• Introduction • A shiver runs down your spine as you're sitting in the back of the taxi, clutching onto a backpack with your belongings inside it. The car rocks a bit as the taxi driver drives on the old road. You remember how you were given the paper slip with the address on it. You are still confused by the fact that you are supposed to be a demigod. Apparently the parent you have never met before is a god.
You're driving farther and farther away from New York City and your gaze strays back onto the paper:
Camp Half-Blood, Half-Blood Hill, Farm Road 3.141, Long Island, New York 11954
It had been hard to read for you, but whoever wrote these things tried to make it as readable as possible. The sunlight shines through the window and creates lazy patterns on the seats as you fall back into your thoughts. You were told that the place you are now heading to is the safest place on earth for people like you. Before you can think more about it, the car suddenly stops and the driver looks back at you. "We're here," the driver announces. You pay for the ride and step outside. As soon as you close the door, the driver speeds away, probably wondering why a child wanted to get dropped off at a place like this.
Once the taxi speeds off, leaving a dust cloud behind, you slowly start walking towards the entrance. Around halfway there, you start hearing voices. Curiosity gets the best of you as you continue on, soon passing the entrance with the large "Camp Half-Blood" written over it.
Yet, as soon as you do that, a brunette girl seems to spot you. She says something to the people with her, then starts walking over to you. Her gray eyes seem to make you freeze for a moment when she stops in front of you. But then, she smiles, and her eyes seem to soften as well. "You must be new," she starts. "My name is Sanaa Bishop, I'm the counselor of the Apollo cabin."
She beckons for you to follow and you pass by a sign that makes you frown. "Keeping Young Heroes Safe from Harm (Mostly) For Over Three Millennia!" That doesn't sound very promising. Sanaa glances over at it as well. "Don't worry too much about it. Somebody dying is very uncommon nowadays," she reassures you.
There's a moment of silence shared between the two of you, until the wind picks up, softly swaying a fleece that shimmers like gold. It hangs on a tree up on the hill. Sanaa looks at it, and then at you. "You've found us, which makes me guess that you're also a demigod. Let's head over to Chiron, and then once he's explained everything, I'll show you around."
• World • As a demigod, a lot of monsters are after you. You can stay at the camp over the summer, or the whole year. For the sake of the rp, once summer ends, we will skip to the next one and all characters will age up. You can decide what happened to them over the time skip.
The camp is the same as in the books, so I will not put a lot of written information here, as that would just make this even longer. Have a map instead.
Cabin #1 - Zeus - Greek God of the sky, weather, air, lightning, honor and justice. A marble building looking like a mausoleum with heavy columns. The big bronze doors are polished in a way to make it seem like lightning bolts are passing across. It always thunders inside. The ceiling is some-shaped and decorate with moving mosaics of a cloudy sky and thunder bolts. A statue of Zeus is in the center.
Cabin #2 - Hera - Greek Goddess of familial love, marriage, motherhood and women. A marble, formal-looking building, graceful with slim columns and decorated with pomegranates and flowers. The walls and doors have peacocks carved into them. The inside looks like a large temple with her statue in the center. No furniture is in the cabin, as nobody will ever live in it.
Cabin #3 - Poseidon - Greek God of destruction, earthquakes, horses, hurricanes, oceans, seas, droughts, floods and storms. A long, low building with windows facing the ocean. It is made from rough sea stone, pieces of coral and seashell embedded into the outside walls, and a trident with a big bronze three over the door. The walls inside the cabin are made out of abalone. There are six bed bunks and a salt water fountain.
Cabin #4 - Demeter - Greek Goddess of the harvest and agriculture. Flowers grow all over the cabin, with tomato plants growing on the walls and doorway. Wild flowers and roses grow on the porch. The cabin itself is painted a light brown color and has a real grass roof. Inside, there's a grass floor and an oak in the middle of the cabin, which holds up the ceiling.
Cabin #5 - Ares - Greek God of war. The cabin is painted in red, has a large boar's head over the door and barbed wire on the roof.
Cabin #6 - Athena - Greek Goddess of wisdom, handicrafts, useful arts, and battle strategy. A gray building with plain white curtains and a design of an owl over the door. Most of the space inside the cabin is used for maps, desks, various projects and weapons. The beds are all shoved together against a wall.
Cabin #7 - Apollo - Greek God of sun, light, healing, music, poetry, archery, reason and prophecy. The cabin is made of solid gold and glows during the daytime. The inside looks rather normal, though, like a normal cabin with some flowers on the windowsill.
