Randy thought for a moment, “Only if ya got the medicine with ya mister Ross, if not then ya might want to get somethin’ To eat.” He didn’t want to bother the kind doctor which it had taken him awhile to realize that Oliver must’ve been traveling for sometime now and hadn’t eaten a proper meal in days too- granted at the pup’s point he would’ve started to chew on a stick however he doubted centaurs (unsure here lol) would chew on sticks in boredom and having an empty belly is no fun at all.
* The tavern was starting to get a bit more customers through its doors however the business remained open and easy for people to pass on another by without bumping into the other, random conversations sparked up from one end to the other- different subjects being talked about sometimes followed by laughter, or any remark sounding for said-conversation that is. Some drunken cheers were heard from the bar which was normal and the room was full of life with many people of different walks of life here, anyone was welcome as long that they were respectful and paid for a meal. Here in this quite village- (or town as the locals called it) was a gathering place whenever the market outside was gloomy with storm clouds or the temperature outside too hot/or cold to remain outdoors.
(Here’s some added detail of the area/ or I guess of the surroundings *shrugs* if ya want, feel free to jump in with this too lol)

Alright, the boy wins this time. "Alright, fair enough Mr Harlow." He was slightly amused by the boy's compassion, he remained happy that the boy's heart is golden. "After that, we can go pick some lemons together- with your uh, mother's permission of course." And if she wants to come too- obviously not restricted to him only. Lily~Myth
“Only if I can tag along,” Ralph chirped in which so far it seems that the doctor had a good head and didn’t seem vicious- either way she was going to go with them because 1) her little boy is young 2) she didn’t really know Oliver and 3) this strange disease was going around or from what rumors told, she didn’t want any trouble to happen while they were out. With her super-sensitive ears she could hear small parts of different conversations with the hushed whispers being of something sick however the one she talking of such things were a group of teenaged customers who were scolded by their parents for saying such ‘ridiculous’ things.

( fairies with purple hair should be ok though shouldn't it? considering magic? )
"Of course!" The centaur gave a small chuckle. "Wouldn't be rather ethical leaving a child with a person you met a few minutes ago now would it?"
He made his way towards the innkeeper to order some soup, at the same time the stench of filth and alcohol gets thicker and it had slightly gotten on his nerves- is a creature that would rather be out in the forest and such, it felt like he would never get used to this poisonous liquor. The poisoned humans and what not is also getting on his nerves too. Lily~Myth
Ralph laughed a bit as even if she was that dumb enough to do so, she would be following them in either case. When Oliver left to go get some breakfast from the cook/innkeeper she started to tune the strings of the musical instrument which she had a job to do for the meantime, being a bard me at you could leave without no questions asked- unless for an encore yet even that depended on if she wanted to play again. “Welcome all to this merry little tavern, a stepping stone to the castle an’ the city!” The werewolf spoke with her jumping up on stage with stringed instrument in hand, “Now if any of ya couldn’t figure it- I’m a bard by trade! So how about some lively music this fair morning?”
Randell watched the doctor go get some grub for breakfast and then his mother hopping up on stage which she easily could attract attention both wanted and unwanted, ”So how about some lively music this fair morning?” he enjoyed listening to his mother play and sing- even when speaking her voice was smooth and clear like a songbird, her question was followed by cheers from both confused newcomers to seasoned customers.

Ross ran into the castle kitchen through the back door and almost ran into a table. He stopped himself in the nick of time and began panting heavily after his mad dash from his bed. He glanced around and realized that he hadn't missed much. He waved to the fellow cooks and began cooking alongside them.

What should I do on my free day? Lilac wondered as she walked down the streets of Fairville Town. She had no work today, which meant that she had much time to waste. After hearing the grumbling of her stomach, she began to head to the nearest place that smelled of food.

Oliver took a soup and started heading back towards where Randell sat, and he wasn't at all prepared for a song and decided if he were to listen he shouldn't block others people's view, so he watched from the counter instead. At the same time, he thought about the two, Randell seems to have quite a strong canine breath, he wasn't sure if it was just him or so would her mother...? Lily~Myth
Next stop, the kitchens! Kaliah thought to herself as she slithered down the passageway which she would help bring finished meals to the quests/to the banquet hall from time to time but also this was a chance to get something to eat herself, granted chatting with her peers was always a plus and today was a rather slow day in her opinion with there being little to no guests- that is of ‘noble’ or ‘rich’ housing and the Queen- from what she gathered from passing servants and guards was that she was in the study over piles of books. I know that Queen Elaine enjoys to read.... but from what the guard said was that they were herbal or medical ones... The naga shook her head as all this was confusing for the young lady who admittedly could read a little but the words alsways did confuse her. “Good morning?” She asked upon entering the kitchens.
Ralph started to play a well-known tune upon the instrument which this song was a rather popular one from the poorest to the richest, she always played a well-known tune whenever there were more newcomers abound as she knew what homesick was like and hearing a familiar song within a strange place could bring some comfort. ”Walkin’ along the riverbed, there did i see, there did I see my dreams. My reflection in, the clear water just as the moon in the night sky~” she soon started to sing with her voice going with the flow of the music and almost making her song come to life.
(Bear with me about the song, lol)

Rosse turned around and quickly spotted the lamia maid. "Good morning to you too!" he greeted in return with a bright smile. He was eager for a conversation, which was often the case considering his extroverted personality. "How are you doing this fine day?"

( tis is fine ='D)
Oliver was sure he heard this song somewhere before, though he couldn't put his finger- or hooves on it, he merely sits down on the floor (sitting on the chair won't do much for a centaur), though it makes no difference as it still looks like he's standing. Though he travelled throughout the land he never seems to have met this bard. "I'm guessing she sings alot in this tavern?" He asks the Innkeeper quietly, not wanting to disturb the music, which is absolutely lovely. Lily~Myth
“I’m doing quite well.... well enough at least, the gossip from the other servants are rather disheartening.” Kaliah replied in a cheerful manner to one of the cooks, an elf named Rosse who she was friends with and she couldn’t help but admit to hearing the strange rumors going around the castle these days even with the Queen ‘hiding out’ in the library. “Anywho~ how have you been?”
The innkeeper turned towards one of the newest customers who had ordered some food when the town’s bard started to sing, “Ralph? Yeah she’s been singing here for about, let’s see almost eight-nine years now.” He replied as he was cleaning out some goblets, “She actually used to travel a lot and sing for every place that would let her.” He added which he had known the werewolf family since they arrived those years back, the explanation he got was that it was time to settle down granted Randell was a newborn at the time so he kind of assumed it wasn’t because of him.

"89 years?" Oliver gave an amused smile, clearly she doesn't look 89 for a human... unless of course... that she isn't human, and the two obviously smells strongly of canine, obviously. Werewolves? Shapeshifters? "Always this inn? She must've atleast travelled."
