Today a customer tried to return something they bought in October. That did not work out well for them. xD

They're not always satisfied with getting store credit. They want it to go back to their original form of payment, or they'll want straight up cash.

At Kohl's, our policy was 6 months. Very generous. Even 30 days is enough.
