Unlocking new clans

It wont let me go into the clans i buyed in the shop do I need to delete my cat and make a new one at the bonus shop where i purchased the clan? Please !

You can only join the clans you buy on the same save file you bought them on. So yeah, you'll have to create a new cat through the bonus shop after you've unlocked the clans.
