Though we may have a lot of suggestions going out for the new game that has been said to happen since 2012, maybe these suggestions will help out, and might be easier (or harder) that maybe good for the game, and maybe some will agree.
First off: When you are a apprentice at the beginning of the tutorial, and your first hunting lesson is up as well as your battle, you can choose whether or not you want to stay an apprentice and learn different tasks to earn some early reputation, much like a deputy would with a warrior from the original game.
Two: When your character gets a mate, you should allow it to follow you around, and help you fight/hunt, and if your character's a she-cat, you should allow it to stay in the nursery while you play as the tom.
Three: Maybe when you have gatherings, you can allow the character you are playing to interact with others.
Four: When your cat becomes a kittypet and goes to BloodClan, you should allow that kittypet to have mates with one of the BloodClan cats.
Five: Add the Tribe of Rushing Water, and add some prophecies to make the game a bit more interesting, like, a prophecy mode, and Snowfeather or any other sort of medicine cat can receive it, and like the idea you'll already plan on having, you receive the prophecy as a medicine cat.
Six: Your kit can become a apprentice /and/ a warrior.
Seven: Midnight, or some other stargazing animal should be in it.
Eight: Add more enemies, like wolf packs, twolegs, badgers, etc.
Nine: You can interact with enemies/NPC Clanmates
Final: Maybe you could add multiplayer, I can see some people might would like that.
And I will say that we should take a day to break away From all the pain our brain has made, The game is not played alone. And I will say that we should take a moment and hold it, And keep it frozen and know that Life has a hopeful undertone.
I'd just like to say, multiplayer was a thing, however Falcon was unable to keep it up so it was abandoned and is likely to never return.

Actually, there are Twolegs as enemies, but they're VERY rare, and, if you wait long enough, kits can grow up and become apprentices and warriors. For the second idea, I agree. Mates and kits are boring. They shouldn't be so...static. You should be able to make them follow you. And I'd like more gameplay with kits. Here is my idea: if you're a tom, when your mate has kits (you should be able to have more than one kit,no?),you have to give she items(prey, smooth rocks, shiny things...)to help her taking care of the kits. If you're a she-cat, you will have to go to the nursery, and your mate will give you MANY items and you will have to take care of your kits (give them prey to eat, play with them or give them new toys, because, if they get bored, they will try to escape, and what happens to kits who escape their camp?)And when they are apprentices, you have to take them in patrol to train them because their mentors are too lazy to do their job and THEN they become warriors. And you really should be able to join Bloodclan, by, for example, letting Thrash steal in George's closet, and then give prey to Dark, who would act as the recruiter, and if you give enough prey, you join Bloodclan and access Bloodclan's territory.
Yeah, Whitedog's suggestions are really cool. Please, Falconstar(mirkwoodfalcon) , revive the multiplayer mode(it actually have existed in V12, I think, but it disappeared)!
