I noticed some threads where people were sharing more facts about themselves and thought maybe doing the same would be a more effective introduction than just saying "hello".
So, let's get started I guess.
(I'm on mobile so I'm not sure if the computer has different options for typing but I'm just going to space things out since I don't want to deal with doing the bullets myself.)
I have been a long time fan of the Warriors series although I haven't read the most recent book. I believe I stopped at the 5th series. I did enjoy the books, and still probably would if I reread them, and maybe I'll read the other ones I haven't read in the future, but for now I read books that are more age appropriate more often than not. (That being said, I still read and buy Nancy Drew books which aren't for people my age, but I like a good ol' mystery now and then.) I also may feel slightly embarrassed to even read them in the future because they are not meant for my age and not that you should care about people's opinions like that, but I may read them when I can or feel like it
Leopardstar has always been my favorite cat from the series. Hollyleaf, Yellowfang, Tawneypelt, and Bumblestripe are some of my other favorites. When any cats dies it made me cry except for maybe Tigerstar and other evil characters.
My favorite author of all time is Jack London. I also really like Laurien Berenson who is the author of the Melanie Travis series which is a myster series revolving around dogs shows and poodles. I highly recommend it and I think there are 16 books total.
I have played the viola for 8 years and am saving up my money for a good quality professional viola and the strings I want (the strings I want are really good quality and are over $100 total) but I don't have that kind of money at the moment so I will settle for now with my old student viola that really needs new strings. I do have an expensive rosin though. I also dabble a little in guitar and piano.
I am an artist. I'm am best with traditional art and using graphite. My "style" is realism so if you give me a photo I can draw it with accuracy, but I still need to improve. I use mainly Faber-Castell products. For digital, I have a Wacom Bamboo Splash tablet and use Autodesk Sketchbook Express which came with the tablet.
I am an adult (age wise although mentally probably not).
I have 3 cats. Solaris (sol-are-ris) is a tabbico "she-cat" who is 12, almost 13 years old. Slinky is a black and white "tom" who is 11 almost 12 years old. Cleo is an all black "she-cat" who is 6 years old and will be 7 the day before my birthday.
My (twin) sister recently adopted a dog. His namer is Ascher (pronounced the same way as Asher) and he is a 2 year old blue brindle pitbull mix. He's had very little training so right now he's a handful.
My favorite animal is the African Leopard (the Amur Leopards are cute and smaller but I prefer the African one's.). My favorite cat breed used to be the longhaired oriental, but I'm not too picky these days. My favorite colorings or "pelts" are tuxedo, orange tabby, or orange and white. I will always have a soft spot for small, gray tabby females because my first ever cat named Sindy was one. My favorite dog breed is Weimaraner. I love Thoroughbreds. Lories or lorikeets are my favorite birds. I love sharks especially Threshers and Makos. I really like Hoffman's Sloth (those cute pig nosed two toes sloths).
I want to be an oceanographer (formerly wanted to be an ocean engineer but I decided engineering wasn't for me anymore) and hope to join the Navy whether is be through USNA, OCS, or enlisting.
Steven Irwin is a huge idol of mine. I also really adore his daughter, Bindi, since she has followed his footsteps and I love what she does for the wildlife. Jeff Corwin is another idol of mine.
Green is my favorite color, more specifically Chartruese. Orange is my second favorite color more specifically like a mango or orange sherbet color.
Accidentally made this really long which is a habit of mine. Please don't be angry with me ._.'
