She yawned. Why were mornings so cold? The little girl put her hand into her pockets and felt the pebble. It was nice and warm from being near her belly.

Noah went away from the river. That was enough fish for now. Not every one liked fish, so he would have to maybe catch a squirrel or something.

Her cloak felt soft on her frame, and she made a note to put it away when she could. Spring wasn't great with the cloak hanging on her shoulders. |

"Oh... well, passionflower tea would definitely help withi insomnia- just take it before bed." She nods, though she shuffles through the herbs, humming in thought. "These would help with the stomach ache, but I think most of the worms should have left by now." He pulled out a singular flower, since they are quite powerful she does not want to feed her too many. "But I'm not sure if you should be hunting if you are lacking sleep..."

Benji walked up to Nick and Derrek. “What a good idea!” He said, crossing his arms and smiling. “If it’s not too much of a hassle, maybe I could join you guys. I used to cook for my mom when she was busy at home, and I would say I’m pretty good at it.” He frowned for a second thinking about his parents, but then let his smile come back. “I’d like to see the workings of wild cooking!”

Hrafn said, "I stayed up for like half an hour. I believe I'm mostly fine, but I won't judge." She took the flower and grimaced at the taste. Her insomnia had woken her up faster than most others, so she didn't get as much sleep but was fine. Her body was filled with a twitchiness that defined her. It would be gone if she didn't get enough sleep.

Nick: with Derrick (The Angry Unicorn) and Beni (★Echobrook the Reindeer★)“Nick, Nicholas Prince.” Nick started with his nickname however he could mentally hear his grandmother scolding him and stated his full name, surely he would learn something from the cook today- be it his growing interest in the field or moving on to the next role which he wasn’t a big fan of scouting or hunting and he was rather squeamish at the sight of blood or someone throwing up. He looked up a little more from glancing down at his feet to see the second in command walk up and ask if he could lend a hand which the young teen was fine with although it would be decided by Derrick in the end. Hector: with Holly (@aetherwyvern66) and Ava (🌹Jayjaycats🌹) Hector frowned a little as the young boy thought about that plant being harmful to them, “Potatoes don’t look like nightshade.” He said in some confusion as he did remember watching his mother chop up the plant and from what they were told of nightshade didn’t look all that similar. The young boy shivered a little from the cold as he pulled his jacket tighter around his body, he saw that Ava was shivering a little as well but seemed content.

Well, he supposes he'll have to do the dirty work of gutting all the animals, wouldn't he? Derrick wouldn't want the child's first assignment to be gutting wild boars now... "Well, why don't we check what is in stock first?" He rubs his hands together, he considered this early for lunch preparation, but considering he's teaching one... two... people how to cook a meal, things would definitely be slow- if not, a little hectic. |

Valerie nodded to that, giving Hero a thumbs up. "Alright, let's get moving, in that case!" she said, motioning for her to follow as she took off. She wanted to stretch her legs a little, feel the crisp air as they came to the forest. Besides, an early start was always good. They could get more done that way. Hrafn said, "First, intermitten insomnia is a condition where only sometimes you can't sleep. I slept for around 7 and a half hours." She had a knife twirling from her index finger to her pinky. A small trick she did when bored or thinking. Her weird things.

Hero laughed. "Alright then." She said, then followed Valerie as she took off, shivering slightly. Shouldn't it be warming up? She thought, as she walked through the forest, both her hoods up since her ears were exposed with her current haircut.

(It depends on if you feel like you slept enough. I personally sleep about 9 hours, but some people can sleep as little as 4, or as much as 10. Fun facts. XD

(No, it might mean you worried too much, or didn't stop doing something in the night. Her intermitten insomnia means she sometimes. The main reason people can't get to sleep is that they believe they have insomnia) Hrafn Bjorn | Hunter | 14 With: Sophia( The Angry Unicorn) Hrafn nodded and said, "I will come back if I feel tired." She then took some braided bark and coiled it. She brought it with her, and thougt about what to hunt. Maybe a rabbbit would work. Pulling on some gloves, she then kept some knives and slipped out, silence following her. Watching for the tracks she knew so well, she listened for any clues of any animal joining her hunt. Knife armed, she let her hand twitch with it, and then walked towards the stream. Maybe they would drink from it. She looked and looked until she found the scrawniest rabbit ever. Oh well. Her knife flew into the animal, and she walked forwards. It had a pelt of white, with a lot of fur being shed. She tied the foot to the bark, and slung it over her shoulder. Enough to feed Ava and Hector, and maybe enough to feed someone like Kassandra. She then tied the rabbit to her shoulder and watched for something else. Fish were fine. She crouched on the west side of the stream, waiting for fish. |
