The dark strikers strike terror into the hearts of the weak
Introduction
Your heart is racing, paws pounding against the forest floor, breath wheezing. You're not sure if you can last much longer. Oh, how you long for them to stop! But your pursuers continue, determined to catch you. Your paws are starting to become heavy, tired beyond belief. Your movement slows down considerably and, with a grunt, you collapse. You breathe quickly, trying to get as much air as possible into your lungs. Black spots swim around in your vision, and you no longer care about your pursuers, who are getting steadily closer. You close your eyes, overwhelmed by how tired you are. As your eyes slip closed, you see a flash of movement from your pursuers.
At the same time, you feel a thump near your side. Wearily opening your eyes, you see a cream colored she-cat with spots. She is facing your pursuers, who have skidded to a stop, warily looking between the cat and you. You close you eyes again, no longer caring. You just want to sleep.
A paw prodding your side wakes you. Bleary eyes opening, you look into the face of the cat. Your pursuers are nowhere to be found. "Hey, wake up," the cat growls. Upon seeing you awake, she stops prodding you, and instead stares at you with a cold gaze. "What brings you here? Aside from being pursued by them. How'd they end up pursuing you?"
You quickly tell the cat why, still tired.
"I see. My name is Kallista, and I am the leader of the Dark Strikers, the territory of which you are currently in. You have two choices. You can either leave, and never come back. Or," she continued to glare at you with her cold gaze, her eyes now slightly narrowing, "you can join us. Only join if you feel as though you'll be able to actually survive. We aren't a carefree group. You must fight and hunt for yourself if you are to live."
Background information
The Dark Strikers are a group of rogues that live together in a camp. That's about the most they do together, aside from fighting. Rogues are told they must hunt for themselves. There is no fresh-kill pile. If you are unable to hunt, then chances are you may be kicked out. There is one medicine cat, however they must always be able to fight unless healing someone who absolutely must be healed. If your injury is a temporary one, one that can be healed quickly, you are able to stay. If it is something permanent, and impairs your ability to hunt or fight, you will be kicked out.
There is an hierarchy here. The leader is at the top, and the lesser at the bottom. The lesser is the lowest rank possible. New ones that join are often put in the lesser rank until they prove themselves worthy, which is mostly commonly from fighting Kallista. The leader has a second-in-command, someone who the leader trusts the most. They are most often a senior warrior.
The hierarchy goes like this:
Leader
Second-in-command
Medicine cat
Warriors
Apprentices
Queens
Kits
Lesser
Rules/Other information
1) Follow all of Falconstar's rules
