hello friends! i don't mean to be of a bother to anyone, but i have a predicament - i have a really old account on here that i'd like to recover, for posterity, but i can't remember the email of it! if any of the admins or mods here could do me a favour and stuff with the email of the account of 'sunrisethevulpix' thatd be great! or like, resetting my pass for me. who know

As a mod, I can't do either of that. However, I'll tag Falcon Development here so that he can see it. He can see your email - though it would have to be posted here, I suppose, so you would need to be fine with that.