Cabin #8 - Artemis - Greek Goddess of the hunt, the Moon, chastity, animals, and the wilderness. The cabin is all silver, with the curtains being the same color. It glows silver during the night. It is decorated with paintings and carvings of wild animals, mostly the stag. While Artemis does not have demigod children, her hunters stay in the cabin if they visit the camp.
Cabin #9 - Hephaestus - Greek God of forges, fire, technology, craftsmen, sculptors, volcanoes, and blacksmiths. The cabin looks like a small factory with brick walls and smokestacks and lots of gears around the entrance. It has folded high-tech steel bunks, with a fire pole coming down from the second floor. A circular staircase leads down into a basement. The walls are lined with every kind of power tool imaginable, and a huge assortment of weaponry.
Cabin #10 - Aphrodite - Greek Goddess of beauty, love and desire. A wooden cabin with a painted blue roof, pillars, checkerboard deck with steps and gray walls. On the inside it looks like a life-sized dollhouse with pink walls and a white window trim. The lace curtains are pastel blue and green, matching the sheets and feather comforters on the beds.
Cabin #11 - Hermes - Greek God of roads, speed, messengers, commerce, travel, thieves, merchants, athletes, and mail deliverers. The largest cabin at camp. It's painted a dull brown color and a caduceus is overhanging the door. Besides the children of Hermes, unclaimed demigods also stay there.
Cabin #12 - Dionysus - Greek God of grape-harvest, wine, madness, parties, and ecstasy as well as theater. The cabin has its roof and walls lined with grape vines.
Cabin #13 - Hades - Greek God, ruler of the Underworld, the dead, subterranean regions and riches. A windowless cabin made of solid obsidian, with heavy columns and torches that burn green like Greek fire. It has beds that resemble coffins, with mahogany frames, brass railings, and blood red blankets and pillows.
Cabin #14 - Iris - Greek Goddess of the rainbow. Unknown cabin, looks are up to the role players.
Cabin #15 - Hypnos - Greek God of sleep. An old-fashioned prairie house. Red poppies are hanging over the door. Inside the cabin, soft violin music plays. There are warm beds with soft feather pillows and a branch from a poplar tree dipped in water from the River Lethe.
Cabin #16 - Nemesis - Greek Goddess of balance, justice, retribution, and vengeance. Relatively unknown, but there is a broken wheel above the door that resembles Pac-Man.
Cabin #17 - Nike - Greek Goddess of victory. Unknown cabin, looks are up to the role players.
Cabin #18 - Hebe - Greek Goddess of youth. Unknown cabin, looks are up to the role players.
Cabin #19 - Tyche - Greek Goddess of luck and chance. Unknown cabin, looks are up to the role players.
Cabin #20 - Hecate - Greek Goddess of magic, sorcery, witchcraft, crossroads, trivial knowledge, and necromancy. The cabin is normal looking, but was built from blocks of stone with magic inscriptions written on them. If these blocks are dropped, they could explode or turn anyone within half a mile radius into trees.

Her eyes are a stormy gray that seem to darken when she's angry at others. Her skin has a darker tan in summer, though her paleness comes out during winter. Sanaa usually picks outfits that aren't too revealing and she does have a sense for fashion. At the camp she wears the camp t-shirt and darker colored pants. She also wears black rimmed glasses. While not extraordinary in build, Sanaa isn't out of shape. If one looks closer, they can see a few muscles from her archery.

They grew up in Oklahoma, but once Sanaa had reached the age of ten, she first saw a monster and demanded answers from her mother. Her mother dodged around the question without the ten year old noticing, but they actually moved to New York City in the same year. It was easy for a satyr to notice Sanaa and her brother, and finally, a day before she turned 13, she was told to go with the satyr to Camp Half-Blood. Skeptical at first, Sanaa told her mother about it, and her mother finally told her everything. At first, Sanaa had been angry at her for keeping that from her for so long, but she quickly calmed down and said that her brother should come with her, too. Alex wasn't hard to convince, so they were both brought to the camp. Sanaa was claimed on her 13th birthday soon after. She became the counselor of the Apollo Cabin three years ago. Weapon >> Bow and arrow; she also carries a knife with her, though she only uses it when she has to or when a bow would put her at a disadvantage. // Personality >> Sanaa is a rather motherly person and considers a lot of the campers as her younger siblings. She's usually friendly, yet stern and stubborn if somebody acts reckless or stupid. Her sternness is mainly a method to protect her loved ones. Though, people that manage to annoy her or get on her bad side get to see a side of her that is more short tempered and overly sweet at times. Whenever Sanaa acts overly sweet, a punch or kick is going to follow soon after.
