...??? I eat a lot of tofu. I mean, my ethnicity is east asian, and so is my family. Even though I live in North America. Tofu is quite common in east and south Asian dishes so I don't see it as a dare/challenge thing lol

yea honestly the thing about tofu is that it doesnt really have a distinct taste and [retty much just absorbs the flavor of whatever else is in the recipe

I like it in a stir fly. Try it like this, marinade tofu in some soy sauce and fry it up with carrots, celery, red and green and yellow bell peppers and onions then serve on rice. YUMMY!
