INTRODUCTION It was the beginning of your fall break when you were traveling to the mountains. You live miles away from where you were going, far too many miles to drive there. Instead, you were traveling by airplane. It all started out well, and you were very excited for your trip. However, things took a turn for the worst.
During the flight, a severe storm blew through and made the ride quite shaky. While in the middle of the storm, suddenly the intercoms turned on. The pilots informed the flight members that due to the storm, it was too dangerous to continue traveling. They alerted everyone to prepare for landing as soon as they got to the nearest airport.
Shortly after the announcement, the airplane started to lower. Then, all of a sudden, the fierce winds jerked the plane so hard that the pilots lost control of it. Before there was time to regain control, the plane smashed into a tree and plummeted toward the ground.
For a while, everything went dark. Then, you regained consciousness. It is the next morning now, and you can see that you are surrounded by mountains. When you look at the remains of the plane, you notice that it is severely damaged, so damaged that it is beyond repair. You go to pull out your phone, but to your dismay it got broken in the crash. Not that there would be any signal in these parts anyway. From the looks of it, you are stuck here and no one knows where you are. You are trapped here.
TERRITORY The land the crash survivors live in an area entirely surrounded by mountains. As far as the eye can see, mountains surround them for what seems to be several hundred miles. Not only are there more mountains than anyone can count, there are also thousands of trees. The trees found there depend on where you are in terms of elevation. The further up the mountains you go, the more and more evergreen trees there are, since for the rest it gets too cold for them to survive. Further down, there are more deciduous trees suitable for climbing, cutting, and carving out tools with. These trees include oaks, chestnuts, maples, and birches, to name a few.
Other plants that grow here that the survivors find useful are those that have healing properties. Some herbs require them to hike further down the mountain to find, since not all herbs can survive at higher altitudes. Mainly, the herbs that are used include ones like rosemary, parsley, thyme, and mint. However, of course, they are not limited to those alone.
Although it depends on the season and elevation, the climate here can be quite rough a lot of the time. The warmest it gets is seventy degrees Fahrenheit (or roughly twenty degrees Celsius), while the coldest temperature can be a harsh negative number. If there is a wind chill, it will feel far colder, especially if it is windy. The area receives a fair amount of precipitation, with most of it being in the colder seasons.
As far as freshwater goes, the main source the survivors have to rely on is a waterfall that falls into a slow-moving creek, to the east of where they shelter. However, in extremely cold temperatures, this creek is not always reliable. When it is cold like that, sometimes the survivors have to melt and boil snow to stay hydrated.
PLACES IN THE TERRITORY THE WATERFALL- the waterfall is located to the east of camp, and it serves as the main source of freshwater. The waterfall flows down from the cliff above and into a slow-moving creek. Fish can be caught here.
FOREST- the forest makes up most of the mountainous territory. The forest is what acts as shelter for most of the animals that roam the land. It also provides the inhabitants most of their means of survival. Firewood, herbs, food, etc.
GRAVESITE- the Gravesite is in the wooded area that is behind the camp. This is where the tribe buries their dead. For tombstones, they use large rocks that they can find in various parts of the land.
CAMP The camp is found on a flatter part of the mountains. It is still surrounded by trees, but the trees are cleared out to provide enough living space. The shelters found here are makeshift huts, made out of wood. Even though they are not the fanciest, they are enough to make for adequate shelters.
