Alderpaw Alderpaw padded over to Sparkfire and nustled his pink nose into her chest fur, inhaling her sweet scent. He licked her cheek. "How are you?" he murmured, seeing how difficult it was for her to move. (🌼 Sprucetail 🌼)

"Tired." SHe mewed with a laugh. She re positioned herself to licked his nose. "Are you excited?" she purred.

Alderpaw Alderpaw purred loudly, nuzzling her. "Of course I am," he mewed. "I can't believe we'll be having four kits... it's a dream come true! I always wanted to have a mate and kits as Robinfoot, but I... I never could. No one loved me like that." He suddenly remembered his love for Sprucetail, which made his relationship with Sparkfire feel weird. Robinfoot loves her mother, not me, he reminded himself, suddenly uncomfortable. (🌼 Sprucetail 🌼)

"Something wrong?" She mewed. She saw the look in his eyes as he thought. "Remember, you don't need to worry about Robinfoot." She purred again as she nuuzzled his neck.

Alderpaw Alderpaw suddenly felt uncomfortable in his own fur. Ever since he'd found out that Sparkfire was expecting his kits, he no longer felt the way he had before: like he was supposed to be his past self. The feelings Robinfoot felt for Sprucetail conflicted with Alderpaw's for Sparkfire. He tried looking at his mate now, but only saw her beautiful mother. Such amazing fur... her eyes are so deep that you could-

Rootheart's chest felt as if it was going to burst with pride. He held his head proudly as the meeting dismissed. After so long, he finally was a warrior. It felt so good. He looked up to the sky, praying a silent thank you to the cats of the Dark Forest for helping him achieve his warrior name.

Dirtpool bumped Smokefoot's shoulder with her own as the cats dismissed "Finally got an apprentice, huh?" Dirtpool purred. The usually reserved she-cat had a charming, teasing humor with those she was close to. Smokefoot had quickly become one of those cats to her. "Are you excited?"

Silvershade watched with happiness as Skykit became Skypaw and Rootpaw got his warrior name, Rootheart. Everything felt so nice, so peaceful and so..perfect. Just recently she found out she was expecting Darktooth's second litter. Furyfang's going to have siblings! she thought, looking at where her son was sitting. Silvershade sighed and got to her paws, padding to the nursery where she could see Alderpaw with Sparkfire. Muttering a "hi" she slipped past them and sat down in her nest.

Skypaw squealed like a kitten when the leader made her a apprentice, she looked around for her mentor Smokefoot, but she could not find the warrior.
She decided to congratulate the new warrior and ran to Rootheart and meowed to get his attention ''Hello, you got a great name'' Skypaw purred.

Rootheart purred and bent down to touch noses with Skypaw. "Thank you. Smokefoot will be a great mentor." He told the young she-cat. Rootheart paused before adding "I'm sure you'll be a warrior in no time." He had needed that encouragement when he was an apprentice, and Rootheart was glad to give it to Skypaw.

She meowed loud so he would hear ''Or, I will eat you tail!'' She gave a little bite without no pressure to make him realize, she was joking, but she still wanted to train.
