Computer keeps saying that they need to troubleshoot?

Hi! I was just playing WCUT shortly after I downloaded (I'm a new player, it's awesome!) it and for some reason, as I was training as an apprentice, Windows said that it froze, giving me the option to wait for the program or close it. I chose the former and as I tried to move around, it would send me the same message. I tried reinstalling it but it comes with the same message. Thanks!
