Badgerpaw slept soundly, his chest slowly rising and falling.
"I can't laugh anymore, my stomach hurts!" Blossom exclaiming, giggling one last time before her laughter ceased. Her face rested on a smile. Somehow, despite her injury, she felt completely normal talking to Haze.
Shade waited outside of the medicine cat den, glad that Blossom seemed to be feeling better. His thoughts then shifted to his brother, and he became alert, scanning the edge of camp. When there was no trace of him to be found, Shade relaxed.
Blazepaw padded up to his mentor, doing his best to show respect as his mentor was also the Clan leader. "Fangstar, can Runepaw and I train together?" he asked.
"You may," Fangstar nodded his head, "as long as Grayfang agrees." The gray tom gave his head a nod as well, and rose to his paws.
"Sounds great," Grayfang replied, "I'm glad to hear that you are still eager to train." Grayfang's gaze fell upon Runepaw's injured eye.
Woodclaw nodded. "Let's follow the scent, cautiously."

Runepaw scowled lightly, "Always eager to train," the young apprentice replied to Grayfang dryly.
Haze stifled her laugh, still grinning madly at Blossom. "So whats the plan today? Fighting? Climbing a mountain, kidnapping two-legs, defeating a dragon...?"
Summerpaw slept, her body leaning into Badgerpaws for warmth
Lionclaw began slowly tracing the rogues scent, keeping his eyes sharp on everything that could remotely look suspicious
Closing her eyes, Sugar nodded once to show she heard Midnights reply, before settling into a light slumber
Midnight smiled at the she-cat, watching over her while she slept.

Riverpaw padded out of the apprentice's den, she had no idea what to do. She sat there for a moment, her tail curled neatly over her paws as she stared down at the ground.

Runepaw bobbed his head once to show he would prefer battle training, peering out of his left eye as he kept his right eye shut.
"Fine by me," Haze said cheerily, "Let's hop to it!" She grinned at her friend, standing close to Blossom so she could lean on her for strength if needed.
Pausing, Lionclaw sniffed the air again, "I smell another cats scent tied with the Rogues..."
Summerpaw continued sleeping next to Baderpaw, a soft smile on her face as her tail curled around them both.

Blossom nodded and rose shakily to her legs, wincing at the soreness of her scar. She was grateful for Hazel's presence, and leaned on her friend until she was able to walk by herself out of the medicine cat den. Shade was sitting there, positioned almost like a guard. When he saw her, he smiled.
"Glad to see you're walking," Shade remarked, and was relieved when Blossom gave a small smile. "Just be careful. Yowl if you need me." Blossom nodded to him. "Thanks, Shade," she replied. Shade would have gone with them, but he felt it was better to leave the two friends alone for now. He still blamed himself for what happened, and didn't want things to be awkward, since Blossom had confessed her feelings right before the accident. Shade regretted how he'd reacted, but there was nothing he could do now.
Woodclaw copied Lionclaw, picking up a similar scent. "Me too," the tom replied, beginning to track it.
Grayfang and Fangstar lead the two apprentices to a forest clearing to train. As they walked, Grayfang kept an eye on his apprentice, assessing his ability to function with only one eye.
Blazepaw stayed close to his brother as they walked, eager to train.

Haze trailed next to Blossom, laughing quietly, "You two are so cute!" she cooed, "I could just DIE!" Her tail swished lightly on the ground as her eyes brightened, "You and Shade need to talk things through," Haze whispered to Blossom, grinning wickedly, "Maybe it was all just a misunderstanding?"
Following the scent, Lionclaw kept one eye on the surroundings and another on the ground in front of him. I wonder who this rogue is..?
Runepaw scowled lightly to himself, This dumb eye won't hinder me. I won't let it. I can see a little when I open it, but it just hurts too much to keep it open for long! His paw steps were sure as he followed Grayfang and Fangstar, making sure not to lean on Blazepaw at all.

Blossom hadn't expected her friend to react this way and blushed in surprise. It was true that Blossom liked Shade, but the day she'd confessed her feelings was the day she'd been lost in the rain and given her scar. The trauma still affected her, though she tried not to let it show. Blossom shuddered, remembering how Shade had remained silent when she'd confessed. She turned back to Haze, trying not to let her discomfort show, and gave a small smile. "Oh, I don't know...I don't think I'm ready yet," she replied with a shake of her head.
Woodclaw stayed close to Lionclaw, keeping his eyes on the lookout for the rogue.
Grayfang grinned at his apprentice's determination, his tail curling around his paws. "Before we move back into more complicated training, let's go back to the basics. It's important to perfect them using only one eye before moving on," he explained. Grayfang's eyes landed on Blazepaw. "I want you to practice your front swipe on your brother," he instructed Runepaw. "Blazepaw, for now I only want you to try and dodge Runepaw's attack."
Blazepaw nodded and faced his brother, preparing to dodge. He knew his brother wouldn't want him to go easy on him, so he didn't plan on it.
Dawnfur padded into the leader's den, wondering why Woodclaw wasn't back yet. She spotted Riverpaw in the den and padded over to the apprentice. "Hello there," she greeted, "what are you doing in here?"

"C'mon," Haze whined lightly, slightly nudging her friends side. "With that logic, you might never be ready! And ten you'll be sad forever! I can't haaave my friend be sad when I know she can fix her own problem. Just talk to him. Maybe everything will turn out awesome!"
Lionclaw nosed his way into a clearing, eyeing the terrain as he realized the rogues scent stopped here. "They must be around here somewhere," He msued quietly to Woodclaw, "But where..."
Runepaw nodded tersely at his mentor, turning to face his brother face-forward. Keeping his claws sheathed to not hurt his brother, he darted forward towards him, swiping his paw at Blazepaw's face with no hesitation, even as his aim was a little off balance
Midnight paused, tilting his head to the side, ears cocked forward. "Hey, let's move spots for a little while," he meowed at Sugar. Then he paused, "Actually, no, let's tree climb!"
Sugar blinked lazily at him, before giving him a slow smile, "Let's do it!" Excitedly, the young she-cat scrambled up one side of a tree, hooking her claws into sturdy branches, jumping up to some of them.

(Twilight, I think we forgot about Spiderpaw and Briarpaw on patrol. XD Let's just pretend the patrol is over and they're back at camp.)
Dawnpelt tilted her head, deep in thought. "Hmm...I think we may have a shortage of warriors," she glanced toward the youngster. "But don't worry, I'll talk to Fangstar about it. We'll find a mentor for you," she assured, giving a warm smile. (diamondpool)
Blossom smiled, giving a reluctant nod. "Okay. I'll talk to him, just not yet. I need time to heal first," she explained, giving her scar a rub.
Woodclaw nodded, dropping his voice to a whisper. "You go right and I'll go left."
Despite being blinded in one eye, Runepaw's swipe was still strong. Though it was strong, it was a bit off-balance and Blazepaw was able to dodge it. His brother's paw whooshed by his ear as he moved to the side. "That was a good first swipe," he commented. It shows potential, and he'll improve with time.
