Stormstar nodded. “Thank you, Ripplestar. Now, prey is running well in Cloudclan. Nothing bad has happened, yet. But, I prepose an idea to every cat in the clans, especially the leaders. We all know that warriors in each clan are running low. We barely have enough to defend ourselves! So, I know this may seem shocking or even outrageous, but I say we recruit cats from outside the clan to become warriors! This is the only way to become stronger!”