In the center of camp, is a fire pit surrounded by benches. This is usually where the tribe hangs out, eats meals, and has meetings. The shelters, and the areas where jobs are performed in the space surrounding that. Everyone has their own shelter, except for caretakers and the younger children. Also, there is a separate shelter for the sick and injured to sleep. That way, the medics can keep a close eye on them. ANIMALS Brown Bear – dangerous, but can be hunted by people in groups if they are small enough. Used for food, blankets, and clothing. Cougars – dangerous and rarely caught. It is usually best to stay away from these. Deer- calm-natured animals. Rarely caught, but when they are it makes for a great feast Hawks – uncommon because they fly. Used for food. Their claws have some uses too, such as weapon making. Smaller Birds – uncommon because they fly. Used for food. Smaller Land Prey (squirrels, rabbits, etc) – easily caught. Can be used for food and to make smaller clothing items with. Fish- common. Easily caught, unless the water is frozen. Snakes – only especially dangerous if venomous
JOBS Builders- build shelters, gather firewood, and make weapons Caretakers- they take care of younger kids and watch after them Cooks- they are in charge of cooking the food Hunters- go into the forest and hunt for food, and they also fight if danger comes along Leader- takes charge of the group and makes sure everything runs like it should. This person can also assist in other jobs. Leader’s Assistant- helps the leader in certain areas especially when it comes to making big decisions. Leader’s Assistant will take over the duties of the leader if the leader dies or becomes incapable of taking charge. Medics- gather herbs or flowers and keep charge of all medical supplies. They also take care of anyone who is injured or sick. Scouts- patrol around the area and search for anything that could be of use, and they also report if they see something everyone should be aware of.
RANKS Builders- 5 Caretakers- 3 Children in Training (Apprentices)- 6 Cooks- 3 Leader- 1 Leader’s Assistant- 1 Hunters- 5 Medics- 3 Scouts- 2 Young Children- 7
CHILDREN Until the children become of age, they stick with the caretakers. They spend most of their time gathering items like berries, fruit, herbs, and firewood. When they turn 12, they start training with the different jobs. They work to see which job fits them best, and when they turn 13, they start working in their chosen field. After another two years, they leave their caretakers and live in their own huts.
CHOOSING LEADER If the leader dies or becomes incapable of leading the tribe, then the leader’s assistant becomes the new leader. However, if the leader’s assistant dies, then the leader will appoint a new one. The leader’s assistant must be at least 18 years of age, and they must be capable of doing all the jobs.
Once the leader’s assistant takes over as leader, and if the rest of the people dislike how they handle things, then a meeting will be held. The meeting will consist of a voting system on if the leader’s assistant should just step down from the rank, or if they should leave the group entirely. The majority rules in the voting system.
If more people vote choose for the assistant to do either option, then the new leader chosen must be at least 18 years of age and be able to handle all the jobs. If the leader does not oblige to this system, then they will no longer be eligible to be in the leader position.

EVENTS SUMMARY It is the next morning now. Snow continued to fall heavily during the night. Thankfully it seems to have stopped now, but it is still cloudy. It looks like it could start snowing again at anytime. Since all this snow was not accounted for this far after winter, the tribe may find that the blizzard has brought the tribe challenges that they were not prepared for.

ALLEGIANCES
Leader: Kassandra Patterson (Kass)- Kassandra is a tan-skinned girl. She is 5 feet and 8 inches tall and weighs roughly 125 pounds. For her height, that is a healthy weight but on the lower end of the scale. She usually wears dark colors, such as black, dark blue, and gray, but occasionally she will wear greens and reds. For pants, she is usually always in dark-washed jeans. She has long, dark brown hair that almost looks black. Her hair is usually kept in a single braid and held back in black hair ties. She has hazel-colored eyes. Kassandra is 26 years old. (✞~Spottedleaf ~✞ )
Kassandra is strong young woman who is a natural-born leader. Before the crash, Kassandra had always enjoyed activities such as camping and hiking, so she isn't totally new to surviving in areas like this. She puts the lives of her tribe above her own when it comes to making any decision, no matter how tough it is. She is the type of person who would rather suffer herself than watch anyone else around her suffer, so that is why she is the way she is with that kind of thing. Kassandra is also not the type to think that just because she is the leader that she HAS to have things done her way. She is very fair and wants to consider everyone when it comes to making decisions, even though the final one is hers. Kassandra is very friendly, though she lets her temper get away from her sometimes if she is stressed out. Her friends often call her Kass instead of Kassandra.