Sanaa is a very reliable person who takes her responsibilities very seriously, which makes her an ideal counselor. Though, while she often takes things seriously, she can also joke around, but that side can only be seen by people close to her.
She's not afraid to speak her mind or stand up for herself. Her confidence mainly started showing after Asher challenged her authority as the counselor.
One of her talents is that she's very good at explaining things to others, but she doesn't let it get to her head at all when people come to ask her questions.

His preferred clothes are light colored ones which are also comfortable, though he'll wear the camp shirt when he feels like it. He had tried his best to get along with the children at school, but had never been able to. Alex was one of the demigods to always switch schools, but not because he himself caused too much trouble, but just because he could never fit in anywhere. Once they had moved to New York City, it somehow had gotten easier for him to make friends. Or, really, just one friend who later turned out to be a satyr, but he had still been happy. A bit before his sister's 13th birthday, Sanaa sat down with him and his friend and the two filled him in. As he was told that at the camp all people were like them, he had no trouble agreeing. His first year he stayed the whole year, but soon decided to go home after the summer again together with Sanaa. To this day, he's rather confused about the fact that he was produced asexually, but he just doesn't try to question it. After being stuck in the infirmary for breaking his ribs in a fight against a drakon, Alex has become very interested in the arts of healing, mainly medicine that could also be used on humans, though. Weapon >> Celestial bronze dagger and a short sword // Personality >> One may describe Alex as kind, helpful and friendly, and they are completely right about that. He's not somebody who would ever not help somebody in need. While he's generally soft spoken around people he doesn't know, he's not afraid to stand up for himself. If somebody tries to tease him, he'll reply with something wittier. It's hard to catch him off-guard as he's very observant, to the point where it's very hard to hide something from him.
Alex always wants to have the last word, so it's not uncommon for him to stubbornly insist things. His stubbornness and competitiveness have gotten him into dangerous situations before, though he always gets out of them again. He's very smart, but doesn't voice his opinions often, unless it's a situation that could decide about something important like life or death.
Generally, Alex listens to people when they have problems and tries to offer advice, though he hates talking about his own feelings. As a result, he often bottles them up and tries to deal with his problems alone. Younger children usually like him, because he's able to figure out how they want him to act and acts that way. Alex blushes rather easily when caught off-guard or embarrassed. He'll deny it if anybody tries to tell him that he likes somebody and also sometimes has a bit of a 'tsundere' side, which he'd never agree to have if pointed out.
Sometimes, the more he likes somebody, the more he shows his 'tsundere' side. Though, at times, especially when sleepy, Alex is very affectionate. He's also affectionate to a selected few people, usually very young campers or siblings.
Strengths >> His main strength is his prediction ability. He can process information very quickly along with making connections between events, so he predicts attacks and other things and is often right with that. Alex's main weapon is his dagger, which he also excels at using, though he does use his sword at times. Animals seem almost drawn to him and he knows exactly how to get their affection. Weaknesses >> Alex is rather clumsy at times, often tripping up stairs. He has a very hard time reading books because of his dyslexia, but also simply doesn't like sitting down and reading for a while. Alex dislikes water because he's not the best swimmer. His eyes appear blue-green at first glance, but upon looking closer, one can see that Joshua has small specks brown in his eyes. Despite being pale, one can spot a few freckles on his face, though they appear stronger if Joshua tans a bit, which doesn't happen often. He generally wears dark pants and the camp shirt, but outside of camp, he often wears brighter colors and a black jacket. Unlike many parents, he hadn't noticed that the woman he had fallen in love with was actually a god. As such, he could never accept Joshua, because he knew what would come. Noticing this, Joshua resented his father quite soon and he grew up feeling alone. Whenever his father had a bad day, he'd let it out on Joshua, hitting him. For quite some time, Joshua began isolating himself.
