Satoru didn't flinch when he heard the camper's raspiness of her voice which he only thought that she hadn't much to drink today and plus he didn't dwell on it as it wasn't any of his business, "I actually need your help... well if you are willing," he asked the Athena camper since he of course had met with campers but hadn't gotten the chance to see if anyone knew of ways to keep your stuff safe from the hands of the Hermes campers.

"What?" She said. It didn't sound too much like a question. Her curt answer was more of a demand; she wanted to keep her words at a minimum. Minerva rolled her wrist and moved her hand, signaling for him to go on.(Lily~Myth)
Pascal raised his eyebrows, then made a 'go ahead' motion for Lucia. Said girl giggled a bit. "Ok, so, benefits first, yes? I'd say we have a lot of survival instincts from being in danger so often. Usually the camp helps you get physically fit, too, so that's also something? Not to mention, we can communicate with forest spirits and other things in general that normal humans can't do." She smiled, then turned to her plate again, picking some food off it to eat.
"There are quite a few disadvantages, though," Pascal said, taking over. "Or, perhaps there aren't as many in number, but they're quite bad. First of all, it's not all too common for demigods to die of old age. Quite a few of us will die early on. You also often have trouble getting friends, because they can't see what you can see - at least when your friends are mortals who can't see through the mist. Let's also not mention the horrible deaths we can die, yeah?" He paused, then shrugged a little. "We demigods also usually have trouble with school."
Noel's face didn't betray anything, but he felt a little smug about having made his sister halt her attack. While not exactly planned, he realized that after the scare only a little bit ago Chevy could've jumped to some kind of 'cockroach' conclusion. No matter, it just helped him out in the long run.
Taking another step back, he let the vines grow higher and more together. He wanted to win this, no matter what.
Nick led the way out of the infirmary and towards the dining pavilion. He had his hands in his pockets most of the time. When they neared the pavilion, he turned to Prue with a smile. "You know, once this summer is over, we as children of Hades are the ones who can visit others the easiest. While shadow traveling takes a lot of energy, it's still faster than taking a plane - and cheaper, too. If you need somebody to talk, don't be afraid to come to me." Nick didn't add that he was probably going to check up on her from time to time. He never had any idea where his sister was - or, well, at least most of the time - as the hunters of Artemis were always traveling. However, with Prue that was different. She would stay in one place.
Now that he was back at the camp, he planned to stay in contact with the people most important to him, even if he had to shadow travel a lot. It would also serve as practice.

Alex slowly moved away when the chimera lowered its head, slowly lowering itself towards the ground. He grinned, hoping that they had won now. Alex still kept his sword ready in case that wasn't the case, which turned out to have been a good call. Right before it closed its eyes, the chimera quickly shook its head, then let out another roar, searching for its target. Alex's shoulder stung, but he tried to move in for an attack. He wasn't quite fast enough to become its target, though.
Faster than he had anticipated, the chimera lunged towards Nathan. "Watch out!" Alex called out, dashing after it.
Sanaa furrowed her brows. "Getting them here shouldn't be the problem, but there's this annoying barrier, remember?" she replied, letting an arrow narrowly zip past her father when he came too close to hitting Naomi again. While only a warning shot, it made him react and evade it. Sanaa frowned. Three arrows left now. "How are we going to take care of that?" She had her theories, but none would be good enough to test out in a lie or death situation.

JiHyun nodded, trying to take in all the information. Her eyes searched the male to find which part of the face she should focus on. Her eyes shifted from right eye to left eye to nose to cheeks to lips. She couldn't rest her eyes anywhere, so she alternated between his eyes and his nose. "These are the general stuff, yeah? I mean, clearly a lot of us have had trouble in school.. and I get the talking to other 'mystical' beings," she said. "But, how about things specifically to Ares children?" Seeing the older male was another Ares child, he should know.. right? "There are special characteristics for us other than being able to get quite angry?" She chuckled, but didn't quite mean it. (Citrine)
"I was wondering if you had any idea of how to keep your things safe from the Hermes campers." Satoru asked the question as he looked up at the Athena camper since his stuff has been stolen more then twice and for example being that he found his tennis shoes on the roof of the cabin which he had no idea how they got there plus it was also filled with peanut butter, it had taken him an hour just to clean both shoes out but they still got the faint scent of it.
Chevy huffed in annoyance with her cheeks becoming a little red due to her being frustrated that he used that ploy against her however she figured then that he didn't do the 'bug' scheme on purpose judging by the fact the vines started to grow taller now which out of some angry did she use her mallet to push down a couple to get to both campers mainly her brother as she didn't care much about wrath of hurting plants until maybe after training.
---------------
Prue had followed after her brother to the pavilion which she smiled a little about them being able to meet with each other by shadow travel that awhile it did take a lot of energy it would be well worth it, "Same to you too... that sounds like a great idea." She said with a smile as she liked the idea of being able to see not only her other friends but also her brothers which she wondered if planning a small trip with just the three of them would be a good idea but that would be for another day.
---------
Nathan felt a small wave of relief flood over him when the monster closed its eyes until it roared and went towards its new target that happened now to be him, "Gods!" He mange do to say out before dodging to the right to avoid the chimera's lunge at him which he hit the ground pretty hard on his shoulder and could hear a small cracking sound but he had adreline pumping though his veins once more with him quickly getting to his feet to see where the creature was at to avoid it.