Leader's Assistant: Benjamin (Benji) Torres- Benji is a dark skinned male with short facial hair. His hair used to be cut close to his head, but it's gotten bigger and poofier. He has bushy eyebrows, and he's well known for his smile. He broke his nose when he was little, so it's a little bit crooked (hardly noticeable). He is 6'1" and he weighs 240 pounds. He packed heavy for his trip, so his outfits vary. He isn't very big, but he has large muscles that he wil jokingly flex by the campfire. Benji used to wear glasses, but they broke in the crash, so he doesn't have the best eyesight. His eyes are a dark brown. He is often seen crossing his arms and smiling, which happens to be his signature look. He is 28 years old. (★Echobrook the Reindeer★)
Outfit 1: His primary outfit is a white and green flannel, and he wears a dark green t-shirt underneath it. He wears blue jeans and black boots with it. He never buttons his flannel up when he wears it, he doesn't like the look of it. However, he likes being well-presented, so he will tuck his shirt in, and cuff his jeans as well. Sometimes he will wear a green scarf with it, but only when it's colder out. With his scarf he'll wear a black coat, or a long-sleeved dark green shirt. Outfit 2: He will wear a white hoodie with a sports brand logo in the middle, with black jeans. Once again he cuffs his jeans and wears black boots with it. Underneath it, he will wear a white t-shirt. His black pants don't fit him anymore, so he will usually wear a rope around his pants for a belt. It's also useful as he can use it to get himself out of tricky situations. Outfit 3: He will wear a yellow sweater with a yellow HufflePuff scarf wrapped around his neck. He will wear a white button-up underneath, peaking out of his sweater. He will wear his black jeans with this outfit. He wears his black boots with it as well. Outfit 4: It is a black jacket with a flannel design on the inside. He wears this with his white t-shirt. He wears a watch around his wrist, and dog tags around his neck. He wears dark-blue jeans with a rope belt with this outfit. Once again, he wears his black boots. Formal Attire: He will wear a gray suit-coat with his white button-up. He wears a matching pair of gray pants. He has dress shoes while he is wearing this. He has a gray and white checkered tie he will wear with this too. Sleepwear: Benji usually sleeps in just sport-brand shorts some warmer nights. However, he will wear a gray hoodie and black sweatpants to bed on colder nights.
Benji is very set on being the nicest human he can be, it seems. He always wears a smile and will try and figure out what's wrong, even if you say you're fine. He tries his hardest to get his plans set into action, but can quickly give up on his plans if he finds them boring. However, his ability to hype up a plan is definitely prize-worthy. He is very outgoing, yet when he thinks someone is implying something, he might be too quick to jump the gun. If this is the case, and the other person gets hurt, Benji will feel it with them. He's extremely friendly and outgoing, yet sometimes he can distrust new faces. When it comes to him being assertive, he will become very passionate in his case, talking the poor listeners' ear off. At the same time, Benji is very modest. He is fairly agreeable, though sometimes it can just be amusing. Due to a rough childhood, Benji has never had very good manners, so sometimes he will say things he shouldn't. When it comes to disciplining others, he can be a bit finicky. He wants the right punishment for the person, as he likes to analyze others' feelings and find the real reason behind what they did. He's never been rebellious-- he always tries to be as law-abiding as possible in the camp. He is very empathetic and intelligent, yet he can be guilt-prone and fast-moving.
Medics: Samuel Green- Samuel stands up to be almost 6 feet tall, and he has a rather muscular build. He has somewhat, long, wavy blond hair, long enough for a short ponytail, and a growing beard. He has rather bright green eyes that contrast to a pale green in complexion. He is missing his right hand and has scars going up his arm. His attire consists of jeans, shirt, and jacket in case it is cold...he's not much of a 'fashion' person and tends to be more practical than stylish. Said-clothes often have holes, missing buttons, or are ragged in appearance. He is 32 years old. (Lily~Myth)
Good ole' Sam is a quiet, respectful, and sometimes grumpy man. He is polite with most people; however, if they become rude, that's what they get from him. He tends to be quite sarcastic and come off as aloof to those who don't know him well. Sam is nice enough to the children and is by far more patient with them than with others. When it comes to how he lost his hand - and the scars- he gets defensive and mostly walks away or changes the subject. Granted, he does make hand-puns when he can.
