Introduction:
Many seasons ago, your ancestors developed a way of living, that was different than their own ancestors. They proposed that the warriors should have more control over who was leading them, and who was in charge of their daily lives. Unfortunately, at first this system was full of corruption, and soon, the system was destined to fail. However, the ancestors later figured out that in order to keep the voting free of corruption and sabotage, more than one cat had to watch over the voting and make sure no one cheated. It was decided that the leader, who was decidedly the cat that was least likely to cheat, and the medicine cat, who was supposedly the wisest, was to watch over the voting and make sure no one cheated.
Rules:
Rule #1: Follow all of Falconstar's rules. This includes the rule about being underage (guests are allowed though).
Rule #2: Literate rules do apply. There's a one paragraph minimum PER CHARACTER. Please try to use proper spelling and grammar.
Rule #3: Do not ask Avis or me for a time-skip, we will decide when one is necessary.
Rule #4: Your application for this roleplay must have some detail or thought put into it. A few sentences for appearance and personality is required, however, you may be accepted if you edit the post within a few days to update it to the few sentences quota.
Rule #5: I didn't add this into the code of conduct, as it's just common sense, but mentor-apprentice relationships should be platonic only. Perhaps when the apprentice is a warrior, it would be alright, but not if there's a huge age difference, and especially not when they're still an apprentice.
Rule #6: No Mary/Gary-Sues. No God-modding. No Meta-gaming.
Rule #7: Put anything you want in the 'other' section if you read the rules and made it through them. :'D
Rule #8: Traditional naming is required. We will not be accepting lyrical names unless you can provide an explanation on why you chose this. This explanation would have to be logical, and we'd have to agree with it.
Rule #9: This should be obvious, but your character shouldn't blatantly disrespect or disobey the Clan leader. Remember, the Clan leader's word is law in Clans, and disobeying it would be breaking the warrior code! (Which is called the code of conduct. Strangely enough, this rule isn't in there, since it's a common sense rule.) Unless there's a story-reason for your character acting this way.
Rule #10: There will be no discrimination, whatsoever, on any cats with a different sexuality, gender, or anything of the sort. If any of this happens, you will be removed from the roleplay, and will not be allowed back.
The warrior's Code of Conduct:
Code #1: Every time a leader dies, a new deputy will be elected. The leader and the medicine cat will oversee the voting inside of the leader's den. In the case of a tie, cats will vote again, but only for the two that tied. The leader shall choose the three nominees for the others to vote for.
Code #2: You may make friends with cats from other Clans, but always be prepared to meet them in battle. Under no circumstance, should a cat have a romantic relationship with a cat from another Clan.
Code #3: You may not trespass or hunt on the territory of another Clan, unless protected by a truce, or granted permission.
Code #4: A kit must be six moons of age before becoming an apprentice. Alternatively, they must also be at least 14 moons of age before becoming a warrior.
Code #5: A gathering will be held every Full Moon under a truce. No cats are to fight while this truce is up.
Code #6: Defend and mark your boundaries and Clan even at the cost of your life, if it comes to that.
Code #7: No warrior may reject a kit in pain or in need, even if this kit is from another Clan. And no warrior is permitted to ever harm a kit or elder while in battle.
Code #8: Medicine cats may not have a mate or kits, because it may distract them from their duties. However, if the medicine cat has a successor or apprentice, they may have a mate and kits.

The Territory:
The camp: MarshClan's camp is situated in a dip in the ground. Surrounding the "dip" are many brambles, that provide a sort of natural protection for the camp. When there was a fire many moons ago, MarshClan apprentices put more brambles around the camp. Now, every sunrise, apprentices are required to douse the brambles in water to prevent them from burning up again.
The leader's den: The leader's den is in a small burrow near the edge of the camp. Inside, there isn't much room, and it's quit dark, but it happens to be plenty of room for two cats to sleep in. However, conferences have to take place in a different place, because of how hard it is to fit many cats in the den.
The deputy's den: The deputy's den is directly next to the leader's. It's basically a den that was made of brambles and dirt. It doesn't provide great shelter from wind, but it does shelter cats from rain and snow.
The medicine cat's and medicine cat apprentice's den: Their dens are located near the entrance to the camp. It's mostly just a hollowed out wall of the camp. There's a rock in the middle of it, that cats think could be the reason why it doesn't cave in. They store herbs on this rock. There's also a small puddle near the back where patients can get water.
The warriors' den: the warriors' den is in a makeshift bramble den as well, however this den is much larger than the deputy's and also provides more protection from the elements. The back of it has no brambles as it connects to the mud wall of the edge of the camp.
The apprentices' den: the apprentices' den is in a burrow in the center of the camp. If cat's aren't careful, they may accidentally slip into it. It's fairly large on the inside, with only a hole at the top to allow cats inside and out of it.
The nursery: the nursery is a den that is located near the medicine cat and medicine cat apprentice's den. It's in a wall of the camp but is mostly stone rather than mud. It's unknown as to why there's is stone inside of this den.
The elders' den: the elders' den is in a burrow near the far east side of the camp. It's fairly small, because there aren't ever that many elders.
Snaketrees: a pair of pine trees that jut out of the ground like snake fangs. Cats come here to practice their battle moves.
Pine Forest: a large pine forest near the edge of their territory. Cats come here to hunt.
NoBark tree: a tree that is missing all of its bark. Cats come here to learn how to climb, as well as to strengthen their muscles.