He eventually found friends that understood him, but upon finding out just exactly who he was, he cut them out of his life, afraid of getting them hurt. Living in England meant that Camp Half-Blood was very far away, so one day, when everything became too much with his father, Joshua took his things and left home. He was still worried about his father at least slightly, even though he had hit him. He survived on the streets for six months until a satyr found him. A quick talk later, Joshua found himself getting picked up by a Pegasus and he soon arrived at the camp at the age of 14. Weapon >> A gladius made out of celestial bronze, though he usually relies on his magic // Personality >> One would expect Joshua to be cautious of others after what happened to him, but he's actually very friendly and kind. While he likes to prank others, he doesn't do it to people who he knows it'll hurt or make them feel bad. He's quite good at observing people and likes to encourage others to do their best. He may look a bit like a goofball at first, but Joshua can be serious when he wants to be. Always one for adventures, he sometimes does reckless things, but usually nothing bad happens to him.
Joshua loves trying new things, and with the right instructions, is a very good learner. If he could, he'd travel the world and try activities of a culture everywhere. He's quite bitter about being stuck at the camp at times.
While he's quite extroverted, he shows a big dislike for talking in front of crowds. Yelling also makes him flinch at times.
Strengths >> Joshua is quite skilled with his magic and can also easily manipulate the mist. He's rather good at climbing and moving silently, too. Weaknesses >> Joshua can't cook at all, so it's rather convenient for him that he doesn't have to cook at the camp. He's also rather forgetful and doesn't know a lot about the gods and everything concerning the legends told about monsters and gods. While she prefers short hair, she's let it grow out a bit, so that it now reaches to her shoulders. Her eyes are a dark brown color with a few lighter flecks scattered in them. She has lots of freckles and seems to almost radiate happiness at times.
Lucia wears a small wristband in the colors of the Italian flag around her right arm and her preferred clothes are light and easy to move in. // Godly Parent >> Zeus Other Family >> Camilla Arrigoni (mother), Aria Arrigoni (younger sister), Daniel Schneider (step-father) History >> Lucia grew up in Italy, yet her mother moved to the United States early on in her life. Lucia was only 6 at that time, but she still speaks Italian fluently. Her little sister's Italian isn't as good, because she was born after they had moved and never showed much interest in the language, as nobody in kindergarten spoke it. Lucia never had any problems in school until the day a student pulled her away from the others and told her that she was in danger. As it turned out, said student was actually a satyr who had gotten the courage to finally talk to her. It took a while for her to believe everything, but after seeing a monster, she agreed to come to the camp, but only to keep the rest of her family out of harm. Her sister isn't a demigod, as her mother fell in love with somebody again after moving. Lucia has a rather good relationship with her step-father and she always goes back home after each summer.
Weapon >> a celestial bronze sword // Personality >> Lucia is somebody very devoted and loyal; she'd do almost anything for her friends. She likes to be around people and has no problem talking to others. She can be quite charming, but honestly doesn't care about that usually. While some may find her intimidating for being the daughter of Zeus, they usually change their opinion about her after talking to her as she's very kind and understanding. Lucia learned her good manners from her mother, which also includes that she usually tries to not be rude, unless she deems somebody as evil, in which case she can get rather harsh. She would only do that with a monster or a traitor, though.
Lucia isn't a coward at all, she's rather brave, sometimes even stupidly so. She likes to try and draw quiet people out of their shell a bit, but gives up on it after she gets told that that isn't wanted. That's one of her flaws, as she often can't pick up on body language, unless she's fighting the other person.
Lucia usually has everybody's best intentions at mind and loves helping others. She excels at sword fighting, so she loves helping others and giving them tips what they can improve with their attacks. She's not the ideal teacher, though, as she often trails off or hops to another topic in the middle of a sentence while explaining. She doesn't care about her outfits at all and just throws on whatever she finds beside her camp shirt. Freya loves exploring and going on adventures, though it usually ends badly for her, as she often gets tangled up in situations that aren't so good for her. She's had to be rescued by other campers from monsters before.
Freya is very outspoken about what she thinks and bold. It's not easy to get her to shut up, which annoys a lot of the older campers. A calm smile isn't unusual to find on his face. His right cheek has a scar that hasn't faded yet and his eyes are an oddly striking reddish-amber color. What people usually can't see are the large scars on his back, coming from a car accident he was in as a child. A few of these scars can also be seen on his arms, though, but they're smaller and more look like battle scars.
On his right wrist, he wears another leather band with camp beads on it. It are seven, while his own only has four, and mostly different ones than his own. Yet, that naive belief turned out to be the worst decision possible even before the twins' 13th birthday. While on the way to a theme park with the whole family, a monster attack happened, causing a serious car crash. Nick's mother, step-father, and twin sister all died, while he received serious injuries because he protected his sister from the worst harm by using himself as a shield.
