"Sunpelt, Dawnfur, please step forward," Fangstar called. Sunpelt and Dawnfur padded forward as the crowd parted for them. Now all four cats stood at the base of the Tall Tree. "Sunpelt, you will mentor Briarpaw. May your kindness and swiftness be passed down to her," he meowed.
Sunpelt smiled, eager to mentor an apprentice after her time spent in the nursery. She turned to Briarpaw, and her new apprentice's face lit up as she rushed over. The new mentor and apprentice then touched noses. ] (Sunpelt is Rosekit's mother by the way. Her name was Sunfur but I changed it because Dawnfur already had "fur")
"Dawnfur, you will mentor Spiderpaw. May your bravery and courage be passed down to him," Fangstar announced.
Dawnfur smiled, puffing her chest fur proudly. She turned to Spiderpaw and waited for him to walk over to her, happy to be mentoring an apprentice.
Shade smiled as he watched his siblings' ceremony, purring as they received their mentors. (Shade's about to go through an epic design change! )
Blossom slowly blinked her eyes awake. "What...?" she asked, sitting up and rubbing her eyes. Remembering her scarred eye, she frowned, still unable to see out of it. Blossom had forgotten about it upon waking, but now she could feel the ache of the fresh scar tracing from her eye to her belly.
Whitemoon burst out laughing, letting out an amused purr. "I know! How do you think I put up with it all day?" she asked. When Darkkit sensed her mother's presence she let out a loud mewl, and Whitemoon licked the kit's forehead. (HAHaha xD I know!)

Spiderpaw beamed, padding up to his new mentor. Grinning, he poked his nose forward, awkwardly (CAUSE SPIDERPAW IS AWKWARDDD)
Lionclaw let out a small laugh, before moving to stand up around the kits. "I can't wait until they get old enough to walk around and talk," he mused out-loud, stretching out his legs
Lionkit let out a bright mewl, loud in the room, "Mrrowwww,"
Haze let out a tired yawn, "Are you okay?" She mumbled tiredly
Midnight hummed lightly, thinking about the answer curiously. "Not sure, I just followed my nose, I suppose."
Sugar snorted at the tom, "And that's the only reason?"

Whitemoon nodded, laying down beside the kits. Darkit squirmed toward her belly. "I bet this one will be talkative," she purred, nodding toward Darkkit. "She mewls all night!"
Blossom shrugged, looking around sleepily. "Where's Shade? And Sugar?" she asked.
Dawnfur touched noses proudly with her awkward new apprentice. She smiled at the young tom, eager to begin his training.
~The cats of DawnClan cheer "Briarpaw, Spiderpaw! Briarpaw, Spiderpaw!"~
Badger pat sat alone in a forest clearing, hearing what appeared to be the faint sounds of a Clan meeting, but he was too embarrassed to return. Normally he would be one to attend every meeting possible, but today wasn't his day. (poor guy )

Lionclaw let out a small laugh, before nudging Lionkit, "What about him? Do you think he'll be annoying?" He mused, "Like me?"
"I'm not sure," Haze mused sleepily to Blossom, "Probably somewhere in camp."
Spiderpaw beamed, proud to be in a clan again
Summerpaw looked around camp, thinking maybe Badgerpaw joined camp for the meeting. Not seeing him, she deflated, before realizing he was probably outside of camp. I'll go find him then. He can't be too far away... With that thought, she snuck out of camp, and began to trace Badgerpaws scent
Grinning, Midnight asked Sugar curiously, "And what if I came here for you?"
"I wouldn't believe you," Sugar said quietly, standing up and backing away from Midnight

Whitemoon laughed, a mrrow that echoed through the nursery. "Well, he does have your fur," she pointed out, flicking her tail toward the young tom. "You're not that annoying though," Whitemoon added jokingly; of course she didn't think her mate was annoying, but it was fun to mess with him.
Blossom nodded, perking her ears as she heard a noise from outside the medicine cat den. "Is there a...Clan meeting?"
Fangstar dismissed the meeting with a wave of his tail, and leaped down from the Tall Tree.
"Would you like to begin training with a tour?" Sunpelt asked her new apprentice.
Briarpaw nodded eagerly. "Can Spiderpaw come?" she asked excitedly.
"Of course he can!" Dawnfur meowed, padding over to Sunpelt and Briarpaw.
Badgerpaw sat in the forest clearing, listening as the sounds of the Clan meeting faded. Oh, I missed it...

Lionclaw chuckled lightly, before smiling down at the two kits. "They'll be great, I just know it."
Haze shrugged lazily, "Not sure. Maybe. I've only been awake for the same amount of time as you."
Spiderpaw bounded over to Briarpaw just to hear them talk about tours. "Awesome! Lets do this," he said enthusiastically
Summerpaw soon found Badgerpaw sitting by himself in a clearing. Excitement filled her, and she moved around him, making sure her scent was downwind from him. Silently, she stalked the young tom, trying to get him while he wasn't paying attention
"Why not?" Midnight crept up to Sugar slowly, even as she backed up
"B-because, I don't like you!" Sugar explained to him, moving out of his sight and away

Whitemoon nodded and a small purr escaped her throat. "Yes, they will."
"Only one way to find out." Blossom poked her head outside of the medicine cat den and watched as the Clan meeting came to a close. Two strange new cats were sitting by Sunnypelt and Dawnfur. "New apprentices? Where did they come from?"
"Yay!" Briarpaw cheered, giving a small jump of excitement. Though she was technically a seasoned apprentice, she still acted a bit childish at times.
Sunnypelt smiled and let out a mrrow of laughter at the two young cats.
"Come on, let's go!" Dawnfur called, heading toward the camp entrance.
Badgerpaw stared at his paws and sighed. His fur suddenly prickled, as if something was creeping up on him. It's probably nothing. Don't be a mouse-brain. Again.