Sophia Lopez- Sophia is a short, fine lady that wears nerdy glasses. Her hair is hazel and almost reddish; however, her personality is in no way fitting to her fiery red hair. She wears a cute yellow skirt along with light blue jeans. With the rest of her suitcase missing, it would be hard to find clothes altogether to change, so now she's stuck with dirty dress and jeans, despite her disliking the lack of hygienic professionalism. Sophia is a gentle girl that laughs at the simplest joke and is easily amused or surprised. She has a soft spot for kids while also being a true pacifist. She doesn't like hunting or hurting animals so hunting or fishing is out of the question. She is easily pleased and hopelessly romantic, one can easily say she is naive.
Caretakers: Holly Bjorn- Holly is a shorter than average woman, Holly is often called an 18 year old, but is actually a 26 year old. 5'5 feet tall, with dove brown eyes. She weighs at 138 pounds, and has chin length brown hair. Usually she wears a dress, but at times she wears a t shirt bleached white by the sun, with pants colored black. She is 26 years old. A usually easily annoyed woman, Holly has a soft spot for anyone who is a hard worker and children. With no particular want for romance, she often scoffs at the point of making a relationship. Holly tends to work herself until exhaustion works its way over her muscles. She never wants a reward unless she single handedly did something that takes hundreds to do. Never superior to anyone, she always wants to blend in. She knows what can happen to those that stick out, so she tries not to, unlike her cousin Arya. She was a caretaker for Arya and Anna as they settled into the tribe, but is now just a regular caretaker.
Pilot Archie Bartolomew-Gatsby- Archie is a 6'1 male weighing about 170 pounds. He has brown hair, yet sometimes it looks like a color that can't really be described just by looking at it. Archie styles it to be more shaggy, and to hide the bits of hair loss he has. He has emerald green eyes, and very bushy eyebrows. He has a very nasty scar on his leg from the crash, but he doesn't really remember how he got it (nor how he crashed the plane), yet it healed well. He has a clean face, but not because he shaves, he just can't grow facial hair. Like his sister, his goggles aren't just a look, they're custom made to make his eyesight stronger. He is 23 years old. Outfit 1: Archie wears a baggy brown hat around his head, held on by his goggles. He wears a large bomber jacket with it, the neck cuff extending around the bottom of his face. Under this he wears a black cotton scarf, that has holes in the bottom. Underneath he wears a brown t-shirt. He wears baggy brown cargo pants, and large black combat boots with this look. He will usually also carry around a satchel, usually one that carries whatever he needs for the day. His pockets are filled with materials he found on the plane, as well as items for basic self-defense. Outfit 2: Archie wears a tan button-up, with a blue vest that he puts around it. On the bottom of his button-up, his cuffs are the same color blue as his vest, as the entire outfit was custom made for him. He wears long black pants with a brown belt that loops around his pants twice. The bottom of these pants have more of the blue material sewn around the bottom to make it look like he's wearing high boots, however he just tucks his pants into some flat brown shoes. He usually has a pair of glasses clipped to his vest, but he doesn't really use them. Outfit 3: Another tan button-up, but this one ends at the elbows. He wears long black gloves with it, with finger covers only over his middle and index finger. His tan button-up has a golden brooch at the top of it, and he wears a small black vest with it. Sometimes he will wear a larger black coat over it instead of a vest, that trails down behind his pants. For pants he wears tight brown pants with pockets that are held closed with gold clips. The bottoms of these pants are sewn into small shoes, that he slides into more protective shoes. So for this outfit he basically wears two pairs of shoes. He also has glasses clipped to his vest, but he doesn't use them. Formal Wear: He wears a tan button-up, with a red vest with orange stripes over it. He wears a blue flower that holds his vest together in a clip at the top of it, and the vest is buttoned together with small gold clips. In his vest he has a small pocket watch, connected to his flower by a string. He used the position of the sun to get a rough estimate of the time where they are at. Archie wears long red pants with this, with two large pockets-- one fitted for a blade of sorts, with the other there for excessive storage. His pants end with a furry cuff, and his boots are custom fitted to his feet, and are brown and tall. He wears brown gloves with this, and a small brown thread to go around his neck. Sleepwear: Archie will usually wear one of his dirtier tan button-ups and a pair of boxers for his sleep-wear.
