The small tabby feline huffed, her tail tip twitching as she sensed what the medicine cat was hinting at. "I know, I'm sorry." Mousestar sighed, gazing off to her side, her large green eyes half shut and her ears slowly flatttening against her head as her frustration built. "Besides, I have made my mind up. I'll wait until the patrols return." She chirped, looking at Ashpelt, smiling faintly. She soon stood, running her tail down the older cats spine, "Say, I do have a bit of a stomach ache, do you have anything for that?" She asked, cocking her head slightly, her pelt ruffled by the wind. genbear
Spiriteyes lay in silence, her mouth parted slightly open and her eyes half closed with a tired relaxation. Her tail tip twitched as sunlight bathed her body in a warm breeze. Huffing, the warrior stood slowly once more, her foggy eyes gazing around the camp for something to help with. There already seems to be a hunting patrol and a border patrol. They don't loo like they need much help. Maybe Dappledleaf would enjoy some help, I could go find some herbs for her. "Good idea Spiriteyes." She agreed with herself, slinking off the smooth rocks and trotting over to Dappledleaf, seeing that she was beside Mousestar. Bowing her head in respect to both of her supiriors, she turned her gaze onto Dappledleaf. "Good Morning, Mousestar, Dappledleaf." She purred, smiling. "Would you like any assistance?" genbear

"Wolves don't loose sleep over the opinions of sheep"
So he was going on a patrol with Leafstorm and Ashpelt. Fine, atleast they weren't hyper loud cats and it was better than nothing. Loud cats scared away prey, and intruders would've hear them coming already, so going on a patrol with him wasn't a good idea. ''Alright,'' he just said. ''Let's get going, then.'' He started to follow Ashpelt, knowing that Leafstorm would too. The tom wondered if the fox returned after they chased it off, since they were headed towards that area. (Citrinegenbear)
Ashpelt lead the way towards the border. The scent of fox was obvious, but as they walked towards the border it became more evident that it had traveled across it. None the less, the border would need remarked and to make sure that it didn't cross back further along. The patrol has an awkward silence to it, since no cat was talking at the time. It made the diluted toribe she-cat slightly uncomfortable. Slowing her pace a bit, the cat glanced back towards Leafstorm, slightly wondering if he would catch up to her and maybe have an idle chat. 'Ripplestar, why did you have to pass away so soon? These days have been sort of lonely and quiet since you have been gone,' the she cat thought to herself, letting out the softest sigh. (WolfCitrine)
Stripedfur was off alone on his hunting patrol. His his mood had shifted, the tom was deathly silent as he crept through the underbrush. The large tom was always mindful of his surroundings because one wrong paw step could send all of the prey in the area scattering. The cat dropped low to the ground and the gave a swift pounce. Where he had landed rested a small rodent in between his paws. The cat nipped the back of the mouse's neck, giving thanks to starclan, be fore burying it and continuing on his lonesome hunt.
The toribe cat was interrupted before she could speak to Mousestar, glancing over at Spiriteyes, the cat gave a soft look of disapproval. Her pale green eyes ran over the cat once or twice as she meowed, "I am fine, I need to put Dapplepaw to work, and it's not too much to begin with. A warrior should be off doing their patrols; thank you for the offer though." Dappledleaf tried not to be rude, but she was slightly frustrated that she couldn't get a chance to talk to Mousestar and see to her problems, but instead there was a warrior asking to give her something to do. The cat meowed on, "I am sure if you go now, you can catch up to one of the patrols, or gather some of the other cats to lead another one. As far as I am aware, border patrol is covered, but there is only one cat out hunting." The cat looked back at Mousestar and laid her tail on top of the leader's, "As for you Mousestar, please see your way to my den, I will treat you there." (✖ʍousestar✖)
Leafstorm glanced up, meeting Ashpelt's gaze for a second. She seemed... Hm. What did she seem like? Uncomfortable... awkward, even. The patrol was unusually quiet, he had to admit that. He wasn't any kind of hero, at least not when it came to rescue cats out of uncomfortable situations. Nevertheless, he picked his pace up the tiniest bit, soon falling into pace next to Ashpelt. "So..." he started slowly. "The weather is nice today, isn't it?" It was pointless chatter, which he honestly didn't enjoy that much. But perhaps the she-cat was looking for this kind of chatter. At least it broke the silence.
Nightclaw walked in silence, as he liked. Like usual, he was quiet and it was peaceful. He focused on surroundings, sounds, and smells to find any sign of intruders or any other bad thing. They walked for a while, until Leafstorm broke the silence with a simple question about the weather. She was obviously trying to start a conversation. Nightclaw kept quiet, the weather wasn't important, and the question was probarly for Ashpelt anyways. (Citrinegenbear)
