I'd love to help! I some programming skills, this could be cool.
But.... I won't. This game won't work out for three glaringly obvious reasons. I might be wrong, but I'm likely not. The first is copyright. Many a warrior cats mmorpg have been started, some even nearly completed. The publishers (not the Erin's, actually) own the warrior cats and won't grant rights to make a game. If you somehow suceeded in making it, your game will be a massive copyright issue. The next is networking. An mmo should always, always, always start by getting the required networking in place. Anything else will cause issues when you try and put what you have currently to multiplayer. Some 3d cat models does not an mmorpg make. The final one is experience. Based on your comments, you don't have the expertise to make the game your dreaming of. That's going to be frustrating, I wouldn't be surprised that by the time of my writing this, you have already abandoned the project.
By all means, learn to code and make a game, it's satisfiying, and a useful skill. However, your first encounter with code shouldn't be a copyrighted, multiplayer, three dimensional mega awesome game. Maybe I'm wrong, I hope I'm wrong. I've wanted to play a Warriors mmorpg for the past 8 years, since I read it for the first time when I was in grade two.
This game would be a dream come true for me if it was actually finished. I would definitely play it if it was released, and I really hope you continue to work on it. This sounds amazing.
If the game you was mentioning about was Moonrise, well the publishers didn't denied them rights to make a game actually. The Moonrise staff wanted to open donations so that they can pay for the servers and that's what the publishers had a problem with. Honestly if the Erin's and publishers didn't want any games around they would've shut down Untold Tales and Wild Cats Online, but they didn't.
Though I have to admit that your right about me not having experience. I'm pretty good at the visual stuff such as models, textures, animations, etc. but as far as coding goes I'm a beginner. Lately I've been reading books on c++ coding and learning Unreal's blueprints and I have to say that it's going great c: going slowly, bit we're getting there!
I know that you was just trying to save me from possible heartache later on but I have my heart set on this. I know many people say MMOs are impossible for beginners, but I've always like to push myself to my limits and I'm set on proving those people wrong. I have been craving a Warriors game for way to long and the other MMOs didn't really have what I was looking for in the game. I have gained a good team since I made that old post and I have to say that progress is going great.
Also xxXStormXxx there is no realese date, it comes out when it comes out.
(Also I apologize for whatever typos I've made in my post. My phone's auto correct is horrible.)

Anyway, that's all. I wish you good luck anyway!
To the person who said this, you are a dream killer. I don't want to seem rude, but you really are. Now, I don't want to go off and start a war, this is my opinion.
If the game developer wants to make this game, let them. If she gets in a tough spot, she'll have her wonderful staff team to support her; Along with the game's early community. I do understand that MMOs are hard to make, but that was her decision to start up this project. Though it'll take some time, the game will come out and it'll be amazing.
To everyone who is still going to post on this topic, please heed the following;
As the game developer has stated before, other Warrior Cat games have been abandoned due to the Erins saying they cannot make their game. This is due to the fact those game's developers asked for donations.
(I'll quote the developer's words as best as I can.)
"Honestly if the Erin's and publishers didn't want any games around they would've shut down Untold Tales and Wild Cats Online, but they didn't."
Thank you for reading this comment. Please have a great day!

This would be epic! But can you make a downloadable sp version? I only have internet on the phone and would love to download it the phone and upload it to pc, or make a mobile version? That would be amazing, even if its for computers! Good luck!

🎄Vegan the Festive Goat🎄, I think it's still early to know what forms of download the game will have. Though, I'll direct the game developer to your reply so she can give you a more specific reply.
🎄Vegan the Festive Goat🎄, I'm not sure what exactly you mean by "sp version", but there will be no mobile version. Plus you kinda need internet on your laptop/computer since it is an online game xD
