I know, but Falcon_star is only working on Cattails instead of UT. So, he is technically replacing UT.

It's sad but probably yes, because Falconstar will never update WC:UT again (probably).

I believe it was confirmed years ago that v15 is the final update for WCUT.

It is. WC:UT hasn't been updated in the last 5 years. It's not necessarily being replaced, though, since it was finished before Cattails was started.

Sadly, I believe the UT will not be updated again. It will still be out there for people to enjoy, but Cattails will most likely be updated instead of UT.
