Before you go making a thread about something, let's see if we can fix your glitches here.
Most common glitch is the "Walking Glitch".
-cat walks in one direction
-no control, except for making it walk backwards or sideways
Just press whichever key that the cat is facing - ^ Up, v Down, > right, < or left.
The "Moss Glitch" !!!!UNFIXABLE!!!! Can Be Avoided
-can't dig moss up
-still can get water from it
-Clan cats can steal the dug up moss
It's debatable as to whether this is a glitch or not, but unless you're making moss nests or decorating, then the moss is fine when it's buried - I use it as a water supply for my cats that I can't accidentally pick up - I think it is a glitch that Clan cats can steal it though. If you don't want to experience this "glitch", I recommend you don't bury your moss.
"Flashy Cats" !!!!UNFIXABLE!!!!
-S(4RY CAT FL ASHE O N TH E SCREEN HAL P M E
Okay, no. Flashy cats are sometimes real, but about 99% of them are frauds and that's just it. I have a little experience with "flashies", but honestly, it's just Ember trying to spawn when you're a rogue - and by the way, after Herocat was found, all these other flashies were found. It's like creepypastas - okay, it's gotten old now, you can stop.
The "Two in One Glitch"
-happens in rogue Clans or groups
-can't get an individual cat of a pair
-one cat disappears into the other
Okay, so I made this name up, because this glitch isn't exactly famous. In some scenarios, you can remove the thickets around the two and that will solve your problem - if it doesn't, then you'll just have to either deal with it or kill/chase them off.
Thanks for clearing up the "OMG FLISHS" nonsense. I mean, I've seen Herocat around (I think it's leftover data from an unused pelt) and Ember trying to spawn, but all others are just people trying to jump on a non-existing bandwagon. Especially that red one, Kitchy is it? Not possible.
May be worth noting that any 'legit' flashies that aren't Ember despawning are probably normal cats that just happened to despawn as soon as you entered the area. Would explain why sometimes the cat that flashes doesn't look like Ember. May also be possible with unlocked clan recruiters? That red flashy is either a straight up hoax or whoever found it probably needs a better monitor (it's certainly possible for a bad enough monitor to register Ember as red instead of orange). Also you should probably say why the glitch happens or how to encounter it. The first one I believe happens if you let go of the movement key inbetween two areas (while the second one is loading, kind of) though it's hard to pull off on purpose. Fourth one happens if two cats are too close to each other and the game is probably registering you interacting with both at once.

I completely agree with what you said about the Flashy thing! I think the "Herocat" thing was started because of this glitch. It's probably something like seeing brambles for a second and then disappearing when you're playing as a Clan cat. There was probably a cat in that tile before but it despawned before/when you entered it, I guess.

I have seen both Herocat and flashing Ember. Kitchy was discovered by me, btw cx I thought it was a cat at first but when he flashed the second time i realized it was a dead body. I felt really stupid xD

*Dances hysterically*
I KNEW IT! I knew it was just an injured cat body! I called it and it has been confirmed by a credible source! Wooo!

I've said that many times actually but no one listened xD
The three main (Herocat, Kitty303, and Inky) were real, but the rest was either real or made up by fans. Herocat was first sighted in 2011 and then sighed by many people until today so he is real. Everyone who saw him was sure that he was brown (different shade of brown, tho). Ember is bright ginger, I think people aren't so stupid to realize that those are two completely different colors. I've seen the plain orange pelted cat flash by and knew that it wasn't Ember. People just think that Herocat is Ember because of one silly Ember sighting.

To be honest, I don't know anything about Kitty303 or Inky, just Herocat. But most flashies are caused by moving onto a new tile where there was a cat last time you were there, and the game failing to catch up quickly enough and keeping the cat there for a fraction of a second. This is the same reason why after it has been raining, every tile you appeared on while it was raining will continue to rain for a second.

Yep, that's the player cat glitch. But Herocat is a different shade of brown so there's no way it could be the player. But now that I think about it, I'm not sure Inky and Kitty303 were actually flashy cats, maybe just the player glitch... I guess we'll never know.

Yeah. As I've said before, my theory is that Herocat is data for an unused pelt that just spawns for a second and then despawns because it doesn't have any programming.

Actually, many NPCs have that pelt. Even Treekit did, that's where the Treekit = Herocat theory comes from, I guess cx The fanmade story that Treekit died and is now stalking the player as an unknown and rarely seen flashing brown tom... but ofc the story isn't real cx