Archie was never really fit for the life of being a pilot. After years of living in his sisters shadow, he realized instead of following his dreams of being an elementary school teacher, he'd have to go bigger to step out of it. He ended up passing with, no pun intended, flying colors in his flight class to end up a commercial pilot at the age of 23. He's always been affable, especially to young children. He's been naive in the past, always falling for pranks, but he's extremely good-natured when he needs to be. Archie is a leader when he needs to be, and is usually always fearless when it comes to protecting loved ones. He never argues, rather communicates his points with others-- his points usually coming from his traditional mindset and good discipline. He's never had the best manners, but he is thoughtful, mature, and action-oriented. As long as he is around people he loves, Archie is complacent. Archie was the quarterback in high school, always aiming high and doing his best to make sure everyone stayed happy. Archie is always devoted to his causes, and tries his best to be an active team player. He longs to be a role model, and an important part in the life of children. His strengths include strong practical skills, sense of duty, loyalty, warmth, and his ability to connect with others. However, he can be very concerned with his social status, he's not flexible when it comes to work, and he's reluctant to improvise. He's too needy, selfless., and vulnerable to criticism. He constantly needs friends around him or he begins to invalidate himself. Cooks: Derrick Bridge- the man himself has a dark brown hair, long enough to reach his shoulders and is often tied to the back as a ponytail he has a goatee and bright blue eyes, his accent appears to be rather German heavy. He wears often a grey hoodie with a black or white t shirt on the inside. While he wears shorts, greyish black boxy shorts that only reaches just above the knees. He is 24 years old. a carefree man that often tries to lighten up the mood, he keeps things lively, however he is still a realist, and dislikes optimism or pessimism in which people only see one side of the story, he is emotional and is easily angered when people become reckless and is not easily persuaded. Stubborn and loud, he tends to voice his opinions whether asked for or not.
Builders: Jason (Jace) Reed- Jason is a tall and muscular guy who towers to just over 6 feet tall, and he is roughly 160 pounds. Jason is fair-skinned and normally wears dark colors and denim blue jeans. He has light brown hair and green eyes. Jason is usually seen wearing black square-framed glasses, but sometimes he forgets them. He is 25 years old. (✞~Spottedleaf ~✞)
Jason is a nerdy type of guy. He enjoys talking about movies, books, video games, and anything related to Marvel superheros. Jason is also super smart. He was a math wizard in his school, and he recently finished college with a degree in aerospace, which was how he got his job as a co-pilot. Along with that, he minored in Computer Science, so he learned a fair amount of programming. Jason is smart and he knows it, so sometimes he can act like a know-it-all. However, he doesn't mean anything by it. He tries to be kind and patient, but he struggles with the patient part of it sometimes.