Minerva's eyebrows quirked upwards as Satoru brought along a topic she loved: strategies and combat. Or, at least, a very toned down version of either. "Well," she began, thoughts rushing through her head. "Since you're unclaimed at the moment, I'm not sure what hour skill sets or powers are. If you could tell me a bit more about yourself, like physique and certain abilities you seem to excel at, I could probably help you a bit more." She still thought up of several "mortal" ways to keep the Hermes kids away, like traps. Traps are easy to predict if not changed regularly, so she would have to work on that, too. (Lily~Myth)

Valentine nodded, motioning for him to follow her to the barrier. "Hey, Apollo!" She called. "Are you sure your great and wonderful self wouldn't want to take a break and have a snack? I mean, unless you think you're not good enough to take a break. All the best athletes and people take breaks! Aren't you one of them?" Honestly, she was shouting stuff of the top of her head. Even if it didn't work, it would distract him for a while. Not that she really wanted to pick a fight with a god.
"Actually I got claimed... Mnemosyne is my godly parent." Satoru said a little dryly with him not very much liking his godly parent at all though he did find some happiness in being claimed after talking with some other campers and that he shouldn't let one person/goddess take that away from him, "I got a photographic memory, pretty good at running and reading..." he actually didn't have much trouble at reading which he figured was from the fact that his mother is the goddess of memory.

