Okay first off I know what it is but I heard you can get it as a rogue by burying items. Explain please.

If you have your own rogue clan and want to have your own territory to go along with it, sometimes people will make a pretend border by burying moss in a line that goes around and forms a closed shape, since moss can’t be retrieved after it’s buried. Everything inside of it is considered their territory, and they don’t cross the border. They may also patrol it and attack anyone they see on it. But there is no way to have actual territory, unfortunately, but you can still pretend.

You can't get it as a rogue. You can pretend the buried items are a 'border' for your territory, but it doesn't change the tile or claims it.
