Twistedfoot: He trotted forward, ears perking with interest. Maybe I'll finally get an apprentice! Adrenaline and hope surged through him and he found himself purring, imagining teaching his first apprentice.

Mosskit was excited. She stepped to the front and puffed her chest out with pride, she looked around to see which warrior might be her mentor.

Twistedfoot: He looked down at the kit with fond eyes. She'll probably be my first apprentice! Maybe then I won't feel so underestimated... Graystar may not be able to make up for naming me Twistedkit, but he can try to redeem himself by not ignoring me, at least..

Mosskit saw Twistedfoot and how he looked at her. She thought, is he my mentor? His eyes made it obvious for her but she knew it was the leader's choice

Twistedfoot: He curled his left paw's claws into the ground while he unsheathed the ones on his twisted paw's. He hissed and trotted out of camp right in the middle of the meeting. Why can't cats like me for who I am instead of treating me like a paralyzed elder?

Leopardtooth Leopardtooth almost fainted from shock. Why me? she silently wondered as she stood and padded in front of her apprentice. She knew from experience that she had to wait until Graystar was finished speaking to touch noses with Mosspaw, but she still felt as if she'd mess up somehow.
(Going to make the deputy if that's okay. If not, he can be a normal warrior.)

Cat Description: Robinfoot is a large but thin tom with short fur that's much longer on his bushy tail. He has reddish-brown fur with dark, almost black, tabby markings. Twistedfoot: He kept limping along until he reached his favorite redwood tree. "I'm not a paralyzed elder!" He yowled to the sky. "So why do you let everyone treat me like one? I haven't got an apprentice! Graystar renamed me 'Twistedkit'! No one thinks I can do anything!" With a few grunts of effort, he had somehow, somehow, in all his rage, pushed himself up to the third branch on the tree, which was surprisingly low for a redwood.

Sprucetail She saw Twistedfoot tense and unsheathe his claws. She slowly got up and walked over to him, her kits making it difficult. "Don't worry, Graystar has plans for you, I'm sure. He cares about every cat." She meowed to him.

Leopardtooth Leopardtooth briefly nodded at her leader and looked back at Mosspaw, her paws almost shaking. She bent her head down with her nose close to the younger cat's, waiting for her to touch hers.
