Ross walked on,his white paws hitting the stone hard ground"nothing...just that cats master coming here and mocking jays"he explained not sure whether she knew what he meant with the mocking jay bit.He looked back towards where the group had been,the area was just out of sight from where they were.

"Hm. I see." She snuffed in reply, twitching her ear. "Lets go eat, Master!" She declared suddenly, turning to Ross as she waited for his reply. "Take our minds off of them and eat! Eat!"

Ross sighed and nodded"what should we eat?"he asked his own belly growled and begged for something to eat .He turned around towards the river"fish?"the warlock turned cat asked his still cat familiar.

Ross gave a smirk,a small flame flickered in the air in front of the cat turned warlock"then what,miss I've been a cat all my life exudes cats eat raw fish"he said giving Eva the dead panned expression she had given him.

She gawked at her master for a moment, shaking her head as she sighed. "I suppose we will go catch fish, then. Come, I'll show you how." She replied in a less then enthusiastic manner, walking in the direction of the river.

Ross followed with a grin on his face and his tail raised"hieeeeeeyaaaaahhhhhhh"he randomly growled,his black and white tail know lashed around on the ground.He stopped suddenly,glancing around and raising his muzzle in the air as if trying to scent something.He dashed in the direction of the river like a gust of wind.
(Hieyah not to be mistaken with hiya or hiyah)

Eva grunted in surprise, darting after him quickly. The wind pushed past her, shoving her ears backwards, and whistling in her ear as she raced on, determined to make it to the River before him now. Her paws carried her as she leaped, landing next to a pebble. She picked it up in her teeth, throwing it towards Ross.

Ross swiftly dodged the flying pebble,he dashed forwards in front of the cat familiar with his black and white tail streaming behind him.His blue eyes were fixed on the way ahead as he charged like a bullet towards the river as it came in sight of the tom,he leaped onto the shore with ease and stood there panting heavily on the pebbles.

She continued her gallop behind him, stopping just a little after he did as she gasped for air. She padded toward the water, dipping her muzzle in as she swallowed gulps of water. She lifted her muzzle after a moment, which dripped with water, and looked toward her master. "Come get a drink. See if you see any fish, too."

The tuxedo tom nodded and bent his head down towards the river water"u....hh..I..wo.. n"he said in between gasps of air.Ross sat back up with a few drops of water on the tips of his whiskers,he curled his mostly black tail round his white paws and let in a long breath.

"You won, yet your exhausted." She replied, her whiskers trembling with amusement. "Ah! A fish!" She declared, darting back over to the edge as she shuffled to where Ross was, trying to nudge him out the way. "Okay. So, watch it..." She muttered, her tail twitching as her eyes followed the fish. "And wait for the right moment."

Ross shuffled out of his familiars way,watching carefully with his blue eyes stuck to the Clearwater.A flicker of silver caught the warlock turned cats sight and he crouched down to the many pebbles that made the shore of the river"there?"he whispered.

She nodded her head quietly, a serene grace fell around her as she allowed her more cat-like instincts overwhelmed her. Her eyes slitted as she watched the moving shape, her tail twitching slower. Suddenly, a flash of black leapt toward the fish, claws digging into it's side as it was brutally dragged out from the water.
