Valerie was already up and about, looking pretty awake for the current time of day. She'd already eaten, and was just kind of tapping her fingers onto her knee to distract herself.

When she noticed Sophia at the edge of her vision though, she jumped up, moving over. "Good morning! How are you?" she asked excitedly, putting her arms behind her head. "Got anything you need that I should keep my eye out for today?" In case she needed anything specific that would be important for her job.

"Oh! Hi! I'm doing fine!" Sophia grin, clapping her hands together happily. "And you?"

She thought long and hard, before finally coming to the conclusion. "Holarrhena!" She exclaims, they are small white petals, around five skinny ones together, and they are quite small, but they help with stomach parasites, I've been running low ever since one of our poor hunters got the stomach worms..." She sighs, a little worried, hopefully, it wasn't their cook's fault. "But that is if you see them on your way of course..! I don't want to interrupt you if you have more important bussiness.!" She can always look for them herself if they are busy!

Personality: Hector is a somewhat shy, kind and optimistic boy. He often likes to follow those he trusts around almost like a little shadow. Is curious yet is cautious about it, he’ll poke it with a stick or hide behind someone for example. With those he close to its rather energetic, sometimes loud and can be oblivious to what’s going on a round him.

Appearance: Almost standing to be 6’ and has rather muscular built. He has somewhat long, wavy blonde hair that is long for a short ponytail and with a growing beard, has rather bright green eyes that contrasts to a rather pale in complexion. He is missing his right hand and has scars going up his arm. His attire consists of jeans, shirt and a jacket in case it’s cold... he’s not much of ‘fashion’ person and tends to be more practical then stylish. Said-clothes often have holes, missing buttons or rugged in appearance.
Personality: Good ol Sam is a quiet, respectful and sometimes grumpy man. He is polite with most people however if they become rude- that’s what they get from him, he tends to be quite sarcastic and come off as aloof to those who don’t know him well. He’s nice enough to the children and is by far more patient with them then with others. When it comes to how he lost his hand - and the scars he gets defensive and mostly walks away or changes the topic. Granted he does make hand-puns when he can.

Appearance: Short in height and all muscle. He has dark skin, his dark brown hair is short but slowly growing from lack of a hairdresser being around and brown eyes. Clothes tend to be in little disarray but always has some level of being neat: a pair of dark khaki cargo pants with tons of pockets, a shirt that says “Minecraft wins” and a slightly oversized navy-colored coat. Has the occasionally band-aid or bandage wrapping from accidents.
Personality: Gideon is an adventurous, funny and trouble-maker. He enjoys teasing or prancing people- minor stuff though, like snow in a pillowcase or something. He is quite the daredevil when it comes to doing things such as climbing the tree by a dare, ends up back with the medics some though. Is currently interested in cooking, once given something to do he will actually complete the task (he might grumble) but will still get it done.

"I'm good, too!" Valerie replied brightly, shifting a little from one foot to the other. "And don't worry! I'm the one who asked, after all!~ I'll see about finding some and bringing it back later. Or at the very least remember where it was and go back later or something!" Jer smile was bright as she said that, just chatting on without really taking some time to just breathe during it.

"Oh! Well! If you insist!" She giggles. "What is it like out there? I rarely go out there, I'm not good with directions haha..! I hope it isn't dangerous!" After all, the only patient she really has a bad case of stomach worms, which was- hopefully not the cook's fault, but its still very concerning, if they make it past the stomach lining she doesn't know what damage it could do... jee, she sometimes wish that they still have a bit of civilization technology with them...

His shirts consist of a grey shirt, white stained singlet and a multicoloured long sleeved shirt. He only owns 2 pants, long black jeans and loose army pants. He also owns an army jacket that he almost always wears. He has dark blue eyes.
Personality: Don't be fooled by his tough appearance. On the inside he is like a kid, eager to please and easily hurt. He is usually quiet and lonely but enjoys a good story or joke. Noah cares greatly for his niece and the people he is close to.

Personality: Ava is a sweet child, always trying to cheer everyone up. She is almost always smiling but can be grumpy. She does not complain often and doesn't under stand death. She is like a normal 6 year old, always curious and wanting to do new things.

An hour had passed since Kassandra had woken up and came to sit at the fire pit. Breakfast was over, so now it was about time to get going with the day's duties. Since it was spring, there was a lot to be on the look out for. More animals would be roaming, and herbs would be starting to bloom again. Or, that's how it should be anyway.

To get things started, Kassandra stood up. Raising her voice to get the tribe's attention, she said, "Alright. Since breakfast is over, you know the drill. Let's go to work."

Noah Samuels
Noah stood wiping his hands on his black jeans. Today he had chosen to wear his grey shirt, army jacket and black pants. Because he was/ had been an army soldier in training since the crash, he was used to the climate. Going back to his hut he grabbed the spear and knife, shoving the knife into his boots. Like his usual quiet self he left the camp, only waving to Ava.

She grinned and waved to her uncle. The little girl was warm and snug in this cold weather that she was slowly getting used to. She was still wearing what she had slept in, black jumper, blue long sleeved shirt and black skinny jeans. She was also wearing her warmest socks and her tiny white boots. Walking up to Kassandra she said, "Kassy, when will mummy wake up?" Since the death of her mother, Rose Samuels, she was only told her mother was in a deep sleep and she can only visit her when she slept. It was Noah's way of convincing her to sleep, and it had worked, but slowly she stopped believing him.

Kass felt sympathetic toward the little girl, Ava. How can one explain the concept of death to a six year old girl? There would be no easy way to understand it at such a young age, so Kass understood why Noah had lead Ava on to believe that her mother, Rose, was only in a very deep sleep. Kassandra knew that this story could only go on for so long. At some point, Ava would have to learn the truth or just figure it out on her own. Maybe I should talk to Noah about this Kass thought to herself. Though for now, Kass didn't want to be the one to say anything. It didn't feel like it was her place yet. All she could bring herself to say was, "I'm not so sure, Ava. Only time will tell for this kind of thing."
