I wanna try lucid dreaming, but there's a chance of getting sleep paralysis when you do it... Honestly I would if it weren't for the sleep paralysis part. It's really harmless but it's really scary.

I get sleep paralysis a lot and I lucid dream a lot as well. It's weird because I rarely have dreams that I can't control.

I experience sleep paralysis quite often as well; whenever I lucid dream, it's accompanied with sleep paralysis.

I've had sleep paralysis before, and I've lucid dreamed before, but I don't think I've ever had the two together at once

Is that like when you have sleep paralysis and you see a dark figure over you? (Sorry if that's scary to some of you). I've had that before, but I'm not sure if it counts. XD

I've never had sleep parazlyis (bad at spelling XD) but I am trying to ASTRAL TRAVEL Same, sometimes I find that when I start to fall asleep, my body feels all numb and I can begin dream creation from there. I used to Astral travel but I began to have issues with passing out (possible demons?) and migraines that I had to stop. My dream have been more subconscious after that and it's sad but I used to get them all the time. After my family got concerned that my astral travels were attracting demons (beware, that is a thing) I have not had the same control over my brain as I once did

From what I've heard, the only demons in the astral plane are the ones in your mind. I'll just ask God to protect me against the demons.

That's a good route to go. I just didn't want to disobey my parents. I say knock yourself out, it's a great experience. I had a few interesting adventures.

I wouldn't really recommend that, Wolf. Any way that you can knock yourself out is likely not very good for your health.

I once was falling asleep, and I was almost like in a trance and my eyes were just barely open, and I saw a dark figure leaning over me and I couldn't react, It was scary as heck >.< I did't lucid dream though, I don't even know how people on here say "I would lucid dream if sleep paralysis didn't come with it" Like how would you make yourself lucid dream? x3
(We haven't ever talked about lucid dreams in school so .3.)

You can also tell yourself that you're in a dream when you're going to sleep.
