resolved before the next one. Steak sounds really good though.

Oh right! Have fun!
Yeah, my Chromebook that I've had since 2018 apparently doesn't cut it XD it's actually even the same on I used for Zoom when we did that a few years ago. And yes, the steak was good. My dad cooks a good steak. I like mine medium rare, Hby?

Definitely looking forward to it! Going to be a long drive for me, though. I've never driven for 8 hours straight before.
Huh. My laptop is from 2018. I wouldn't think 2018 is too old already, but then again that's 6 years ago by now. I like my steaks between medium rare and medium.

Definitely get a good playlist or podcast(don't forget to download them too) or something to pass the time and bring plenty of snacks and drinks
My computer said it got it's final update and won't be getting anymore updates like last year or something. It runs zoom pretty horribly and doesn't have anyway to download things without using the chrome store(newer ones can run the Play Store). It just hasn't aged well compared to nicer computers probably

I have Spotify ready for it.
Ah. Mine is probably different then. It's a HP laptop.

Ah okay, good
Yeah, plus Chromebooks aren't really made for performance, or at least they weren't when I got mine

Yeah, they're usually used in schools since they're cheap and run Google, so they're really easy to use