The two got lucky that the monster gave up, believing everybody to be dead. They were rescued by humans soon after and brought to the hospital. A satyr started visiting Nick a few weeks later, after he and his sister had been placed in foster care until a relative could be found. He told the two that they were still in danger and about who they truly were, and was glad when Nick agreed that the two of them would come to the camp with him.
They stayed together at the camp the whole year, unclaimed. Hunters of Artemis soon got his younger sister to join them when they visited the camp. He hadn't minded, as he knew she'd be safe.
Nick stayed unclaimed until he had almost turned 13, at which point a relative in California, his aunt, had offered to take him in during the rest of the year. Once again, he agreed.
After a surprise attack claimed the life of one of his best friends at 14, he was an emotional wreck, projecting every bad emotion onto the camp. Which was the reason why Chiron told him to perhaps take a year or two off from visiting the camp, unless it got too dangerous for him. He ended up staying away for three years before returning. Weapon >> Celestial bronze sword with runes engraved on the blade. He also has a dagger that he used when he first came to the camp, but doesn't fight with it unless needed anymore. // Personality >> Nick is a very kind and caring person, unless somebody actually manages to get on his bad side. It's hard to actually make him downright hate somebody, but once that happens, it's almost impossible for him to put his grudge against said person aside. He often has a calm and understanding smile on his face while he talks to others and doesn't hesitate to joke as well. He loves seeing what other people have accomplished from when he's seen them last and is also great at explaining at teaching. All in all, he seems like the perfect person you'd take home to meet your parents.
While all of that is true, there's a deeper side to him as well. His loyalty to his friends and family could be his biggest downfall, as he'd do anything to keep them from harm, even selflessly taking a bullet for them. After the amount of death he's witnessed and survived those situations himself, he doesn't value his life as much anymore, figuring that there are worse things than seeing his father forever. But not only for friends and family, Nick has a selfless and reckless complexion like no other, as he'd even die to protect strangers that appear innocent to what's happening around them. While he is a genius in most fields, and sword fighting being one of those, even he wouldn't be able to survive against lots of monsters forever.
While Nick is a genius, he's absolutely horrible the moment it comes to any kind of romantic situations or advice. He's just doesn't get it, and has admitted to it before. He doesn't see the sense behind it, as he just genuinely sees most actions could also be interpreted as things friends do.
He's a very brave and fearless person, not being the type to really question his decisions. Yet, that together with his twisted sense of self-justice, is rather dangerous. He's not afraid to make justice come by his own hands if needed.
Nick appears as a charmingly nice, understanding and happy boy, though there's a hidden sadness beneath from all that's happened in his life. He would never admit to it, though, as he has his pride and stubbornness. Strengths >> broad knowledge and good deduction abilities, speed and technique while fighting. While he was gone, right around the time he was turning thirteen, he got a call from his sister, Manami, telling him that his little sister, Emily, had an allergic reaction to multiple bee stings during a field trip and wasn't taken to the hospital in time. His already quiet nature became more depressing.
He refused to come home and see his remaining family, continuing to swim competitively in Chicago until he got a letter from his mother, no words from her. The only two things to be found in the envelope was a plane ticket and a slip of paper with the camp's address. It was labeled as urgent, and this was received a few months before he turned 16, told to show up on the date written in the letter, which is the day camp starts. of course, he had no idea his sister (Manami) was there.

He can come off easily as cold or antisocial with his nods or short replies, but it's actually just his personality. He doesn't like it when people are nosey when it comes to himself, as he feels that whatever they're concerned about is simply his problem.
He's smart, quick thinking, and just really loves to swim. It's his escape, and the reason he talks to people at all. He gets attached to people, but it takes a long time before he can really depend on somebody, and unless the two are close, he prefers to stay to himself. Although he doesn't seem like the type, once he cares about somebody he's quite thoughtful and determined to keep them safe and happy, while still staying silent and speaking few words. It takes a lot to make him smile, and hearing him laugh is pretty rare as well, and if you can get a real expression on his face, he's either incredibly interested, moved, or isn't listening and just realized something. Sanaa smiled as they crossed the large sign over the entrance to the camp. Alex was two steps ahead of her, and she couldn't help but roll her eyes. "Stop being so antsy, Alex. Asher won't just get here right now. He's got a bit of a longer way than we do," she reminded him, which made her brother turn around.