"Oh," Minerva said. "Right." She tried to catch one of the thoughts running through her head. "Well, running won't really help and neither would reading.. the photographic memory could play a part? Do you remember any patterns in their.. ravagings?" Patterns would make setting up traps quite a bit easier. (Lily~Myth)
"Yeah... I'm still not sure if I have any other abilities." Satoru said a little sheepishly with him reasoning that he didn't really have much to go on however he of course was still young so he still had a lot to learn, "Yes." He responded to his photograph pic memory one with him remembering patterns too as sometimes it was very much a blessing unless when he couldn't forget something which he never could do though but once he did it only took a reminder of said-memory for him to then remember it.
"Hmm...my favorite memory? I have too many to count, but i guess, it would be the memory of meeting all you and making friends here on the forums. :3" ”One day I’m going to sit down and make a list of all the books that I finished reading....” “It's going to be a long list...”
Pascal paused, grinning a little mischievously. "I think it's great that I can blame my short temper on my father," he started, then shrugged a little. "What's special about us? Well, I suppose you could say we are very skilled in battle. We could probably outmatch the Athena cabin if we weren't so hot-headed. Aside from that, we also have a great understanding of weapons, I suppose. Though, honestly, don't expect any big, flashy abilities. Those are usually reserved for the children of the Big Three." His voice sounded a little mocking at that.
Pascal had never liked how the children of those gods were favored. He had told himself that he had to try getting along with Nick now that he was back, but they hadn't met up yet. Years ago, they had gotten off on the wrong foot, as Pascal had instantly disliked him when it had come out that he was a child of Hades, and even more so, he was a genius who did well in a lot of things. School being one of them. Looking back on it, he had probably been envious, but now the thought just made him scoff a little.
Noel watched Chevy smash the vines, but he didn't bat an eyelash at it. Whatever, he could grow new ones. Straightening up a bit, he took on a more offensive stance, waiting for Chevy to attack him. He wasn't about to believe that he could trap his sister with some silly vines. Especially if she still had her weapon, now that was just asking for her to get free. Either way, Noel was ready, waiting for the right moment to counter. Honestly, he had mainly tuned Pippa out by now, as he didn't see her as a threat for the moment.
Ian followed her, not quite sure what was about to happen. He honestly started a bit when Val began yelling about taking a break all of sudden. When the god turned towards them, Ian quickly decided to join in. "Yeah, I'm sure we still have a sandwich or two left!" he shouted, unaware that gods didn't often eat mortal food. "You could finish them off after that...?"
Ian grinned sheepishly while awaiting his answer, whispering to Val, "Are we going to get killed or something?"
Though, he quickly looked back towards the god when Apollo spoke up. "I appreciate your concern, mortals. However, a God as great and mighty as me does not need to rest. I could win the Olympic Games without being out of breath."
Nick smiled, moving towards the food. "Well, guess that's settled then," he said, eyes seeming lighter than they often did. "Next year will be my last year at the camp, anyway. I'm getting old," he joked, winking. However, aside from him joking about it, it wasn't wrong. He was going to start college soon, and with everything on top, he had decided to make the upcoming year at the camp his last one. Not being able to attend the camp anymore did put him at a risk, but he was sure that he could manage. Hopefully, at least.
-
Alex let out a small sigh of relief when Nathan managed to dodge to the right, then quickly swung at the chimera, hitting one of its legs. "I'm your opponent!" he said, despite feeling like he would be the worst opponent ever. They probably all just looked like easy food for the chimera, anyway. As a child of Athena, Alex had the urge to talk his way out of the whole situation, but with a monster that was a little hard. If they had faced the goddess, he could have talked his way to victory.
But there was no time for crying over it. The chimera turned around and Alex saw a slight jolt in its right paw before it lashed out, so he managed to dodge it. Thank the gods for him being very observant. He really wouldn't have liked to get sliced in half at all.
(Citrine). (F(or some reason I start laughing whenever Apollo pops up in the battle... I dunno why// BEAT HIM SANAA))
Chevy smashed down many as the vines she could to get at her brother before thrusting her mallet towards to act like a battering ram straight at him with her figuring he could either counter or dodge her attack since to her the weapon only weighed like a small baseball bat but to anyone else it was fairly heavy which she was thankful for being strong enough to swing it without breaking a sweat, her attacks were more close-combat with her liking to be one-on-one with the opponent but sneak attacks like jumping down from a tree for example did have its advantedges with the gravity coming down much harder then her normal swings did like when she smashed a giant ant's head that even made a 'crunch' sound that didn't faze her much but she found it funny.
--------
Prue didn't realize how hungry she actually was until she started to get food into her plate as summoning the dead did take a lot of energy which she was thankful that no monsters came out of nowhere again when she, Lucia and satoru were in the forest, "Yeah... I kind of forget about that..." she said since she of course learned pretty much everything she could last summer about this place which of course did help her even back home with her family, "Well once that happens don't be surprised when I pop out of nowhere." She had a light teasing tone to her voice as she of course very much planned on doing it every chance she got with either friends or family though she would have to be wary since she didn't want to accidentally get stabbed/etc by an armed demigod.
---------
Nathan got back up to his feet as he watched with the chimera going back to the Athena camper, "Chimera! You really need to chill out." he of course used charmspeak again which he figured that he didn't phrase it right but still anything to keep it distracted long enough for someone to land any kind of blow on it with the killing one hopefully being the most effective unless it wants to still live then it would run away like the coward it was.
"Hmm...my favorite memory? I have too many to count, but i guess, it would be the memory of meeting all you and making friends here on the forums. :3" ”One day I’m going to sit down and make a list of all the books that I finished reading....” “It's going to be a long list...”

Valentine's heart was racing from the excitement, and she murmured back to Ian, "I don't think so. Both our parents would have a fit, and Apollo knows it." She assumed Demeter would, anyway. Judging the other Demeter camper, she seemed like a pretty cool mom. Poseidon would definitely have something to say, though. "Oh, the Olympic Games?" Val shouted. "That's so amazing! How many games have you won? How many gold medals do you have?" By intriguing his narcissism--no way he would pass up a chance to brag--Sanaa and Naomi might stand a chance. It wasn't much, but it was something. At the moment, she was grateful Ian was beside her.
While this had been going on, Pippa was slowly but surely inching over to Noel. It appeared as if she was dodging vines, but she had a goal. This went on, until she was finally close enough. In one swift movement, she reared her legs up, spinning around and aiming her boot for the back of his head while he was preoccupied with Chevy. Hopefully this would work.
