Wood heard his call for help being answered as he repiled, "Wood...My name is Wood," the old tom hesitantly since he didn't know if he could trust the cat's voice but it was worth a shot. "Cou-Could you help me possible? I'm trapped." he added with a cough at the end from the dust that surrounded him.

As the cats padded into the cave, a wave of relief washed over her. She didn't even notice the pain in her legs and chest.

Smokestar stumbled along the vast and barren land, a thick dust hung in the air and the smoky gray tom's head felt as if it were about to explode, a darkness lapping at the edges, dizziness blurring his vision. He could make out the rising steep incline of a mountain about ahead, though as his eyes darted around, the pain in his head grew.
Aspenpaw flopped down onto the ground as he arrived at the camp, and kneaded his paws onto the cavern floor in relief, his tail stuck straight out and he was sprawled out on the ground, and then it hit him-his father was still missing. Though the storm had passed, there were still three missing cats.
As Tinyleaf heard the approaching pawsteps of cats and saw a patrol return, Cindersmash on their backs, a sense of relief overcame her. At least some cat is alive. Though, she noticed Cindersmash was the only one missing to return. That begged the question of where Smokestar, Riverwhisker, and Shadowheart's location was.

Hazelpaw saw that they were the only ones to have arrived back with only one of the missing cats as she felt her left shoulder starting to crumble under the weight of herself and of the injured warrior she and another cat was carrying.

(I might make a kit tomorrow that will be found in the wreckage of the storm) Cindersmash suddenly realised the pain in her chest. Had a rib been broken? She felt like she couldn't breath. "I can't breath." She wheezed.

"T-Tinyleaf!" Hazelpaw mewed quickly once she heard Cindersmash's starting to wheeze which she almost started to crumble under ther weight she was carrying on her back and her left shoulder's wound was starting to puff a little with strange ooze that could be from infection.

Tinyleaf trotted over, her eyes were brimming with worry and concern as she neared, the wheezing of the warrior could result from a number of things-such as collapsed lung, broken rib, and well..typically life threatening injuries. The petite light brown she-cat immediately glanced over at Foxtail,"Foxtail, Ashstripe, carry her the rest of the way to my den," her gaze held sympathy and worry for the apprentices that had carried back the mid sized warrior. Hazelpaw seemed to be struggling tremendously, her shoulder appearing a bit swollen around a wound, and the scent of an apparent infection from the wound signaled to the she-cat that the apprentice would need to be treated quickly as well.
Aspenpaw took a deep breath, and held it in for a few moments, before exhaling, his eyes shutting, and fluttering back open after a moment, a feeling of panic rising in his chest that he fought to push away, reminding himself the other patrol still hadn't returned and may yield good news.
Ashstripe was milling around the camp main cavern restlessly, his ears pricking as his name was the called. The ashen colored tom's yellow eyes were dull and his eyelids drooped, exhaustion clouding his eyes and mind as he padded over to where Cindersmash lay, dragging his paws a bit.

Hazelpaw was thankful the clan had uninjured warriors that could help carry Cindersmash into the medicince cat den with her eyes glancing grateful once the warrior started walking to them.
Rockclaw looked around as he sinked his claws into the harder ground to not fall down the steep slope which they would have to go around or find a safer way down.

Mintpaw sat down beside Aspenpaw, worry for her Clanmates and leader filled her pale green eyes. She hoped where ever they were that they were alive and not far from safety.

Riverwhisker sighed. Another cat trapped down here. Then again, the voice sounded old and wheezy, an old cat would not survive down here long. He launched himself into the lake and swam over to the shore.

Cindersmash wheezed. "I'm fine, you don't have to carry me."she tried to ignore the pain as she slid off her clanmates backs. She attempted to stand up by her legs were probably broken from the rock collapse. She tried to get up, but the pain only got worse.

Nightgaze glanced up at the darkening sky, and a feeling of hopelessness had started to cave in on the jet black tom, where are they? He blinked away exhaustion and his gaze flickered over to Rockclaw and then back to the steep incline,"hope no cat fell."
Aspenpaw pushed himself tiredly to his paws as Mintpaw appeared besides him, and leaned on her shoulder, exhaling slowly,"Do you think they're alive.." he croaked, eyes half open and staring at where the cats had assembled and saw Cindersmash collapse to the ground as she refused help and the other warriors rush to her side to hoist her up.
Ashstripe shouldered past the crowd of cats and over to Cindersmash, blinking slowly,"Alright, I've got this," he voice was weak and soft. The gray tom lowered his head, and gently clenched his jaw around the she-cat's scruff before pulling up, praying to Starclan his muscles wouldn't fail him.

Hazelpaw felt the weight off of her as she sat down on the ground awhile putting most of her own weight on her right front leg to avoid causing anymore pain to the left shoulder.
"Agreed," Rockclaw mewed in responce awhile looking down the slope.
Wood heard the sound of water as he guessed whoever answered his yowl for help was swimming to him.

Cindersmash began to calm down as Ashstripe grabbed her by the scruff. Her eyes began to close with tiredness. She was clearly in a lot of pain.

Foxtail dashed over to greet the returning patrols, his hear clenching as he realized that Cindersmash was the only missing cat they found. Stiffling a sigh of dissapointment and frustration the bi tabby padded over towards his warriors, running his tail soothingly along Cindersmash's flank. "Aspenpaw, help Ashstripe carry her to Tinyleaf's den." He ordered before turning to Icesong, who had lead one of the patrols. "Did you catch any sort of scents of the other cats?" He asked hopefully, though deep down he knee that if they did they would've brought them to camp.