"Mm," Lionclaw watched with a small smile as Lionkit rolled over on top of Darkkit with a sharp squeal
Haze followed after Blossom, poking her head out of the Medicine Cats Den as well. "Who knows. Maybe the bowels of the forest we have yet to explore," She said ominously
Spiderpaw began to follow Dawnfur, shaking his head slightly at his sisters excitement, grinning with excitement
Summerpaw bunched up her paws, and sprung, landing on Badgerpaws back with a small laugh. "I found you!" She cheered, her face muffled in his fur

Whitemoon laughed as she watched the kits. "They'll be a pawful, too," she purred.
Blossom burst out laughing at that, and a few cats turned to look at her. She stepped shyly back into the medicine cat den. "Probably," she agreed, wondering how she could laugh at a time like this. Despite having lost sight in one of her eyes, Haze was still able to make her laugh.
Shade proudly watched as his siblings took off on a tour of the territory. Hearing a burst of laughter, he turned to see Blossom poking her head out of the medicine cat den, along with Haze. She's laughing? Shade smiled. Then she must be feeling better. I'm glad. He decided to walk into the medicine cat den to greet her, and explain why two random apprentices had appeared. "Hey," he mewed, "sounds like someone's feeling better."
Briarpaw padded eagerly behind her new mentor, glancing at her brother and smiling. Sunnypelt stopped beside Dawnfur at a shallow stream.
"This is the Winding Stream," Dawnfur explained,"it flows throughout DawnClan, and is where we mainly go to drink."
Badgerpaw jumped with surprise as Summerpaw leaped out of nowhere and pinned him down. "W-where did you come from?" he asked, shocked.

"But they'll be our pawful," Lionclaw mewed, letting out a small laugh
Haze wrinkled her nose at Shade, sticking her tongue out at him. "Bad vibes," She said randomly, pretending to fluff out her fur. "Evil tom," She continued slyly, smirking at Blossom
"Where does it lead to?" Spiderpaw inquired, peering into the rivers water, his reflection staring back at him
Summerpaw shrugged, "Here, there, everything," She declared ominously, jumping off Badgerpaw. Shaking her fur, she smirked at him, "You're easy to catch. HEY! Do you think Fangstar would let me change my name completely when I become a warrior? I don't wanna be Summer-Anything!"

"Yes, they will," Whitemoon replied, smiling. She noticed a patch of Darkit's fur sticking up, and bent down to lick it smooth. Darkkit let out a mewl of protest and surprise, causing Whitemoon to laugh.
Blossom returned Haze's smirk, before turning to Shade and smiling. "Yeah, I'm getting better," she replied. Blossom tried not to think too much about her lack of sight, though it was hard when everything looked so different. She did her best to focus on other things, or else the weight of her reality would come crashing down on her. No. Don't think about that. There's nothing that can be done. It's best to just move forward.
Shade returned her smile and nodded. "Good. By the way, those two new apprentice were my siblings. Briarpaw and Spiderpaw. They're about warrior age, but Fangstar's making them prove themselves. Seems fair enough to me," Shade shrugged, "but keep on the lookout for my other brother..." he trailed off, looking distant for a moment. "Midnight. He's not as kind as those two. If you see a black cat with green eyes and a scar over one eye, stay away."
Briarpaw was thinking the same thing as her brother, and turned to Dawnfur expectantly, waiting for an answer. Her ears were perked with curiosity.
"It runs throughout DawnClan's entire territory, almost. It goes straight for a while, then curves left," Dawnfur explained. Sunnypelt nodded beside her.
Badgerpaw couldn't help but laugh at Summerpaw's response, already forgetting his embarrassing moment by the fresh-kill pile. Listening further, he tilted his head. "You don't like the name Summer?" he asked. "Why not? I think it's a pretty name, though I don't know what it means."

"Do you like the name Badger?" Summerpaw questioned, dodging his question with a question (*Cackles*)
Haze tilted her head at Shade curiously, "Why not? Maybe he's changed. When was the last time you saw him? DONT JUDGE CATS BASED ON HOW THEY WERE WHEN YOU LAST SAW THEM!" Haze said in a a sing-song voice
"Woah," Spiderpaw said with awe, "Do you guys know how to catch fish?"
Lionclaw let out a small mrrow of laughter, before getting up and stretching himself out. "I think I'm going to go find some others to go on a border patrol with. I'll visit again before the moon comes up," He told Whitemoon

Badgerpaw nodded. "Yeah, I think it fits me. I was named after my father, Badger, who didn't make it on the Journey," he explained. He paused for a moment, then puffed out his chest. "It's a name I'm proud to have."
Shade smiled at Hazel, then grimaced as he remembered the last time he'd seen his brother. He had to admit, it had been a while, and part of him did want to see his brother again. To prove he wasn't the same arrogant furball he was as a kit.
"What was your brother like?" Blossom asked, tilting her head curiously.
"We don't normally catch fish," Sunnypelt explained, "but sometimes in New-leaf we do."
Briarpaw nodded, glancing at the stream in awe.
Whitemoon nodded. "Have fun on your patrol, Lion-head," she called playfully.