Caroline "Eliza" Bartholomew-Gatsby- Eliza is a fair skinned girl, standing at 5'8 and weighing 140 pounds. She has brown hair, but under certain lighting it can look like shes a ginger. She has brown eyes and particularly rosy cheeks most of the time. She has cut her hair to have bangs, and they cover her eye brows. She has a scar across her eyebrow from when a machine part flew off one of her projects and cut her eyebrow. Her right middle finger has a cut close to the index finger, from a cut on glass. Despite being a mechanic and a builder, she doesn't have many other scars than that, just because she had always been cautious and wore gloves. Despite the goggles looking like an aesthetic outfit look, they're actually specially made for her eyes too see better while building, to avoid accidents. Therefore she wears them often. She has almost no muscles, so she probably couldn't even do one pull-up, no matter how hard she tried. She is 23 years old. (★Echobrook the Reindeer★)
Outfit 1: Eliza usually wears this outfit on days she knows she's making big projects. This outfit is a long sleeved black button-up shirt, with ruffled cuffs around her wrists. She usually tucks them in while she is working. She wears a pair of overalls over this, that are tan and hold the tools she will be using. When its colder out, she will put a pair of leggings on under the overalls, otherwise she just wears them and a pair of long socks. She will wear a brown hat and tie her hair off to the side to keep her hair out of her eyes, and she wears her goggles around her hat. Her socks have knee pads sewn into them, because a lot of the time she has to kneel down to build. Her boots were custom made for her feet, so she can move quickly while wearing them. They are brown with a family crest printed by the top. When she is walking around, she wears a brown cloak-like accessory. Outfit 2: Eliza will wear a brown, blue, and tan corset with a tan shawl over her shoulders. This shawl is decorated with yellow trim, and has her family crest printed on the back of it. Sewn to the corset is a big blue skirt, with two layers of blue material and a third of black. All of the layers are trimmed with a white fabric. She wears long black and white striped stockings with it, and her boots are knee-high lace up that also have her family crest printed on the backs. Outfit 3: For this outfit, Eliza wears a white long-sleeved button up shirt with long tan suspenders connecting to baggy pants. She wears a pair of brown palm gloves with it, with a scarf that matches the color of her gloves. Her baggy pants have knee pads on it, with very deep pockets. She will wear a tools belt with this on especially cold days. She ties her hair back for this outfit, half up and half down. She wears her brown boots with this outfit. Formal Wear: She wears long black overalls that have gold buttons going down the sides. She ties a bag to her waist in case of an emergency. Under this she wears a long sleeved gray shirt with big shoulder pads. It has a black trim around the neckline, and it goes around her neck in a fashion of a choker. She wears a corset under this, but it's usually not very tight. She wears a top-hat with her goggles on it, and her lace-up black boots. Sleep-Wear: She usually sleeps in a t-shirt and shorts, but when its colder she will just sleep in whatever she wore that day, due to not packing heavy enough. She doesn't like to sleep with a lot of clothes on, so avoids it as much as possible.
Eliza has never really been extremely social, nor extremely withdrawn. She is friendly, but she can also be disloyal at times. Despite being disloyal, she's extremely trusting. When working on a project she's unsociable but also domineering, because she just doesn't like other people touching her work. She can be self-assured, yet when she's not being presented a medal or gets behind first place, she can be very needy for attention. Other than that, she's lighthearted and gracious, easily bored and unpredictable, and can be shallow at times. Just talking to her can make a person feel relaxed and tense at the same time, since you never know what she's going to do. While all of that makes her sound like she's not a good person, she is. She's sweet and thoughtful, she just never grew up interacting with people, other than in robotic competitions or anything of the sort. Being in a sort of royal family, when she wasn't competing she was trying to build things out of parts laying around, not caring about socializing. When she would hang out with friends, she ended up going through almost everyone she knew until she found the right group. She's sort of that sickly sweet sort of person, that can't help but be lovable. Her personality is almost impossible to write about since it's almost constantly changing, but it'll progress as people get to know her.
Hagon Derrick- Hagon is a tall,(roughly 6 feet) 23 year old boy with short, thick, dark brown hair and darker brown eyes. He has a muscular build, tan skin and tends to wear a gray or dark gray t-shirt with dark blue jeans and black tennis shoes. He has a galaxy colored sweatshirt that he wears when he's cold, even though that rarely happens. He is 23 years old. (😺QuietStar😺)
Hagon is a funny, kind boy that tends to be calm, but when he gets angry, he becomes dangerous. He likes to always be prepared. He is awkward, but can be a natural leader when he wants to be. He tends to crack jokes to ease tension, and calls those younger than him "kid".
Arya "Kraka" Bjorn- Arya is a taller than average honey blonde. Her hair reaches to her shoulders and is often loose. She weighs in at 123 pounds. and is about 5'7. Her eyes are a sparkling emerald green. Often wearing a coppery brown t shirt that says, "I am from the Camp Krista experience!" This is her only outfit in which she doesn't wear anything in her hair. She will wear hoop earrings, but it is hard to see since her hair is really big. She'd simply whip out either a knife or a gun(in an extreme case) and kill it, then keep going without acknowledging it. If the camp was being raided, she'd probably use a few shots then go with whatever supplies the camp has because she's stingy about what she has.