Alex blushed, though then scowled. "It's not even true that I'm waiting for him," he lied, which sounded even obvious to himself. "It's not like I care about when he finally gets here." As he had slowed down during his speech, Sanaa had managed to catch up, ruffling his hair.
"Uh-hu, sure thing. Whatever you say," she said sarcastically, only to wave when she saw Joshua coming towards them with a grin. As Sanaa and Alex lived in New York, they were often one of the first people to arrive.

Riley sprinted toward the entrance, yelling as she ran to Ben, who was behind her, "I'm going to beat you there!" She sped up , crossing the border and seeing Sanaa, Alex, and Joshua come into view. She slowed down near them, Ben skidding behind her, having to put his hands on her shoulders to avoid hitting her. "Hey, guys!" She called.
Umiko saw two kids that looked like siblings run by, yelling and he sighed, tilting his head down. He wasn't sure if he wanted to be there, despite the other demigods, he wandered and stood outside the crowd.
"Hey there," Sanaa greeted them with a small smile. "How was your trip here?" Instead of her brother, he gave both of them a quick hug, she preferred to keep her distance at times. Not to mention, she could talk to Ben later anyway, as he was her brother on her father's side.
Alex nodded to the two of them afterwards, taking a few steps back. He was about to say something else, though spotted Joshua making his way towards all of the newcomers with a large grin. Alex raised his eyebrows. "Are you kidding me?" he laughed, seeing him up close. "Geez, how much did you grow, Joshua?" He took a few steps towards him, noting how big of a height difference they had while the Hecate counselor just laughed.
"Not sure, it just kind of happened," he admitted. None of them were yet aware of another camper slowly coming their way.
"It was great!" Riley replied, smiling. "I'm glad to be back, though. No school for us." She clapped her hands before looking at Ben, who was walking toward Joshua and Alex.
"You just keep getting taller." Ben whined, crossing his arms and mock pouring. He stood on his tiptoes, trying to reach his friend, but completely failing.

A lot of the time he can seem arrogant, and so self-absorbed that he doesn’t care about anyone else. Well, at least the second is wrong. He actually has a sweet side that is hidden from most. History >> Naomi lived a pretty normal life, two dads, A adopted little brother, friends who turned out to be demigods. Oh wait! Yeah that’s not normal, for most of Naomi’s life she had it normal but eventually got pulled into the world of greek mythology and seeing through the mist. Eventually became the camp’s oracle however as of last year after Naomi & Sanaa became a couple Apollo cursed the oracle making it impossible for her to receive prophecies.

Personality >>Naomi is easily described in one sentence, Positively second-guessing insecure shy person. But I think you’d need to elaborate on that so I suppose I will.
Naomi is the person who sees the glass half full instead of half empty, but despite that positivity she’s insecure about her abilities. Always second-guessing if it’d work out what if it wasn’t the right choice? Or was that really the wrong choice. Being shy doesn’t help either she finds it hard to express herself and when she has something to say can’t stand being in a crowd to talk about it for fear of embarrassment. However that's only when she’s on her own, Naomi with her closest friends is like a totally different person she’s confident in what she does and able to go up to others and talk. One trait that doesn’t ever change is Naomi’s amount of stubbornness she just doesn’t budge which causes her to clash from time to time with her girlfriend Sanaa (<3...those two are tooo adorable)

Oliver was extremely silent as he entered the camp's grounds, his eyes fixated oy on the ground right below his feet and his hands dug deeply into his pockets. The black, messy hair of the boy hung over his face; he didn't know whether to be relieved or angered over the fact he was here, he was away from his mother and yet pulled into some situation that he still didn't fully believe. I just want to be alone... He thought to himself in a bitter tone.
Percy was currently on a car ride to the camp, usually being one of the first to arrive but running late.
Asher was still on his plane ride which would be arriving soon.
While Marinette just arrived, waving a quick hello adorned with a wink to a random camper.

Alex looked up, noticing Marinette. He gave a quick nod to the others, then started across the green towards her. Though, while doing that, he almost ran into a black haired kid.
He apologized, but then paused. "Are you new here? I've never seen you here before," he asked curiously.
Lucia grinned, greeting Sanaa and the others as she passed them, but then continued on. She had some sparring to do, after all. Not to mention, she didn't want to crowd the entrance even more.
