I'm new and I just unlocked Riverclan a couple days ago, still can't use it. I can't start a new game with it, can't join it, can't do anything with it. Does anybody know how to help or how to fix this?

You have to join it in the same file as the one you unlocked it in. When you unlock it, talk to the leader of the clan you are currently in and go into the bonus shop. From there, you'll need to create a new cat, and then you can join RiverClan from there.
